They need to improve on customer service. A customer sends money through mobile money and you need to confirm before you give her her stuff. She's made to stand for over 10mins just because they wanted to confirm her payment. How, i mean how? In fact, the lady serving her left went inside and never came back. So someone else had to take care of her and even that it took her quiet some time to locate the phone on which the money was sent.😏😠

Got there @ 8:05 and my cake was waiting for me though my pick up time was 9:00am. Pleasant workers. Got myself couple of pastries too. We will start eating soon. They do have a parking space, access for wheelchairs and comfortable waiting space.

Service is swift and the team is very professional. They have a variety of pastries, cakes and sweets as well as bread, anything dough, they've got you. I had to order a particularly large cake for work with less than 12 hours on my hands and they were very helpful. They reserved the cake and took me through their various flavours, just ask for Patience. She's a miracle worker and will help you meet your "i-need-a-cake-now!" deadlines. I'd recommend them any day!

The quality of the cakes and the service at this location is getting increasingly bad. Lots of excuses for cakes not ready on time. Workers very nonchalant about customer complaints and very unprofessional. I drive from afar for their cake and it's not ready because it supposedly got messed up on the side; Before that, one cake I got completely fell apart by the time I got it back to the party. Sad because they used to be really good. They really need to do better. In the meantime I am looking for alternatives options closer to me. I was really rooting for bakeshop classic but its going to be a NO for me. The Security personnel is very nice though.

Sorry to give 2 stars but any company that fails to value a customer's time will never be commended by me. Inasmuch as their cakes are tasty, they took extremely long. I ordered a cake as early as 8am, gave them the specs and they told me it would be ready around 2pm. I came at 2pm and now they told me to come at 5pm. At 5pm I showed up and it was still not ready! A planned surprise birthday for a friend was almost ruined because of that. Very forgettable experience.

I've been ordering cakes and buying sandwiches, etc and drinks from this shop for since they opened this Spintex location. The service is splendid. The order-takers listen carefully and repeat your order to make sure it's correct. The shop specializes in extravagant cake decorating excellently done. So take your photo of the cake design you want and see if you can get your favorite too.

This is the MOST USELESS bakery you can find. We ordered two cakes . First they made my son had a birthday party without his cake and when we finally got the cake the next day ; the flavor, color and writings were all WRONG. The second cake was terrible too ....wrong flavor, and wrong colors. It was a mess . Stay away from this place. I feel sorry for the owner !!

Bakes op classics has been consistent with their quality and taste of pastries and all, however, their prices have increased quite a bit. For some, it's worth it and for others they will prefer to keep their money. Honestly, the average Joe cannot really afford bakeshop's offerings but if you want to spend on quality bet on something safe, you'll just have to spend it here.

The time given to me to pick my cake was 2pm, got there at 1:55 just for them to tell I have to wait fir 30mins because the cake is not ready. I decided to buy cup cake and drink to eat whiles I wait the ladies were just not minding me I stood there for about 15mins before getting served mean while I was the only customer there. Their customer service is very poor. They should do something about it.
