This place is Just WOW! Perfect place for a destination wedding or a weekend get away. There’s everything for everyone. Want to go for a walk or want to ride a cycle there’s a trail inside just for that. A room full of vintage collection A Games room Spa and swimming pool There’s 2-3 different types of rest-o-bar and cafe. One of the biggest mayfair resort.

Went their for the Sunday brunch, food was awesome and lots of different choices. Overall location and ambiance is really good. Price is around 2000 per person. Service was horrible, lots of servers but they don’t have a clue when to remove plates, server water and bring breads to the table. Since you have to pay before you eat if you request for an additional drink they don’t know how to accommodate that.

We stayed for three nights which was amazing. We received warm welcome. The rooms were excellent. The banquet layout for breakfast and dinner was upgraded by personalized attention. We were taken my Miss Krishna on tea garden trail with lovely tea adda in the midst of expanse of tea garden and chirping birds. Truly amazing stay. Unbelievable yet true.

The property is amazing and located in middle of tree plantation often visited by wild elephants. Very well maintained. Excellent choice of indoor plants as well throughout the entire lobby area.

We stayed there for 2 nights, and had booked online, so we got a steal deal. The hotel is just amazing, and so are the gigantic rooms, with premium amenities and furniture. For the first night, we stayed at Jungle View room 249, super huge king bed, which is modern, new, and has the perfect British touch. everything was seamless, cleverly designed, and thoughtful. We loved this room. The balcony is also just amazing. The bathroom was super huge, and amazingly crafted. The second night, we got an upgrade to the Mountain view / resort view room no 352, twin bed, each of queen size. This room was even bigger, bigger balcony. But in terms of modernity and new furniture, and sleep quality, the Jungle view room was far better. The breakfast was superb, great spread, The swimming pool is also great. They have an amazing sunset deck, games room, and superb bar. I highly recommend this hotel.

So if you are planning to visit this place for breakfast, it is recommended to check with the management if there is any family event being organised on the same day. However, it is a different matter all together that the management will never pick up your call. We visited this place on our first wedding anniversary but the experience was pathetic. There was some wedding taking place on that particular day and I must say those guests were literally irritating. I can understand that, however, we were literally struggling to find some place to have our breakfast. Either those guests were taking away our chairs or they were randomly joining us on our table without our consent. The management was least bothered about this and we were just asked to accommodate accordingly. Like seriously…do you really expect such response from such a reputed resort. I thought we will have a wonderful experience enjoying our first wedding anniversary at this place but thank you Mayfair for spoiling our first anniversary.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mayfair Tea Resort with my wife and infant baby from 13 to 15 August. Overall, it's a great resort with good facilities and a pleasant ambiance. I would like to commend the staff for their hospitality and the lovely surroundings. However, I have decided to give the resort 3 stars out of 5 due to a couple of disappointing experiences. One major drawback was our encounter at the poolside. Unfortunately, a large group of around 25-30 men arrived, playing loud music on loudspeakers with a DJ and ignoring our requests to lower the volume. As we were traveling with an infant, the noise made it uncomfortable for us, forcing us to leave the pool area. This incident negatively impacted our enjoyment, and I believe the resort should uphold certain standards of ambiance and guest behavior. Another letdown was the condition of the free cycles provided by the resort for guests to explore the tea resort. Despite being recommended at the reception, the cycles were in poor shape. The chain came off multiple times, causing a significant inconvenience during my exploration. I had to drag the cycle back to the resort from a considerable distance and on terrible much which was frustrating and wasted a beautiful day. I sincerely hope the resort addresses this issue promptly to enhance the overall experience for future guests. In conclusion, Hotel Mayfair Tea Resort has a lot of potential and offers a pleasant stay, but there are areas that need improvement. I believe with a focus on maintaining a peaceful ambiance at common areas and ensuring the quality of amenities like bicycles, the resort can provide an even more satisfying experience for its guests.

I had one of the most amazing Sunday Brunch experiences in a long time at Mayfair Tea Resort Siliguri. The resort is located in a very scenic location nestled in between forests and tea gardens with the mountains overlooking the resort. They have one of the most lavish brunch spreads I have ever seen. The staff is very professional and friendly. The property is extremely well maintained and gives a very luxurious feel. The food is awesome and the variety is enormous. They also have a poolside brunch if you like it. Overall the experience was very positive and definitely recommended.

If you are looking for a hotel which has everything, Mayfair Tea Resort is the place to be. You won't need to step outside. From multiple restaurants, bars, spas, gaming rooms, swimming pool to the tea garden at the very centre of the hotel, it's the best pampering space to be in. Designed with loads of antiques like cars, vaults, phones, typewriter.....just leaves you mesmerized. Lots of food options too, do try out their buffets...and the pan shop at the entrance of the facility is a must try . Loved the place and look forward to visiting again.

This is one place I would love to visit again and again. This was not in our itinerary but a last minute weather trouble made us change our travel plans from Gangtok to Darjeeling, and as our flight was such that we needed an overnight stay so we decided on staying at Mayfair Tea Resort. Entering the place, you will get a feeling of that old world glamour. The estate is huge, and spacious, with sprawling Tea Garden right in the middle of it. If you long for heritage stuff like me then you are going to absolutely love it over here. The rooms are spacious, we took the basic room and it was surprisingly huge, the bathrooms are also large, however it would be good if they add a bath curtain. They have a spa and a kids play area, they also have a library decorated with artifacts from the olden days. They have a nice swimming pool with a bar and a kids pool. My favourite part is the food though. I absolutely loved the food at their restaurants. Their Buffet spread is huge, and a dessert section especially the bakery that would make you forget all your diet plans. I am a vegetarian and the bakery spread at breakfast brought the child in me, best part no need to worry if there was egg in it because all was eggless. The hospitality is great, the staff is well trained, courteous and competent. You can try and loose some calories as you go on a tea trail for a morning walk, but I doubt you will regain those calories in the next meal. The only con is that the road leading to this property is not good it especially in the monsoons, wish the local authorities did something in this regard

I went for breakfast in Mayfair and had a great experience. Service was top class with multiple options in the buffet. There were options for live kitchen available. If you are someone who likes to enjoy good food with a good view then this is the place.

Resort is in the tea garden. Great ambience and hospitality. Vintage cars at the entrance as well as in the bar. Amazing nature walk around the resort. Rooms are enormous with vintage typewriter. My daughter couldn't stop playing with it. View from the balcony was scenic.

Very spacious and well laid out. Large rooms. Big bathroom with tub. Etched mirrors, paintings, statutes, antiques are EVERYWHERE. ALL buffets are lavish with huge variety. Quality is excellent. Further, They will make whatever you ask. However, drinks are outrageously expensive.

A wonderful resort, no where else to be seen or compared at least in India. It has that Las Vegas touch of Large & Sprawling Hotel. Very Nice & Comfortable Rooms, Good food, Courteous staff. Everything here is superb 👌

Overall experience was average albeit for one night. The hospitality was very good, but there is a lot to be desired of the food taste-wise. One more feedback was regarding the incense sticks being burnt in all rooms, I and my wife are both aroma-allergic and that didn't sit well with us.

The property is no doubt one of the best in North Bengal. The Property has a vintage bar which is very cool and beautiful and the food is amazing here. Highly recommended for people who want to relax and have a great time!

I was very happy with the services during my stay at Mayfair. Specially the travel desk services was excellent. All three days the vehicle reported on time. Driver was very experienced and cooperative. Payment System was also very smooth. Five Stars for the car rentals.

Awesome property, amaizing for events and weddings. The rooms, management, team, banquets and food every thing is just too good. Rooms are super big Banquets and lawns are awesome Pool side is awesome (could have been temperature controlled) Chef Sabyasachi does a fab job with his food, menu planning, taste and spread. Have hardly seen any hotel as good as this when it comes to wedding or event menu from the last 200 hotels that I have visited as a wedding planner. The GM, Shijo, has done a fab job in keeping team spirits and involvement high. Must say it all reflects when you actually visit this place for an event.

Visited this place on Sunday for brunch. Right from the starting the staff was super helpful & friendly. They food was amazing & was presented beautifully. They served both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. For your starters you can sit in they bay leaf area which is their open sitting area for lunch you have to sit in their indoor restaurant which has tea pot written outside. As it was Sunday they had live music going on. They property was mesmerising, it was so so beautiful. It has swimming pool, gymnasium, spa, indoor games & trail where you can walk around & see the lovely tea garden. It has it's own coffee shop & bakery as well. P.S- the washrooms are so pretty; it's like straight out of a fairytale. Overall the hotel is designed very well. The interior & exterior is so beautiful & lovely, you can't keep your eyes of it.

It's not a hotel, it's an experience and world class at that. Rooms are spacious and define luxury. The whole property gives you an option of experiencing multiple activities starting from cycling around the estate, enjoying the pool or over looking tea gardens from the room. Food is good too and everything is available at an unbeatable price. Must visit.

  • 5/5 Pranit B. 1 year ago on Google
It's an awesome place, but a bit expensive. The rooms are great, halls are pretty dope and the area covered by the property is just humongous. It does have big halls with capacity of over 1000 and services like a royal entry in a rolls royce is just out of the world. A great place for a weekend gateway, with great views and a phenomenal hospitality.

  • 4/5 jaydeep c. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent property based on Heritage of a tea garden . Decor a bit overdone but rooms are very spacious and well furnished. Good food and beverage options too. Nice quiet locale with a view of tea gardens all around. In line with Mayfair image.

  • 1/5 Abhishek A. 1 year ago on Google
the property deserves better staff, rude behaviour and inhospitable attitude of senior staff. Refused to give keys unless their conditions are met despite being said that it wont be done. Had attended a wedding for 3 days. Rooms are amazing but untrained staff to handle any request. their catering food is below average compared to other vendors in the city. Not worth it ! long way to go.
