Earlier
this
year,
we
stayed
at
this
property
during
my
mother's
surgery
at
Max
Hospital,
Saket.
It
is
a
well-lit,
clean
property
with
ample
parking,
well-appointed
rooms
of
decent
size,
and
a
rather
small
restaurant,
but
with
a
double-height
ceiling
and
great
decor.
The
approach
is
great,
the
metro
st.
is
close
by,
call
taxis
do
not
need
additional
instructions
to
reach,
and
you
can
wave
an
auto
as
many
pass
by
the
main
gate
quite
frequently.
Reading
other
reviews
here,
I
was
sceptical
at
first.
However,
I
am
glad
I
went
with
it
over
the
Shereton
in
the
neighbourhood,
which
was
a
little
more
than
twice
as
expensive!
I
believe
it
is
close
to
one
of
the
frequented
clubs
in
the
area,
therefore
certain
aspects
like
unregistered
guests,
late-night
visitors
in
the
room
etc.
are
generally
discouraged.
A
conversation
with
the
front
office
staff
should,
in
my
opinion,
take
care
of
genuine
exceptions.
I
found
the
staff
to
be
very
courteous,
and
they
mostly
took
care
of
my
mother's
post-surgery
dietary
requirements.
Better
coordination
between
room
service,
housekeeping
and
the
front
office
and
a
bit
of
training
must
definitely
improve
the
overall
guest
experience.
The
property
had
a
new
GM,
Kapil,
who
came
across
as
a
very
humble,
knowledgeable,
and
experienced
executive
from
the
industry.
Recent
reviews
are
very
positive,
it
appears
he
has
already
ironed
out
the
rough
edges.
It
is
a
good
hotel
for
a
mid-price
family
stay.
