    I am bias to hotels a bit out of the centre of town. Is a good facility but also in the center of town

    Poor customer service. The AC was faulty. Unprofessional house keeping staff. Met an unchained dog at the reception and staff couldnt be pertubed even after i complained about my fear of dogs.

    The lady at the reception, who they say is the front office managers, for the fact that my Boss stayed in the Hotel 9 nights but paid for the 10th night inclusive so I can sleep there harrased me to check out & even denied me the complimentary breakfast on friday 22nd Dec 2018. The worse hotel service I've ever experience. I won't take anyone there.

    Excellent Service from the team. I was really surprised with the exceptional quality of service delivery from Yayrah and her team. They were very supportive and understanding to our needs. We are already planning for the next MOVE breakfast meeting. Our venue will not be changed. We are coming back COCONUT GROOVE SAKUMONO

😠 First time here and I was shocked at how inactive service was. I scheduled a meeting here, and no waiting staff bothered to come out to see if we needed anything. One gentleman saw us enter the restaurant area and never came out again. Secondly, the space was mosquito-infested. I won't recommend.
