I
had
a
very
bitter
experience
at
Hotel
Salem
Castle
during
2-3
Oct
2022,
when
I
have
stayed
here.
The
problem
started
when
I
have
entered
into
the
Hotel
itself.
After
the
verification
of
my
proof
of
identity,
the
receptionist
asked
us
to
go
to
Room
No:803
at
8th
floor.
The
lift
was
not
operational
which
I
was
never
anticipated.
After
the
wait
of
20
minutes,
the
lift
was
switched
on.
While
sleeping
,
I
got
some
unpleasant
situation
around
1.15
AM.
The
room
was
over
30
Deg
C
due
to
switching
off
the
centralized
AC
by
the
hotel.
When
I
made
a
call
to
the
reception,
no
body
was
lifting
the
phone.
Then
I
came
down
to
the
reception
,
where
no
body
was
available.
The
whole
night
we
have
lived
with
Fan
alone.
Morning
,
there
was
no
hot
water
available
in
the
bath
room.
As
we
have
already
paid
in
our
package,
we
have
gone
to
the
restaurant
to
take
the
Breakfast.
It
was
really
horrible
break
fast
at
Salem.
I
made
a
complaint
to
the
In-charge
of
the
Hotel
and
we
left
to
Chennai.
I
Strongly
recommend
the
visitors
not
to
get
cheated
like
this
at
Hotel
Salem
Castle
.
It
is
no
way
three
star
hotel
.......
It
is
not
even
equal
to
an
oridinary
lodge....
