Very amazing outlet of McDonalds. It was near my college Sri Autobindo College. We used to come here and eat. There is sitting arrangement on first floor and billing counter at ground floor. It is fully ac. And very peaceful atmosphere. Loved it.

McDonald's, the globally renowned American burger franchise has one of its outlets located at the PVR Anupam Saket marketplace. It has two floors to accommodate the customers, although they don't serve the food upstairs. The quality and size of burgers, both veg and non-veg are disappointing compared to the high price they charge. Frozen coke or cold coffee is a favorite among the regular customers of this shop.

This outlet of McDonald's has a nice location being in the pvr anupam complex. The place is almost always crowded. Don't go by the seating available on the ground floor. They have a good seating capacity on the first floor. The staff is friendly and they have the usual menu. I feel that the quality has down a bit over the last few months. The packaging has also changed, the logo has been removed. Still, the burgers taste good. My favorites being mcegg and mcspicy chicken and paneer. I also like their cold coffee. Not a big fan of fries though. Overall, a good place to hangout and enjoy some good burgers.

Zero maintenance. Washrooms are pathetic like public toilets. Staff is ok though. No Covid guidelines are being followed. Their sensitiser bottle was empty and they didn’t refill it even after asking them to do so. I seriously can’t imagine if they take care of basic hygiene while making food for public.

The crowd, service, location, and seating arrangement are all good. I ordered a complete meal and a cone, and the taste was amazing as usual. There's cleanliness here with good surroundings. Value Meal is my all-time favorite. It's worth the price and taste. Veg burger is also good.

Their food are always awesome the only thing you need to do is order a special call. They will ignored you if rush is there. Need a little improvement in Staff.

Very very bad experience with this Saket branch. As I was tracking the order, the Swiggy delivery man reached the branch on time and waited for almost one hour to get the food and to deliver us on time. If I would get the chance to rate this Mc Donald’s Saket branch then it would be in negative as you guys just play with poor people emotions specially with the delivery person. Shame on you!!!! What fake chocolate shakes are they serving! The taste was completely synthetic. The food was cold and burnt and parts of the order were missing. The reason for ordering Mc D is for the consistency of the food quality. If that can’t be maintained then what is the point of ordering from them!

The taste remains the same wherever you go be it Mumbai,Delhi or Bangalore.Although the menu is quite small for vegetarian people but the taste is amazing and the soft serve is quite amazing.The quality which is very hard to find elsewhere and is absolutely value for money.

McDonald's of PVR Saket is one of my favorite places as I have been visiting this place since my childhood days and have never been disappointed. Amazing burgers, combos, and a value-for-money place. Ice cream is the main attraction.

This outlet is amazing. I wish they had the option to order from table. Although the food is amazing. The new kartik Aryan meal is an absolute package. You don't have to think once about what to order in McDonald's now. Just go and ask for a kartik Aryan meal. Everything from the Aalu tikki burger to the cheesy fries and pizza mcpuff is bang on along with a drink. This is the perfect meal option available at McDonalds.

I ordered food online and didn’t get the meal in the package- burger was missing …..no resolution from mcd side. They blamed to delivery partner although seal was intact and delivery has been done before time. I suggest show some ethics instead of blame game and respect customer hard earned money.

Love the McClassic Chicken Burger. The fries are good too. Recently I tasted McFlurry which was good too. It's always better to visit McDonald and dine in instead of ordering because the delivery charges are too high. The no. seats are less so if that can be increased it would be good.

Everyone knows about mcdonald quality. Place interior is good and dinning, Must have your debit card or cash with you there are no epay bar codes.Rest all is good.

This is the covid era.. and everyone is well prepared.. same goes with our favorite McD.. the place offers no contact order.. you just have to scan the code and order and pay from your table only.. further all.safety precautions are there.. sanitizers and no touch taps in the washroom.. plus this place is open at 1 a.m too.. so if hunger strikes you ar midnight.. McD at saket community complex is perfect place..

Small outlet....Yet manageable.Although the Interiors of the outlet are not really very well but the food hygiene and quality is maintained.

They don't have a variety of burger which McDonald's actually has. The cashier said they don't have this this and this they only have is allo tikki which is not good

I love your drinks especially the slushes but you advertise the burgers really big and when you get there it’s too really thin pieces of meat. If you improve on that and maybe have another flavor of ice cream but about only 2 rupees for sauce? this is awkward??? Very upset because of very bad experience at McDonalds team

McDonals taste same every where it’s the location and once upon a time it was a very hepp location for Delhi the first Multiplex of North india was opened here and it attracted lots of crowd and before going to movies every kids wants to have a burger in this joint . Now it’s lost it’s glory but few people who lived in Naibour hood still visits here

Food has original taste from McD, but the place has old chairs and bench to eat which looks dirty sometimes. Space is good on first floor, ground floor is small where you order.

My go to items are one veg burger 🍔 and Browine with Icecream🤤 Browine with icecream is so delicious. Recommend if you visit any McDonald outlets.

Worst McDonald's branch ever seen ..full of mosquitoes and flies trying to engaging with our food. Ambience is not as per McDonald's.. it's like local banquet hall. Please improve

A good place for foodies people and very near or walking distance from Saket metro station. McDonald having two floors ground floor less space and first floor big space for sitting and service are good, food qualities hygienic and good, best place for hangout with family and friends.

The only reason for 4 star is Stairs, you have to take your order to upper floor to have it, which is quite risky as you have to go through stairs.
