Ordered a flat white and got a latte. Asked for a new one and got the same thing. The mocha we orderedwas essentially a hot chocolate with coffee...the ambiance and prices are definitely the same as any old Starbucks, but it’s clear they are really cheating customers out of the full Starbucks experience. I’ve never been to a Starbucks before that had coffee that was just so BLAH! Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for the real “Starbucks” experience.

This Starbucks has low reviews but I really think they have improved. I think they brought in people from other locations to better train new employees and got rid of problematic ones. The quality of the drinks has improved and they are more accurate and consistent with drinks. It’s expensive (like all Starbucks). I would give it 5 stars because I really think they are trying to improve, but it’s just a little small and sometimes can get really noisy. If you are trying to study come early in the morning… gets loud after lunchtime. :)

This Starbucks was okay in my opinion. My wife, my son, and I received exactly what we wanted. We spent four days in Salamanca and visited the establishment every day. I was so impressed the first day at the coffee shop as the person that took our order knew a enough English to prepare my Vanilla Chai tea with soy milk. I will admit the Chai tea was pretty darn good! However, on the second, third, and fourth day, I took the time to learn my order in Spanish, because nobody knew a lick of English. As for the establishment itself, it was neat and clean. Although, I can’t speak for the restroom’s cleanliness because I did not use it. That said, I would not recommend going to this establishment if you are anticipating English or bilingual speaking employees. However, if you download “Google Translate” and prepare your order in advance, you’ll do fine. Overall, you will receive the Starbucks experience even in Spain!

Good service. The bartenders are really nice with you and offer you free samples of drinks or pies. Once I spilt my drink and they made me a new one without making me pay and with no complaints. Been in more Starbucks, but the quality and service was the best in Salamanca

It's a good place. A bit overcrowded. The quality of service depends on who is in the shift. Some are expteonally helpful. Overall a positive impression.

The terrasse is great and I love the Matcha 😋 one star less because they always want to give me the paper cup for one time use 🙄

Starbucks coffee as expected. Friendly staff. Too many students taking up tables and chairs with clothing, not drinking coffee.

If you're looking to find Starbucks as you know it, don't. Inattentive, very slow service. The place is not clean nor cozy.
