Very bad experience with this hospital and their staffs. Purely money minded people. Not transparent people. Amutha sister and other nurses in the hospital are very rude and not caring people. Very worst experience with the Dr consultations also. Doctor don't give her honest feedback on our request and keep stretching the treatment. I don't feel like she had great experience in treating infertility couples. I lost more than 4 lacs in this hospital. Most importantly, the doctor and the staff don't give any confidence to the patients for the success of the treatment. The behavior of the hospital staff causes more depression and frustration. This discourage the patients and increases the depression which in turn causes failure of the procedure. Patients like us want these people to diagnose problems and provide best possible options to get conceived but they are not doing it properly. They must introduce some kind of counseling team to counsel the depressed patients so they feel better and encouraged.

Waiting hours for patients is high at the hospital, even after booking appointment time to meet the doctor, still have to wait for 2hrs, on which basis patients were called for consultation that attender only knows. No SOP, hospital management has to improve their SOP. 4W Parking also a big drawback in the hospital. So those who preferring this hospital keep in mind my reviews. Hosp management has to look up these issues

We got married 3 years.... Last 2 years we were trying for baby.. but no luck.. we had treatment with 3 hospitals in Erode but no luck . In Last, my uncle suggested this hospital.. So, We came in JS hospital... Akshaya fertility center Narmada mam she is very friendly.started for treatment and now my wife in pregnant... Dr. Vaani is so good but since last one week her timing has been changed. Seems all her staffs are extremely confused to manage the patients. Nurses and assistants of Dr. Vaani and Dr. Narmada should be properly trained how to manage the crowd. Once you meet Dr. Narmada and if she tells you to meet Dr. Vaani for any verification, these assistants keep you to wait untill all new patients meet Dr. Vaani. It took 4 hrs to meet Dr. Vaani after meeting Dr. Narmada. They should have basic sense to manage which is missing. Also the hospital has only one toilet for 100-200 patients coming in a day which always stinks. We have complained several times but no action being taken. Lots of chances for infection if you go to this hospital. Overall staffs and receptionist behavior is spoiling Dr. Vaani's reputation.

I'm undergoing treatment at this hospital. I m gald to share my feedback, Dr.Vani Pujari and Dr.Narmadha both of them are devoted to their profession and takes care of every individual patients who visit the hospital. I really appreciate their commitment and wish them to continue their service. I also take this opportunity to appreciate all the nurse and staffs for their excelent work. Vani and narmadha give response polite. But only money minded hospital. They have encourage only IVF and IUI. Vani and narmadha gave different answer each visit. Now I have checked another doctor, the treated 1 month, now my wife get pregnant naturally. Worst experience in my life. I will not recommended for anyone. So I will not even one star.

We came here for fertility treatment, since previous hospital suggesting very difficult to get pregnant. Me and my wife were very disappointed. Then We met doctor Vani Pujari ma’am at Akshaya Fertility Center. Doctor gave very confident and she told don’t worry there is a chance to get baby. And she is very positive to the patient that gives us more confident. Finally, we have baby girl delivered. One of the best doctor in Salem. Staffs are very supportive and gives positive responses. Especially relationship manager is very supportive and nice person. Thank you so much doctor and entire team.

I strongly recommend this hospital who wish to have a baby. Dr.Vani mam and Dr.Narmadha mam doing wonderful job. As far as I know very few doctors are easily accessible and she is the one at the salem who is easily accessible. Doctors patiently listens to our queries and respond politely. She is a result oriented doctor and having high successful rate as fas I know. I also appreciate the nurse for their kind job and treating like our family members. Staffs at the reception are also kind and they update the doctors availablity to avoid waiting at the hospital. It would be great if management pays little attention towards parking issues. Kudos to the management for keeping hospital near and clean also for addressing the patients issues and requests.

I am visiting the clinic from Sep 2021, and must have been at the hospital over 30 to 35 times, so it is time I give a honest review. About the doctor: Giving appointments at 7:30 AM is unheard of and Dr. Vani Puraji is setting an example. Her dedication towards work is something I admire, and giving consultation to 100+ couples every day in itself is a great service to humanity. So we have one of the finest doctor with a vast experience treating us. Also the team of doctors at the woman care unit is also very dedicated and respectful towards patients. Thanks to all the doctors. Reception/admin: The recent batch of reception staff (joined 6 to 8 months back) is always on time and very receptive to patients queries. With the new practo appointment booking, the process will only get better. The combo of the man and the lady works and it is great to see how things have transformed this year. Nursing: Now some nursing staff are permanent and some come for training as temporary staff. I got admitted thrice this year for infection and spent a total of 10 days. Without the care the nursing staff have shown towards me, it would have been difficult for me spending those many days at a hospital. There can be one or two instances a nurse may oversee things, beware it is only human to make a mistake and it was definitely not intentional. So let us look past it and provide constructive feedback where necessary. Facility: There is enough space now and on few days it gets crowded. I believe the admin team is working towards increasing the size of facility for future needs. Areas to improve: Discharge summary takes a few days to be issued, and it can be fast tracked. Have tie up with more insurance providers as it will support more patients.

No car parking facility. Only doctors are allowed to park the vehicle inside the compound. What abt patients who come to hospital, where are they supposed to park? Parking should be given for every. I am writing this after facing it for many times. Not even one time every time they say only drs park their car inside

The patients were treated with care. Service is very good. From starting they were analysing and suggesting whats good for us. After some time they suggested us to go for IUI and now i am tested positive. I cant express my happiness.

Akshaya hospital is a boon to us personally.I was married for 7 yeers and i have been taking treatments in various hospitals in Salem..But nothing worked for us..I was frustated and left all my treatments. My friend suggested me this hospital..First of all, i liked the hospitality ,starting from reception ,nurses everyone is caring and even if ask so many doubts, they will politely respond. And Narmadha mam explained very clearly all the procedures..Vani mam is very polite and she explained whatever needed..I trusted myself and Vani mam completely..now i finally got the two lines.. 3 hours waiting for meeting a doctor is not at all acceptable even after taking appointment. Please give appointment to only those number of patients which you are capable of handling. First and last visit to the hospital. Will not recommend anyone.

Dr Vani is very nice but waiting hours are extremely long, no transparency about your slots. The first time i went to consult the doctor i was there at 10 am and i met the doctor @3.30 pm ! Though at 1pm i saw the doctor leave but nurses asked me to wait ! And second time i went to see the doctor, her assistant attended and she was terrible… she scared me and told about IUI ,hcg ,IVF directly thoughi had just started with the consultation
