I went to replace my vehicle shock absorber before I went to place i asked about the credit card payment plan interested free and owner Mr. Sampath did say its available. And i also ask before the starting the work. Shock absorber has been replaced after long waiting time as they did not have stock. After the work i went to the payment they saying they are adding 7% handling fee to the total amount. And they saying to bank it 0% instalment. This is a total a scam. anyway i paid with cash because my bill was 88k and the handling fee will be 7k. Otherwise it's KYB shock absorber was okay.

Friendly staff with quality and quick service. They have many services with latest technology. 3D Wheel alignment facility available. It took less time. Reasonable prices. Here You can buy tyre, alloy wheels and other items also. Highly Recommended.

Don't get caught to their non reliable warranty scam.I purchased Dunlop tires from them and one has a manufacturing defect when I go to inform them they say they cannot give warranty instead they ask me to go the Dunlop agent ,why should I go somewhere else when I purchase from USP tire ? The salesperson say they will have to shutdown their place if they give warranty to the defected tires and he doesn't even know the procedure of claiming a warranty.I say you people better not sell tires if you cannot give warranty so the customers won't get dissapointed.I will never recommend this place to anyone because they have the worst after service and they fool people with interesting ads !!!

I went there to replace my car tyres and they did a good job for me. The mechanic and the sales lady were nice and helpful. Within 2 hours, I was able to get the job done. But remember, they will charge additional 3% if you pay by debit or credit card. So better to take cash if possible.

Pleasant staff is very helpful and good quick service. Professional tire service. Fair range of tire brands available in this difficult time. 15% VAT is charged from the customer for the purchase which is the amount of another tire when you buy 4 high end tires.

I went once to replace tires of my car. Owner is a generous person and helpful. There is a lady that makes things worst but just better to ignore her. They have good varieties of tires in there stock. With lower to high price.

Very good service from the showroom manager to the person who changed my tyre. Very professional and helpful. Different options of tyres available at different price points and the manager took his time to explain the pros and cons of each tyre. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I went to get wheel alignment and wheel balancing done for my car. I had to wait for more than an hour for my chance. Before you go there, it is better to call and check. They do all sorts of tyre related maintenance and repair work and the service is good. You can either go and check how the task is done or stay in the seating area.

Friendly staff and quality work. These guys really know what they do. This is THE place to go for all your tyre replacements, wheel balancing, wheel alignment and shock absorber replacement. They have so many brands of tyres to chose from and they also have original KYB shock absorbers. Prices are also reasonable. Couple of things to improve. I feel these guys tighten the wheel nuts too much. It would be a very difficult job to untighten the nuts without a machine specially if we are to install the sparewheel in case of an emergency. Also, wish they have a proper waiting area for customers.

I went there to get tyres recently. I asked them about the year of manufacturing they said they are selling only new tyres but when I inspect the actual manufacturing year it was around 2014. Don't rely on what they say. They are so cunning.
