Puccini is one of the few restaurants where you will get a proper eating out experience from all points of view. Everything from the restaurant design to the food and staff is a positive experience. The restaurant is a bit tight on space, but overall very well laid out. Tables and silverware are always spotless. The restaurant is very classy and it's a proper Italian restaurant experience. The staff are always courteous and act professionally, more so than in other larger and more popular restaurant. Admirable is the fact that the owner will most likely welcome you all the time when you get here. He's very attentive and always making sure his customers are well looked after and fully satisfied with their meals. I've been here on multiple occasions with family and friends, some of whom have been living in Italy for over 10 years and were highly impressed with the restaurant, staff and food. The food which is always amazing, tasty and well presented. I haven't tried everything on the menu yet, but the lasagne is to die for and even the small portion is plentiful. All the steaks I've tried were juicy and delicious and with the right amount of veggies and sauce. As well as food, you will find a few good Italian wines, out of which Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is probably my favourite. Staff will make sure to keep your glasses topped and are always on had to address any of your concerns. One thing that's admirable is that they have an open view kitchen so you can always make sure your food is prepared in a proper environment, if you are concerned with that. And, I've been behind the kitchen doors of a few restaurants so far which were absolutely a shame when it came to tidiness and cleanliness. But not Puccini. The kitchen here was absolutely spotless every time when I've been here and peeked inside. Overall this restaurant the best one in the UK that I've been at so far and I will keep recommending them to anyone wanting a top experience when eating out.

Puccini was okay but I personally didn't feel the hype. My pate starter was disappointing but my friend opted for the meatballs which looked a lot better My main course was the linguine with monkfish, kingprawns and scallops. This was a delicious dish, just couldn't done with a bit more pasta for me but I couldn't fault the flavour. For dessert I had tiramisu but I think the server misunderstood me when I asked for some cream while I took a quick video and proceeded to drown the dessert. Luckily I love cream so it just made me laugh and I lapped it up Service was quick and the staff were friendly. I just feel it was slightly overpriced

Second time I’ve been here, food was great and people are nice. Risotto is the best up now I tried In Manchester.

I recently dined at Puccini, a pizza restaurant, and had a satisfying experience overall. The restaurant has a warm and inviting ambiance, creating a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying a meal. The menu offers a decent variety of options, with both classic and creative toppings to choose from. While the food items were delicious, the service at Puccini was average. The waitstaff was polite, but the service could have been more attentive and prompt. There were instances where it took longer than expected to receive our orders and get assistance.

I've been going to Puccini's for many years now and the food is still great. It's not the same experience it was years ago however, going used to be a real event and the staff made a real fuss. Not like that these days but still a great place to eat

Been here several times and always enjoyed the food. However tonight 7 of us went to celebrate my birthday and came away very disappointed. Two people had lasagna. One was fine but the other was served in a small dish and more like soup than lasagna with a distinct lack of pasta. Garlic bread almost burnt. Risotto not very nice at all and prawn in shell on top of it was mush. One person had to wait for starter whilst the rest of us had finished ours. Sadly the quality was not reflected in the price. Bill had an item on that we hadn’t had and thus has happened on previous visits. Expensive night for distinctly average food and service. Doubt we will go there again.

Great place to eat, been there a few times already and it never disappoints. Carbonara is a masterpiece but anything really is delicious. The feel of the restaurant, the smell and the staff all create an unforgettable atmosphere, which makes you want to keep coming back. Overall I highly recommend it. We've had: Carbonara, Tortelloni Con Crema Prosciutto E Fungi, Lasagne and a garlic bread as an appetizer. Out of these I would suggest getting Carbonara for the first time and Tortelloni on the second occasion. 😁

There were 4 of us having a meal to celebrate a 15th birthday. All meals were lovely but I felt the silver service with the vegetables was unnecessary and awkward. Waiter was leaning over over people with no mask to try and put a very small amount on your plate. Why they didn’t just leave the vegetables on the table so we could help ourselves is beyond me!! The soft drinks were very overpriced and I don’t think all deserts should be £6.50. There’s a real difference in 3 scoops of ice cream to the banana split or chocolate fudge cake. They messed up lighting the birthday cake as well. Wouldn’t really go back anytime soon.

Great restaurant! Very welcoming staff, including the owner, Michael, who is very hands on. Good variety of dishes & portion sizes. All beers by the can or bottle, no draught beers unfortunately. Definitely going again.

I celebrated my PhD earlier this evening in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that we passed a fantastic evening and the restaurant was clearly the reason for that strong event. The stuff participated in a gorgeous manner, the meals were very good and my buddies were so overjoyed. We shall absolutely come back again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

From start to finish the staff made us feel really special. Everyone loved their food and I just say as a vegan I was not expecting great food because there were no VE's on the menu but they had a delicious vegan wine and the pasta had so much flavour in it was delicious. They also added extra chilli and vegetables in my pasta, the meat eaters loved theirs too, will definitely be back 😍

For a special occasion it has to be Puccini's 😊 Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Best Italian restaurant in our opinion so try it for yourself and we are sure you will feel the same.

Lovely restaurant, very pretty outside and nice inside. Friendly and helpful staff, also helpful with regards to gluten free items which I was so pleased there was pizza and pasta available, as I couldn't find this info on their website. Definitely recommend

Me and my husband travelled from Whitefield had a lovely meal for two from the lunch menu, the manager and staff are very friendly. The food was nice, will be returning again soon.

Brilliant service lovely food. I have been bringing my family to puccinis in swinton for birthday events and all other celebrations for the last 20 years. The staff here are very kind and helpful and the food is amazing. Especially the mint ice cream dessert my children love it!

Had a fabulous evening celebrating our 56th Wedding Anniversary at Puccinis. Great service as usual. Worried that I couldn't eat a large meal they did me a smaller portion - it was perfect. Complementary fruit kebab at the end and whilst waiting for taxi complimentary Lemon cello. Amazing. xxx

Met at the door on arrival and seared straight away. Lovely decor and the table set beautifully. The service was excellent and the food amazing. 4 off us shared a garlic bread with cheese and to be truthful I could have eaten it all. Lovely evening for for friends. Will definitely visit again.

Booked table for a very special event, got there about 10min early and sat down to wait after being told it will be a few minutes. After seeing groups come in and be seated we got a little hm annoyed, being our table was booked 3 weeks earlier and no other tables had been booked in the diary. After being told it would be a couple of minutes (3 times) we were told at 19.50 that our table was being sorted and taking our order, we waited another 10 to 15 min and still no sign, so we upped and left. We were very disappointed with this restaurant, if its OK to treat a group of 6 like this then it's there loss! I only gave 1 🌟 because it was open.

I visited Puccini's in May 22. The place is cosy, with even better staff . The menu is vast and cooked to a very high standard. Staff and management couldn't do enough. 10/10. I rarely give a ten. But team Puccini's take a bow . Best wishes for the future. Will be back.

I will start with the positives, the food here was very good quality and very well prepared. The meat was superb and had allot of flavour. The pasta was al dente which is my preference. Overall the food was faultless. The reason for the rating of "good" was the service, we had three servers in total. One who sat us to our table and got our drinks, one who took our order as the first waitress said she could not take orders, then a third person who took our second drinks order and served the food. This could just be their system which is fine however it was not very cohesive, service here was very slow tonight causing us some confusion. Overall it was a good experience, but not very good or fantastic.

Have been to here three times. It is the best Italian restaurant in the area. Food delicious and service is excellent. Lunch set is reasonable price and value for money.

I got the Tomato Soup starter, followed by Margarita Pizza; both inexorably fresh, like refreshing. A standard I’ve never known on British terrain. This is the place to go when you have a reason to spend money frivolously, alternatively if you have money to spend frivolously then this is simply the place to go. Proud owner, professional service, the water tastes good on lime, try it: you you’re made of 75% plus, it’s good for the brain. Like eating at Puccinis. Will return.

Absolutely excellent restaurant and very much a hidden gem. Michel the owner is the best front of house in Manchester and hosts a great menu. Don't be put off by the fact it's in Swinton precinct as it's an oasis of enjoyment with a touch of the Mediterranean. Try it per favore!

Sorry to say this This restraunt has been a favourite of ours for 20 years but I feel it's going down hill We dont go often as its quite a distance But to find they have stopped serving draught beer and only bottles larger at top prices £28 For a £7 bottle of red wine Cost on the menu has gone up dramatically And the food we had tonight was not what you expect , at top price Sorry but I feel they have so many staff that sometimes they've nothing to do so there all over you . This is sometimes too much Granted the service is very good . Nevermind

My girlfriend has been telling me for over a year how good this place is and we finally went for valentines day and I was not disappointed. The steak was cooked to perfection. Will be going again. The staff were really nice and welcoming.

Food here is first class. Recommended for any special occasion or just a treat. This place is not two for a tenner but the food and service is so good it is still great value. Check the prices on the specials though. I ordered a veal chop from the specials board, which was superb, but was a little surprised to discover that it was around £23.00! It was so delicious that I somehow managed to shrug that one off. First choice of restaurant for me every time.

Hands down the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. Would make the trip all the way from Leeds for special occasions. Guests have never been disappointed when I bring them to Puccini’s. The menu is so varied and accommodates all taste buds. Plenty of parking nearby. The service is exceptional. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
