Absolutely ridiculous how unprofessional the staff is at the Salem Center mall location. Had them send in my engagement ring and band to be resized. I had to call to verify it came back in. Upon picking it up it had been soldered together (which we did not ask for) AND the inscription was removed from the inside of the band of the engagement ring. Upon requesting to speak with the manager I was faced by 4 other employee stares as they finished up looking at their phones and having a conversation in the doorway. Was told they could send it back to be separated at NO CHARGE TO ME. This is a joke right?? Why would I have to pay for something your company ruined?!?!?! The rest of the conversation was about as useful as the 4 blank stares when I first walked in. Moral of the story if you want polite, professional service use the other location in town. This one is a joke. Thank you for ruining my rings.

my wife called to verify that if she got her ring cut off at t would be covered by the ring protection. They told us that it would be covered. she got it cut off by a doctor and we brought the ring in and they told us it would cost $500 to repair and that it wasn’t covered by the ring protection. Lancaster said they didn’t talk to us so we went to the downtown location and a woman there said yes she did say it would be covered. they took the ring and a week later tell us it’s not covered and told us how much it cost to repair. This company won’t stand by their word and I refuse to ever spend another dollar here. I will also make sure to pass on the word on how they treat their customers. very disappointed in what I thought was a good company.

Awesome experience compared to the bigger jewelry stores! No pressure to buy, awesome pricing, great warranties...oh and they had cookies!💪 Everyone there was super chill and good to be around! Loved my time there! I was happy to buy and Engagement ring from them!

I came into this location a while back with my friend and we were treated very rudely by one of the associates who was an older woman with long white hair. We left without buying anything because she just made us super uncomfortable because she was being weirdly passive aggressive.

The staff is AMAZING, my mom always went there and purchased rings that were given to my siblings and I when she passed away. I took mine in to be repaired and was taken care of and I realized why my mom went there and it was a very healing and comforting experience. I even received a courtesy condolences card 8n the mail. I am so impressed that I will always fo there to get my jewelry needs met. Not to mention they will extend you a line of credit with a small down payment and divide the rest into payments. Anyone is accepted and they wont deny anyone I was told.

I bought a watch for $250. She told me the was no warranty but i could purchase a 2yr warranty for an additional $50, which I did. Later i discovered the watch already had a 2 yr warranty that comes when purchased. So I went back to get my 50 bucks back feeling a little "misguided" wondering who buys insurance twice? When I first purchased the watch I set to the correct time and date. Several days later, realized the time was off and set it again. Several days later having to do it again I made sure go keep track everyday. I discovered the watch lost about 25 seconds every day that by the end of the week it was lagging a few minutes behind never to be able to tell the correct time, ever. At this point I returned the watch for a full refund. Even a broken watch tells correct time twice a day. Upon requesting the refund I was told this was a Outlet store watch and that all sales were final on Outlet store watches. I didnt realize Harry Ritchies even sold Outlet store watches, and surely not with a final sale policy, and surely not watches that dont keep time, and surely not sell you an additional warranty on top of a warranty that already comes with the watch and surely not explain this to you fully before you fork over several hundred dollars. I would have never purchased a watch like that. So, after raising my voice declaring that Im not paying for a watch that doesnt work, I was given a full refund. No apologies on their part, only from me for having to create a small scene returning a piece of junk that resembles a watch. Be careful! The Reactor watch is probably right back on display selling for 246 dollars when they know it does not keep time. Never ever again thank you.

The lady who sold me my wedding ring was cheerful, kind and courteous! I will definitely be doing business with them again!

Had to special order my fiancés ring they called me to pick it up and it was the wrong size!!!! Now we have no ring for our wedding….. not happy at all… would not recommend this place to anyone 😭
