Wonderful place to learn and practice yoga in a holistic manner.. Gunasekaran ayya and his team are well learned and knowledgeable. I completed my YCB 3 and YCB 6 levels after getting online coaching from VEDHAKANI. Simple people who teach great things of life and yoga in a very simple, easy and admirable manner.. I always feel like being in a Satsang when I attend the online sessions.
