I visited Naturals - Kotahena yesterday for a hair cut and colour. I visited here as I did my engagement look from Naturals last year and was highly impressed on same. The service I received from the moment I walked in until I left was exceptional. As it was my first experience with hair coloring, I was uncertain about the color that would suit my skin tone. However, the staff helped me tremendously on selecting a color that would suit my skin tone and haircut. The girl at the reception was very informative and was very helpful. Ms. Piyumi Dananjani did an outstanding job with both my haircut and hair color. She exhibited professionalism and friendliness, demonstrating a genuine passion for achieving the best results. She dedicated ample time to perfecting my hair and provided valuable aftercare advice. I truly appreciate her professional attitude and pleasant demeanor. I sincerely hope that Ms. Piyumi receives the recognition she truly merits. Additionally, I'd like to acknowledge the remarkable team at the Kotahena Branch—warm, supportive, and cooperative. Love the place, everybody are friendly and supportive. Always assist with the services they provide. Specially news to mention Leshani here as she gave a great great service and support in all the way. I am satis with hair colouring, hair cut and hair settings. Finally with the eye brows.
