2 stars mainly because of the service. The food is ok but not so good and very small for such a high overprice. The place is cozy but small, total capacity is for about 15 people. So there's a waiting list to enter... It's better to come in pairs or at most 4 people BUT If you put 4 people in the waiting list, they don't let you enter if there are only 3 outside. If 4 people enter and someone has to take a call outside, the waitress will try to kick out the other 3 people because the table is not complete... Then after waiting 1 hour outside, we only spend like 30min inside. They hurry you a lot to eat but at the same time there's so many rules: you have to order for the full table at once, they don't let you order more if you haven't finished your food, you cannot order tacos for sharing. And very strange thing, we were waiting for the other dish, and the waitress came to ask why don't we eat... Food is good for a mexican food cravings but don't come hungry

The best tacos place in town! Definitely recommend to order tacos course which you can enjoy specialty dishes. So fresh and delicately cooked. You won’t get bored with the dishes where all the stuffing tastes different. Tortillas were being prepared freshly throughout dinner.

This is officially our favorite taco shop in Tokyo. We tried several types of tacos and everything was delicious. We were really excited to try cactus for the first time and it was seasoned very well. Please check the opening hours and know that last order is one hour before close. There are of course plenty of meat options but veggies too. Can’t wait to return!

GOOD! Portions are small, but they good. I don’t know if tacos are supposed to be that size.... anyhoooo, I had a good time there, and sitting at the counter just made the experience even better because you get to see the tacos in the making. Muchas gracias!

Every taco we have sampled on the menu tasted great, and so did the drinks which are mostly homemade and each with a twist (the pineapple juice is fermented, the green smoothie has cactus, etc). All ingredients top quality, including the taco itself made solely with a dark variety of corn. My personal favourite: the eggplant and goat cheese taco. As the owner points out, this is not a "cheap fast food restaurant"... It's definitely worth it!

Really cool place with awesome tacos! Really liked the concept, a nice fusion between Mexican tacos and Japanese ingredients. The special house carnitas tacos is amazing! Must have!

Tremendous food in a small, intimate and friendly setting. Each taco was deliciously unique and their selection of Japanese wine was a curious - yet very welcome - addition. Though perhaps a little on the pricey side, it was worth every yen!

Hands down the best tacos in Tokyo. Good variety that you don't find at other places here, and the pork and chicarron in the carnitas taco are just sublime.

I got a wonderful set of tacos, each better than the last. Each one is a unique flavor experience based on exquisite fresh corn tortillas. I will go again next time I'm in Tokyo.

One of my favorite taco places in Tokyo! Simple, but very flavorful. Have vegan options

Amazing non traditional tacos. Happy staff enjoy making delicious tacos. The tacos are tiny so you can try 3-6 easily

I can’t recommend this place enough! Though a tad pricey, the food is absolutely delicious and the employees are so nice~ You can taste how much they care about each dish too! I personally recommend the chicken tamales. They taste exactly like the ones at home. The salsa verde tastes like the kind my abuela makes, so you know the taste is authentic. The highlight of my meal was the 抹茶タマレス! It is a unique fusion of japonés/mexicana food, with a matcha sauce to pour over the tamale. It was sooo delicious that I might just have to come back just for this one dish! Overall, this is a great place if you’re missing the taste of home or wanting food with authentic flavour~ Can’t wait to come here again

Probably one of the best tacos place in Tokyo. Located a little outside Sangenjaya area, this little restaurant offers amazing tacos from early in the morning. Be ready to wait a bit before entering, but the wait it is totally worthy. A part from the classic tacos, like carnitas, the are a lot of seasonal filling and interesting combination also for vegan and vegetarian. Lastly the staff is super friendly 🫶

the tacos here are top quality, but they may be different from what you may expect. some of the ingredients used are not traditionally found in mexican cuisine but overall the tacos are great. each tortilla is hand-made to order and they actually know how to cook them correctly. this is something that can make or (literally) break a taco. when not cooked properly, the tortillas become brittle and crack apart. it is a bit pricy if you eat a lot like me. friendly staff and good atmosphere.

Always a great time when we come here! Best gourmet tacos I’ve ever had in Japan!! I don’t know why this is not rated 5 stars!! Anyway, good place, friendly staff and amazing menu!!

Ok yes, these are probably the best tacos in Tokyo. Flavors are well balanced and the fresh corn tortillas are incredible. The only reason I want to knock a star off is for the price. A tortilla with a slice of avocado and some salt will cost you ¥410...a single chicken tamale goes for ¥800. I’m conflicted. All the same, I’ll still give this place five stars for the indisputably great food. Just be prepared for the bill to quickly add up.

Excellent tacos, definitely worth trying if you're looking for a real Mexican experience. A bit on a expensive side but the ingredients used are the best. All tacos are made from black corn and served with green and red salsas. I cannot recommend any item as all we tried were delicious. The chef is very friendly and do not hesitate to seat on the counter to watch him preparing food. Very entertaining!

Best tacos I've had in Tokyo!! And also loved the tamale, which I haven't been able to find elsewhere. The portions are a bit small and the price is high, but I will definitely be back again for a treat. It was so delicious and the ingredients were so interesting and fresh. The homemade juice was also amazing and the staff was so friendly.

This taco restaurant beats the tacos I had back in Mexico, I’m sorry but I gotta be honest.

Damn that was good. The food has the care of a high end Mexican restaurant but the vibe and staff's service is down to earth and friendly. I guess it's the ingredients that make the tacos taste local and different. Just some next level stuff.

TL;DR: Will eat here again if happen to be in the area ☑️ Tacos were great but a bit pricy compared to the portion. However, it tastes excellent, Mexican friend bring me to this place and he kinda approved this. I would like to have it for dinner, but the place only opens at lunchtime.

Very good taste. I was entertained by tiny details (cups, plate design, the interior). The atmosphere was chill and not too theme-y. Would definitely go back again!

The best tacos in town. The shell from the blue corn is creamy, soft and brilliant.
