Worst patient handling. Haven't seen such irresponsibility lab people (For some basic test report they are taking 2 hours) and nurse ever in any hospital. Doctors ask for our file and when we went inside they are asking us, "are you coming for first time". Do you guys see our past record or you are collecting the file to us just to see your hospital name. Don't get into trap by seeing it as Ortho hospital. Please go to some good ortho hospital. If you have serious problem related to ortho, please go to Ganga(coimbatore) or well reputed hospital. If you are still stubborn to go there, then hospital will keep you for the entire full day and you will only leave the hospital after the nurses and receptionists are leaving.

The staff service, personal care and the management in the hospital is very excellent and cooperative in every aspect along with its ambience.

London ortho is not an hospital, it's feel like at home, Good service and Excellent Hospitality from the staffs. Surgeons are very expert especially DR SUGUVANAM SIR He is an excellent Doctor I have never seen in my LIFE.

Never prefer this hospital even when you are in death bed, worst service ever. I would never give even one star. There is one duty doctor name Venkatesh who is fit for nothing. He has never learnt anything in medicine. He will never become a doctor with that attitude.

Best ortho hospital in India. Chief Dr Sugavanam is excellent and very humble in taking care of patients health. Dr Kabilan and Dr Venkatesh are kind and soft hearted. Good hospital ambience and it was completely like a home atmosphere. Both the day shift and night shift staffs are very good and supportive. I strongly recommend this hospital for best ortho treatment. But canteen has to be improved in service. Thank you so much to chief Dr sugavanam in all aspects.

The post operative pain lasted only for 2 days and now I'm able to walk with Walker support and feeling much better. The service of the doctors and staffs are very courteous.
