Quality Save has been one of my family's favourite store to buy some specific stuffs since we have moved to England. Today however, one of the staffs made me feel so disgusted, discriminated and embarrassed. I went to the store to buy some hair products with my little sister. Everything going okay as usual until the time to pay. Have tried to pay using the Google pay method as I always do in every where, even trying that more than once it did not worked which is wierd. Then, the old lady rudely asked me to try with the actual card and it did not worked again, even though I had enough money to pay on my account. At that moment, I was already feeling quite uncomfortable by the woman staring at me as if I was not a normal human being. I asked then my sister to go call my dad who were waiting in the car, so we could try on a different card. When my dad came, the woman who was already making me feel uncomfortable looking at me as if I was doing something wrong, told my dad in a very impolite and ignorant way that he could only pay with cash. I have asked her to cancel that and pass the shoppings through the till again because we didn't have cash at that moment and she refused that. I was just about to ask to speak to the manager but, my dad said it wasn't worth to waste our time with people like that and I agreed with him. I have to say, I have never gone through a situation like that in my life, that old lady made me feel so uncomfortable and discriminated, as if I was doing something horrible when everything I wanted were pay my shoppings. The problem is not even the fact that we had to leave our shoppings at the store because we were not "allowed to pay" but, the impolite rude lady who in a not explicit way basically kicked us out of the there making us feel bad for no reason. That was shameful and no apologies was given at any moment. Ps: I have used the same paying method at Aldi and Iceland before at the same day and did not have this issue. Also, this is not the first time I have this problem when trying to use Google pay at this store.

Great friendly staff always willing to help customers out which is great when you have disabilities like my self. Great work guys. Thank you

Good selection but the top shelves are impossible to reach products. No point in bringing it to the attention of the complaints dept, they don't put customers first.

I usually go in here, with a list of what I need. I have never walked out of Quality Save, without getting extra things. Their prices are so cheap and the choices are fantastic.

Prices similar to some of the big supermarkets however there are some bargains.

Large store, well laid out. Stocks everything from groceries to garden ornaments. Good prices too.

It is convenient to home and I have specific things I buy from there every week

Always pleasant experience, staff very polite and helpful. A little short on some items but that's the times.

Great new toys in for girls,xmas put aways Cheaper than amazon. Baby born dolls. Cry babies. Picked up some nice things today for my girl. Great buys for budgets but have to watch as prices as they vary from store to store for example got some vitamins in the little hulton store 99p same one's in walkden branch were 4.99 Products from the ordinary skincare priced 99p and inkey list retinol 1.99 were instore today 18/1/23

Love quality save always has loads of choices and Christmas bits and bobs. Good value for everything. Loads of staff to help if needed

I bought some building adhesive there. I didn't even know they sold that stuff. A lot of footfall says it all.

Big spacious store, plenty of choice on the shelves, lots of staff on the shop floor to help customers. Has a very wide range of products, so you will make a purchase regardless of how random it is. Plenty of parking right outside the front door.

Has quite a wide variety of goods including reasonably priced food & toiletries. Also have plenty of tills on so no massive queues usually in & out fairly quickly without hassle.

Got what I wanted(other than smokey criaps cant seem to get them anywhere)

This I a big quality save always come home with stuff from here always stock up and has alot of stuff in they were putting Christmas 🎄 decorations out so yep good shop

I like this shop. It's not too big, cheep and good quality.

Good selection of goods, for household and garden and pets also diy.parking outside but gets very busy so limited parking spaces as its on a retail park. Its quiet a biggest store so lots.of goods in there. 1.pet hate there is never enough checkouts open when it's gets busy. Staff are always stocking up shelfs if you need to ask anyone where things are. Probably 1 of my goto stores if I need anything fast.

Quality Save is one of my favourite places to shop for things like cleaning products. I can always find just what I'm looking for (and more!) whenever I visit. It's very similar to home bargains and/or b&m. Always have great seasonal aisles too.

Qualitysave save is very very good has everything you need and staff very very friendly and very very helpful they are very very hard workers and very very understanding Qualitysave get 10 out of 10 from brenda they are very very good in all they do to help people

Always a good discounters. Lots of different thins available. Including homeware Kids toys G Food items Soaps shampoos gels etc Bath salts scrubs plus lots more Personal hygiene products Household cleaning products A few DIY products too Not too mention a large variety of soft drinks and a fair few alcoholic drinks if you prefer those. Quite a collection of sweets and chocolates for those of a sweet tooth. Pretty much something for anyone. Including some kiddies clothing too. Best to go look see To see of there's anything there for you. All at good discounted prices. Have fun browsing.
