That's what I thought, but when I eat it I'm convinced (lol) The puffer fish is sliced ​​a little thicker, and the liver is served in an assortment of three types: simple, topped with green onions and grated maple leaves, and parboiled. When I wondered what liver was, I was told it was red bean liver. As for the taste, the meat is chewy and has an indescribable rich flavor that gives it a slightly matured feel.     I will write it down, including any notes. I used it 3 times. Naturally, there is a sense of ``no first-time visitors''. However, this is a common ``threshold due to not knowing'', so when I introduced myself again the third time and said ``I'd like to use your services more,'' they became very friendly. Well, I think that's what it is. The food feels similar to a certain restaurant in Roppongi. Is it special that the sashimi is eaten with salt? It's inconvenient that I can't control the portion size. (This may also be possible if you visit frequently) By the way, the fugu taste is of good quality.
