A quaint lovely old house turned into a restaurant, antique, art, coffee, tea, cake and artisan bread, book club, charity, creative lessons and get together spot for the locals.

The owners are very caring and take good care of their customers. Feels like you are visiting a home. Space is a little bit tight especially when there are multiple people in the room but the chicken pie was really tasty and enjoyed the lavender cordial

I found my TRIBE!!!... What an experience.... so many locals in Melkbosstrand don't know about this gem... sure make a plan to pop in... Ur life will never be te same once you experience the nostalgia of real hospitality... like in years gone by... not your average fly by night or doing things in a rush...mellowing down to real LIFE....

An AWESOME place for a bite and some coffee. Very friendly atmosphere and some real nice antiques and relics to purchase. Various fun activities during the week. Highly recommended.

What a lovely hidden gem. The fireplace sets for a cozy atmosphere. Very friendly hostess and waitress. The pancakes, which was so beautifully wrapped, was divine especially as it was a cold and rainy day. I thoroughly enjoyed it there, you will see me again.

We visited for an art exhibition, we didn't stay to eat as out time was limited but the smells that came from the kitchen was amazing. Next time we will definitely stop for breakfast or lunch.

Place is absolutely beautiful, especially the interior. Food is of excellent quality and the service is great. Prices for food are also affordable. Get good food for your money. Location is also excellent, near the beach at Melkbosstrand.

Great Coffee provided by Brew Etc. Large variety in both warm and cold coffee and tea based drinks Blessings has a variety of Lavender and Olive products that are great for gifting and household use.

Great little hidden gem. Buy local olive oil and olives for a great price. Find little crafting and scrapbooking knick-nacks. Lovely atmosphere & cute coffee shop (when not in lockdown) to grab a plunger coffee and homemade bite to eat. Welma is also so friendly & a great hostess!
