Nice looking hotel. But when you look into the details you will see some dirty corners and old unserviced equipment. I had to beg the kitchen for a tea 10 minutes prior to opening the breakfast. Poor service. Not many food options.

Nice location... Nice rooms... Luxury feel.... Neat and clean linings.... Only problem is that the staff response to you a bit longer..... Otherwise it's awesome

Its a nice hotel which definitely has all the sightings of ‘can be better’. They need to work on their staff training to improve their services. Also they need to work on Door Lock Key system. These are the real pain during the stay. Food is Ok.

I went here with my family including my grand mother - they were very inconsiderate and unaccomodating to all of our requests. The service was slow and the staff were rude to me and my family. The towels were also missing in the rooms. Suggest to look for other options than this hotel.

Very poor service. The behavior of the staff is very bad. Doesn't cooperate in a single thing, asked for break fast, still behaved rudely with us. Mohit Sharma is a man who has crossed all limits by telling lies to us. One of our very useful couriers had come in the morning and was not even informed and in the evening such a group came and said. He also spoke rudely to the person who sent the courier. Staff Totally Helpless Useless and No Cooperative. Third class hotel so don't waste time and money in this hotel.

We stayed there for1 day and my reaction is like below:- Pros:- a) Room was ok small and comfy but with lot of side noises coming . Cons:- a) Bad and slow staff with pathetic behaviour . b) very Poor service. c) No basic amenities provided like slippers toothpaste,brush, toilet paper roll Overall it's not a place to stay .

This is a boutique hotel in the Saket area. Nice cosy hotel. Rooms are clean and fitted with modern furniture. This hotel provides free breakfast with the room tariff. Free parking is available. Very close to Select Citywalk mall. Less than Kilometre. There are lots of restaurants at the mall, you can have a vast choice of food selection. The staff are very friendly but some of them, don't speak English, which might be a little difficult, when you try to request something or need help. Especially when you can't speak Hindi !!!

Absolutely Clueless Staff!!! My sister and jiju stayed at this hotel. I was not allowed to meet them saying guests are not allowed where as all his seniors had no problem when I came initially. Let me tell you I had pend a bomb amount money. Navneet Bahl is an arrogant employee the hotel definitely needs to get rid of.

Very congested for a family with child. I made a booking of 3 rooms but my family didn’t like it due to congested rooms so we decided to cancel the booking but the the hotel denied us the cancellation fees of about 21,000 and we did not use the room. We used 1 room for 2 hours and we decided to move out to another place. There must be a customer friendly cancellation policy of these hotels. We paid in cash and we were not given any receipt. Being a tourist we cannot argue and had to give up. Very dissatisfaction and disappointing and the food was horrible. We couldn’t stay for 2 hours with my family and how could we stay for a day. Hotel management should work on the cancellation policy too.

Bad experience = hotel saket 27 ! Pathetic room conditions. They changed my room after complaints and show as if done a big thing. Unethical behaviour of staff, unprofessional management. Amit on reception handovered my final invoice without checking my previous dues, and deducted 6000 extra which I haven't got back yet even after a week. And on top now they are not picking up my calls. Highly disappointed and would advise everyone to check dues before paying. The staff is 3rd class as if slums are handling a management.

Hotel does not care about the security of the guests because if there CCTV gets out of order The hotel doesn't even bother to get it repaired and on asking them to show the CCTV footage because money from the wallet was stolen and than we came to know the cctvs isn't working from last week,such a careless approach towards safety of the guests And such matter is escalated to the Hotel management, They doesn't even bother to resolve and apologise for such instance

I felt i was been cheated with the amount i paid and the room i was given as per the booking was different…the room i saw was a different and stay i got was different..though i am a corporate client and they wud loose a good potential amountif clients…the hotel room had bare minimum lights and hot water till 7:30 and after that u need to ask them an hour before for hot water…its completely no smoking across the property and u wud need to come down to smoke. Breakfast didnt have much varieties as per the charges been taken.

Really nice 3 star hotel, clean and hygienic newly conditioned room. Reception hospitality is great and friendly to me. Location is bit far from saket metro station for walking. Will love to stay again in future.

The experience was good, but it can be adorable if there will be no disturbance... During our deep discussion there management maintained floor light, which need to happen before....

Rooms were extremely bad, bathrooms were poor quality. Was given room in their old facility for the sake of convenience due to some construction work in new one but as soon as went inside the room they started doing new flooring in room next door. Couldn’t even sleep the first day. The hallway was dirty so were the rooms, smell of dirt in pillows, quilts and the bed. The only reason for 1 extra star is their buffet breakfast which was lovely in taste and great service inside the kitchen section. Although the manager in there was rude not only to staff but to guests as well.

Business stay. Slightly expensive considering the rooms. Very good services. Although a few rooms could use upgrades. Breakfast can get better big time.

Stayed here over the course of a week in Delhi. Location is good, bell boys were helpful. Rooms could do with better maintenance (especially the older building) Breakfast options were basic and cater to the Indian pallet. Front desk staff and the suit wearing staff members could be better and more helpful for a better first impression

The only issues I find with this hotel are the slow, seemingly incompetent night staff on the day I arrived and the cleanliness of the rooms. The night staff were unprofessional, sullen, quiet and not proactive at all. And there were leftover socks from the past guests and a lot of accumulated dust under the bed and behind the TV as well as furniture. The room had obviously not been cleaned for a long time in those areas. One highlight was the fantastic mutton biryani that I could get late into the night at 11:30pm from room service just before the kitchen closed.

Earlier this year, we stayed at this property during my mother's surgery at Max Hospital, Saket. It is a well-lit, clean property with ample parking, well-appointed rooms of decent size, and a rather small restaurant, but with a double-height ceiling and great decor. The approach is great, the metro st. is close by, call taxis do not need additional instructions to reach, and you can wave an auto as many pass by the main gate quite frequently. Reading other reviews here, I was sceptical at first. However, I am glad I went with it over the Shereton in the neighbourhood, which was a little more than twice as expensive! I believe it is close to one of the frequented clubs in the area, therefore certain aspects like unregistered guests, late-night visitors in the room etc. are generally discouraged. A conversation with the front office staff should, in my opinion, take care of genuine exceptions. I found the staff to be very courteous, and they mostly took care of my mother's post-surgery dietary requirements. Better coordination between room service, housekeeping and the front office and a bit of training must definitely improve the overall guest experience. The property had a new GM, Kapil, who came across as a very humble, knowledgeable, and experienced executive from the industry. Recent reviews are very positive, it appears he has already ironed out the rough edges. It is a good hotel for a mid-price family stay.

👍Good location, cozy rooms, good for family 👎The key card was not working properly and we had to call the reception for help each time I used it to unlock the door. They didn't take proper measures to stop it from happening. This was the case on all the 3 days of my stay there. Need to walk to another building of the same complex to have breakfast.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days (13th Sep - 15th Sep) and it turns out to be a great experience here. First of all the location (Saket, South Delhi), it’s beautiful and very close to PVR Anupam (~1km) & the Select City Walk Mall (~2km), better than I’d expected. The rooms are very neat & tidy and are available at reasonable rates. The staff is very courteous, welcoming, polite and very quick with the service and suggestions. I was attended by Mr. Kamlesh and I must say he is a gem of a person and a notable highlight is that he is very professional and friendly. In fact all the staffs were always polite and eager to be helpful in any way to help provide a peaceful & friendly environment to the guests. Definitely five star examples of excellent service. The second thing which I liked was the breakfast at the restaurant and the in-room dining menu. I must say amazing taste. They have ample space for car parking and a big lounge for sitting. Overall it was a good experience. Keep up the good work *Hotel Saket 27*, Kudos!!!

It was clean, hygienic and they take good care of COVID related precautions. The staff is humble and polite. Food was good and they call you to ask your order prior closing for the day. The stay was nice.

Very late service, takes hours. Had to shift 3 rooms yet no working air conditioning in the month of August. Here at 1 AM waiting for a decent room with a working AC.

Hotels staff is very nice, the hygiene level is also maintained well, food is also very affordable and pretty decent.

I have waited for my 3rd visit to put review. Lol Really nice building, clean room,+ac, +bed, + mini fridge, +good washroom, food r tasty but i think some on menu r little pricy. Breakfast hall is small but it's ok.. If u need kettel hv to ask, wifi not get connected but fine I hv own data. Free good parking spaces n safe. Staff r nice. Hotel price is reasonable. For 3 star hotel it's actually very good. For now take 5 star.. I'll come bk n change one day if I get disappointed. 😆

I was at Hotel Saket 27 for family function and stayed from 26th to 28th November 2022. Terrace has awesome view and was great for winter morning function. Food overall was great and tasty, either in the function or at breakfast buffet spread. Service was prompt and courteous. Special mention for GM Mr. Kapil Seth and Executive Chef Sunny for personally supervising all the arrangements. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped.

Located at the heart of the city with market feasibility to GK, Khan market, Select city walk mall. This hotel is providing services beyond a 3 star hotel would normally provide. All the staffs including the security guard are very polite and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was very good , cooperated by Chef Sharma. We will definitely book again in the future.

Liked. The room price is affordable. The location was convenient and near to select city walk mall. Parking facility. Disliked · I experienced a foul and damp odor as I entered the room because the wall was wet. I immediately informed the reception to open the windows. They refused to open the windows and offered to spray a refresher. It was impossible to stay longer in the same room, and I requested to change the room the next day. There was black fungus on the bathroom wall in the new room, the Air conditioner switch to raise/lower temperature was broken, and the keycard access was not working and had to be recalibrated multiple times. The staff at reception were unprofessional and rude (except the manager). No visitors are allowed in the hotel. Breakfast rates offered by the hotel were higher than the rates offered by booking.com. However, the hotel manager revised the breakfast rates. The quality of breakfast was below average. The waiter was rude and refused my food request. However, the restaurant manager intervened and agreed to my food request. The hotel staff refused to reheat food ordered from outside and, after my request, warned me (this is my first time and last time) to ask the hotel to reheat outside food.

Rate of hotel is 5 Star but service you will get for that is zero star. Room service time minimum of 30 mins after you call to reception for minimum 3 times. Breakfast menu is so large that you will be confused what to eat.

Location wise a good property, rooms are also pretty clean, little small thogh, but the service i would say is not upto the mark, i have ordered food from outside as the kitchen was closed on 11 pm so i ordered, i request the reception to please let delivery boy come to my room but they clearly deny they even denied to bring the food in my room by their staff also, so i have to come downstairs at reception to get my food and weird thing is they have not even bring the food inside, it was outside of the hotel on the floor where the guard was sitting on a chair, it was someone's food and it was on floor like its a trash, i felt so bad when i saw this, so on that note service was not good other wise it was good.

The hotel is really comfortable and quiet, great for a getaway. The staff are friendly and polite. The food is great; it was easy for a foreigner like me to adapt to the taste. Where I needed moderation, they listened and made adjustment to suit my palate. The hotel is generally clean and cost is moderate. Hotel Saket 27 is highly recommended. I look forward to visiting India and staying here again.

Located on main road in Saket having wonderful lobby and spacious well located and well decorated rooms. The decor in the rooms is very soothing and serene. One feels at peace after checking in this hotel. Food is exceptionally tasty and staff is very supportive and helpful. Wonderful place to stay in Delhi. Safe and economical as well.

Very bad experience. I suggest everyone to not book this hotel. Firstly the staff is very rude and are in their own attitude especially the reception staff. Room service is very slow. Plus there were no slippers and many other amenities in the room. I had a knee injury and it was 11:30 and kitchen was closed so I ordered food from outside and requested them to deliver it to my room because of my knee injury but they didn’t understand plus behaved very rudely and said if you have so much issue then you can write a bad review, we don’t care. Then i had to go down ( due to which my knee was in pain the whole night) but they didn’t care. So i suggest never book this hotel. Because in hotel industry hospitality is everything if you can’t provide that then you should not be in this line.

Staff was very helpful. Cleaning had to be nudged gently. Food service and staff were good for the price. WiFi in our room problematic. For what you pay though. Good value for money. Small tweeks like improving room cleaning and making WiFi better throughout the hotel and more seamless are minor changes that would have great impact. Overall positive experience.
