ordering
at
the
Purple
Lounge
for
delivery.
1st
order
was
lovely,
no
problems.
My
husband
has
a
nut
allergy
so
the
restaurant
was
made
aware
of
this.
Our
2nd
order
was
made
on
Sunday,
after
ordering
we
got
a
call
from
the
restaurant
stating
that
we
should
not
be
ordering
from
them
with
allergies.
He
stated
that
if
we
wanted
the
order
we
would
need
to
go
to
the
restaurant
and
sign
to
state
we
are
happy
with
the
food
due
to
my
husbands
allergies
(?!).
We
had
paid
for
delivery
but
apparently
this
would
be
refunded,
he
also
stated
we
could
not
have
the
mixed
starter.
We
were
not
given
an
alternative
and
we
explained
we
had
the
mixed
starter
on
our
last
order.
We
collected
the
order
and
my
husband
signed
a
receipt
(?).
When
we
arrived
home
a
main
meal
was
missing
from
our
order.
I
rang
the
restaurant
and
was
told
again,
we
should
not
have
ordered
with
them
due
to
my
husbands
allergy,
we
were
spoken
to
extremely
rudely
and
told
we
would
need
to
go
back
to
the
restaurant
to
collect
the
rest
of
the
meal.
We
didn't
bother.
We
are
still
awaiting
refunds
for
the
missing
orders
and
the
delivery
fee.
Never
before
have
we
had
a
takeaway/restaurant
refuse
to
take
our
order
or
scold
us
for
ordering
with
them
when
my
husband
has
an
allergy
to
nuts.
The
customer
service
was
horrendous
and
we
never
received
an
apology
or
an
understandable
explanation.
Don't
bother
visiting
or
ordering
if
you
have
an
allergy!
