Adding a coke to a mobile order is too much effort for these minimum wage, no skill workers. So much effort, in fact, that they folded up my burger to collapse on the way back home. They also can't figure out how to take pickles off a sandwich.

I went to this establishment a few weeks ago with my two daughters. I had a very unpleasant and unwelcoming experience. One of the workers shamed my daughter and I for coming back again because we go to that establishment so often. This is completely unacceptable. My daughter has been emotionally distraught for weeks over this situation.

They go as far as giving you extra of what you specifically asked them not too put on your burger! Wouldn't put it past them too pull Patty's that fell on the floor that come out of the floor food bucket right back on burgers because that's kinda what mine looked like they had chunks of lettice too. All I ordered was 2 mcdoubles no pickles no onions.

Cleanest and most regularly used McDonald's near my home. 5 stars. They are friendly, with the exception of some of the late night crew. Overall the ideal McDonald's.

Wow! Just a HORRIBLE wow! I waited a good 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of me (visible that is). I had a simple mobile order and when I get to the window I still had to wait a good 5 minutes... Makes me really glad I'm doing my own meals more often and with this experience it may be even better for me.

Nice clean McDonald's. Food is it should be. Customer service is great. I rated this McDonald's with 4 stars because I have a 7 month old baby. I went to the mens bathroom and there was no changing table. It made my visit harder than it needed to be.

The food is ok in a pinch but the service sucks. Most people that serve you are great but there is this one islander girl who works there that won't listen to you. She seems to always have an attitude, and when I actually need to talk to someone about my order I seem to get ignored. And this has happened more then once

this McDonald's is decent it had a nice clean atmosphere the food was good. And the people and service was great. A nice place to sit down and have a cup of coffee and conversate. So If you like McDonald's this would be good place to come visit.

Honestly love coming in this McDonald’s the team working the drive-through Wednesday, August 9 at 4:15 for amazing Amber and another young fella at the pick up window just for a fabulous! promote those guys. They represent your company in great way. The items I got were a kids happy meal, large n fries. The customer service at the end was awesome

My husband went to pick up breakfast for us this morning and we were given the wrong order and he got all the way home when we opened the bag and noticed the error. I called the store and the manager was helpful and provided exceptional customer service in making things right. Thank you Rolando!

Food was hot. Creepy dark parking lot. You can't even tell that they're open except if there's another car in the drive thru. Check your bag cause they can be quite forgetful. Like most fast food places kinda depends on who's working or not working, what time you go, and how busy it is. About lunchtime and around 8 or 9pm are the times I've received fresh hot food from this location.

My order was perfect. Customer service was great. Downfall..it did not seem that there was 1 employer just for the front. There was 2 of us just standing around and no one greeted us or said "one moment". Other than that, it was fine.

I eat a double quarter pounder with cheese and a large drink almost every day. It comes to under $8. It's done in short order and always tastes great. The area is always clean and the staff is even better.

It took quite a while in the drive through. I ordered 2 ice cream cones . The price has certainly gone up and the cones were much smaller. The ice cream was sort of lop-sidedly loaded onto the cone..... hummmm

Nice always at the Hawthorne and mkt location .the audio placing your order is hard to be rard clearly so speak up or prepare to repeat yourself a few times

The only reason I give it to us because their Coke in the freezer pretty delicious with the fresh
