These guys don't deserve any star. They are highly unprofessional, disorganised and poorly mannered. I have visited this place with my two weeks old baby for circumcision and I have been turned away without any proper explanation for 4 times.....Ghana health Service and Other health accreditation agencies should downgrade this bad hospital. Most of the time it is doctors not showing up or delaying for hours. Numbers to call and complain are all unreachable. This is a scam! No one really cares about u. All they are interested in is money money money. Oh God! I feel terrible for choosing this place after travelling for 90km in and out of that hsp for days. I will STRONGLY NOT recommend this Bad hsp to anyone

Upon hearing soo much about this facility I decided to take my case there. I must say that not all that glitters is gold. Some are gold plated. I think the money they charge and the service they offer doesn’t match in any way. Total rip off!

The attitude of most of the stuff especially the front desk is terrible they just don't care. No one communicates when a lab result delays or they encounter problems. When test results are not ready per the time given, no one cares to apologies. The attitude is one of we don't care, take it or leave it. Doctors leave before their time. C & J just doesn't dissapoint with bad service and disappointments with getting results on time. If this is a private institution then the owner must sit up, he is loosing money by the day. The only reason I return here occasionally is because its , my husband's office hospital. No cash paying patient returns here trust me.

This is absolutely the worst hospital I have ever been to. I won’t recommend this hospital to anyone. They need to work a lot on their customer care and relationship with patients. Their staff randomly make diagnosis by looking at you and not running any actual tests. I came in feeling like I was having a heart attack and the doctor was too busy reorganizing his papers to even come up to me. A few minutes later he randomly asked if I have diabetes. Mind you not one test was taken. They have no empathy at this place and will waste crucial time to attend to you. These people are very cold and heartless, I will never return.

it's a reputable Medical Center which prioritize the needs of its customers with quick response. I wish we have more of such services across the globe.

The front desk personnel are disorganized. One lady told me one time that she was tired so I should go upstairs and check on an enquiry myself. That was a few weeks ago in May 2022. There is also no proper coordination among the staff and various departments. I suggest they set up an intercom system to communicate with each other. The rate at which patients have to be going up and down the stairs to make enquiries is not the best. When you go to the lab and some information is needed from the front desk probably concerning a billing, the patient has to go back downstairs, while they can just call each other and get that info. It's very stressful especially for very sick patients who are alone. Enquiries that they could easily call each other about and find out about for patients. Sometimes, it feels like being at Korle- bu or 37 millitay hospital. There is also no proper patients records. Even if you have been there before and return, it's as though you are a new patient. No one is able to track your progress on anything. You are starting afresh. The one thing that keeps me going is the way doctors are patient with patients, and the fact that they have alot of facilities. Other than that, it's not the best of service for a private hospital.

I don’t like the fact that they are too slow in providing services ... How can I come to a hospital and spend almost 5hrs for consultation ? Then again I need a letter and you are telling me to come to the hospital when the letter can be emailed to my email account .... very pathetic ....

They have about 4 numbers online but none except for one of those numbers work, yet they never pick up calls,even if you call a 1000 times. Hope they work on that

Terrible experience at C&J. My husband was wrongly diagnosed and kept there on admission. Even when we found out about the mistake there was no accountability or refund for the cost incurred. While on admission for “close observation” no medical staff attended to him at night because the nurse was asleep until I went looking for him myself. He later had a bad reaction to the medication that was given to him by the C&J pharmacy and had to be taken to 37 military hospital for attention. I would have expected the 2 doctors and nurses involved to handle the matter better rather than avoiding the issue until being confronted. This is not the first bad and unprofessional experience I’ve had at this hospital but it’s definitely the worst. I would not recommend to anyone.

Bad customer service . After waiting for sometime to dress my wound. I go to the nurse and she tells me the hospital has no gauze. Can you imagine??
