One of the worst Jewellery shop i ever purchase. Too worst behaviour from your manager Mr. Stephen. He Treated me as windows shopping person. I asked him to reduce some of percentage from wastage (Bracelet) . He simply said ( Avalo thn mudiyum vera shop la kodutha anga vaangikoga) . What kind of attitude from your manager. I never visit your shop again .and Never recommend to any one. ( Date: 29/10/2022 - Salem 6.30 pm)

Best customer service I have experienced . They understand the details of what you're looking for and to my surprise they have all new collections and a huge heart for customers. Big shout out to Ms. Shanthini who started and ended her entire day with us. Too charming and patient. Also appreciate all efforts taken by Mr. Pavan Kumar ensuring to provide it's best. My next visit to the store is not delayed.
