We booked to stay in one of the apartments in endeavour way through booking.com on arrival we found the parking had not been booked. The security door to the blocked had been kicked in and once in the apartment, the cleanliness was poor. Offered a refund by the vendor and an apology to allow my family and I to book elsewhere however they then reneged on that. This also meant I was unable to give a fair review on booking.com. Best avoid

I dont normally like doing this, but the service received was absolutely appalling, this provider cancelled our stay without warning. I have emailed twice to ask for arrangements for my stay as I was travelling with my 6 year old son and my elderly father in law. I was taking them both to their 1st match (even though I dont even support the team) and this provider not only ignored my emails but didnt not have the decency to advise me they cancelled my stay, I was only aware once I rang them to double check things. 3 days before the match and I am now without accommodation. STAY WELL CLEAR

Bit disappointed with the cleaning standards of the apartment, floor was a bit grubby, and the cushions of the sofa hadn't been removed to clean underneath. The underground car park was leaking rain water and wearing a pair of shoes was not good to walk through puddles to get to and from the car. Paying Ā£14 per day just to park in a swimming pool, not good . Gymnasium not open, facilities closed , paying top dollar for luxury and not receiving it .... Wasnt too good. Bed kept moving as I made love. Views were superb though. NO INTERNET EITHER ! was "apparently down"

Horrible experience, unprofessional and inattentive. I would never book this place again or recommend this place to anyone. If you are still going to book this place after my review below PLEASE read the T&C's carefully to avoid nasty surprises. Made a fully paid booking of the place as I had multiple work meetings. The booking was made 4 days in advance of my arrival and 2 hours before my check-in when I was on my way tot he place I get a call to inform me that the booking had been cancelled. The reason being that the address I had entered in my details while booking was a Manchester address and the hotel did not allow local bookings. I spoke with the manager and explained that I used to live in Manchester and now live out of the city due to my work the address entered was my mothers address as when making the booking I was staying at hers. Due to the timing of my meetings I had made the booking and that I had multiple emails exchanged between me and the keepers of the apartment to request a late check-out and other things. However between all that communication no one had realised that my address was Manchester registered and now 2 hours before my check out are cancelling my booking. Apparently according to the manager its in the T&C's and that I should have read them. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and admitted my fault of not reading the conditions but then if that's the case why does the website let local residents who enter Manchester address pay for a booking, just so that they can be disappointed at the last minute. I requested that my fault was not reading the conditions but the team should have picked up on this in the 4 days they had from the point I made the booking and if they haven't then its partially the apartments fault too and so that they should let me keep my booking this time around only as I have paid in full. I mentioned that cancelling my booking means they will be left with an empty room as in 2 hours doubt they could get another booking so why not let me stay but according to the manager it was a strict policy and they cancelled my booking even though the mange admitted their fault too for not picking up on this detail.

I was absolutely shocked by their behaviour they gave us a room smelling of cannabis and me and my 1 year old son were sleeping and they were pulling the doors check out time like it was a prison hall! I was terrified that they would walk in on me in my boxers and they were also banging the whole hall way it was the worst I've ever experience... I wouldnt leave my dog in there! Also the pakistani guy told booking.com that we never turned up so we are not able to leave a review how appalling is that! He also cut the call on my wife because she said she cannot come down 24 floors with a 1 year old and 5 bags

Be careful staying here. We stayed for 2 nights with 2 kids and had little hot water and no heating. Yet still Quay apartments are not willing to compensate us. Terrible.

Made a booking for my parents to come and visit me in Manchester and they cancelled it because they ā€˜donā€™t accept local bookingsā€™, even though they live in London. This is not very clear and only in the fine print.

Stayed here for 2 days and what a nightmare we had. We were received by a guy outside the building wearing casual jeans, questionable trainers and a bike jacket who was constantly texting on the phone until the moment he left the apartment. There was no one on the reception or outside the lifts to monitor the 2 meters rule and we had 4-5 other people in the lift every time we used it to go up or down with a max distance of less than a feet at best! Waiting area for the lifts smells really bad so are the lifts. One of the two lifts wasnt in working order means more people were trying to get in ignoring the govt. advise and risking everyoneā€™s health. Although apartments were really clean and well designed but the service isnā€™t so great. Toilet flush was broken and we were told it was ā€œworking fineā€ before we got here and it isnā€™t ā€œtheir faultā€. We were refused the towel change as they will only change it for customers staying for more than 7 days and we were only here for 2 days which didnā€™t make no sense as they would change for 2 separate customers staying for 1 night each but not for someone staying for 2 nights? To top it off we were asked by a random bloke in lift if we were checking out today and asked for our apartment no while pretending to be a cleaner but when we got back everything was same as we left. Cheap blinds on the big windows will make your life a hell with the light coming through them early in the morning means you canā€™t sleep after 6am. Avoid it unless you want to get high for free with the smell of marijuana outside their main entrance!

Amazing apartment, with stunning views. Modern kitchen with clean and minimal bedrooms. The areas around are under construction as I'm leaving this review which means minor disruptions, so just something to keep in mind. This wasn't an issue for us. Also, the photos in my review were taken from the 24th floor.
