It was quick and painless. I loved that. I didn’t have to leave my home to do this. The video appointment with the doctor was really nice to do. She was compassionate and empathetic and understanding. My daughter has been after me to do this for a few years but I always put it off. I’m so glad that I did it. Good company! I give it five stars

Wicked easy. Took honestly less than 15 minutes from starting to create my account to the end of the actual appointment. The doctor called right away and was very nice and professional.

It certainly was fast but confusing. While I was filling in the application the Dr. called. I was not prepared to do it at that time. I had only completed my name, address and phone number. I was in the process of putting in medication when he called. It took a few minutes. He asked about my reasons for use of cannabis. I was approved before I completed the application. The email mentioned I would need a pin which I was never provided. I assume now that it means the pin that was provided when I signed up with Mass Cannabis Control a few years ago. After a few more confusing emails I figured that you wanted me to complete the application even though I had already been approved. I did receive a call from Leafwell after reading my review. They apologized and told me that they would look into my concerns as this is not the way they do business.
