The transparent bathrooms are just like the photos and work almost like magic before your eyes! I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded at all. They are public restrooms so they do get a little bit smelly in the summer heat but they are overall clean and well maintained. The lock on the door is what activates the transparency switch, it's a bit low on the door so that kids can reach it. There is a stall for men, one for women, and one handicap/gender neutral one.

I'm guessing that you're visiting this park for its toilets that have recently become famous on the Internet? Short version: I think they're definitely worth a look, especially because they're conveniently located right next to yoyogi park. Long version: Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised, I thought they would be underwhelming and I wasn't prepared to go too far out of my way to find them, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The lights look awesome at night, they give a futuristic vibe to the whole area and bring life to an otherwise reasonably dull park. The way the glass frosts over once you lock the door is quite fun to play with but the best part about going here is watching how other people interact with the technology, some people get startled by the lighting change while others will take the time to come and take selfies in front of the toilets with their friends (which is a weird concept when you think about it). I would recommend coming at night, I don't think the lights would look as impressive in the day time. Still no soap though 🙄

Good local playground with a baseball/ soccer field next to it. All the usual playground games, sandbox and swings. A lot of seats for parents and direct access to Yoyogi uehara station. Close to the shopping area with its cafes & restaurants. One must be careful of the road close by though.

The famous transparent toilets are not working anymore from last one year. Do not visit if you are going just to see them.

Came to see the new translucent restrooms, but sadly two of them were out of order. Hope they can be fixed soon. Small neighbourhood park with nothing else noteworthy.

Great for kicking a ball around and team sporting events. Just don't make too much noise which seems strange for a park! There are signs everywhere saying no noise. The police often stop by to enforce it.

The newly installed transparent toilet is really great. The park is also wide and relaxing.
