Small but adequate places to plop your body for the night. Very clean room with an air conditioner, microwave, small fridge, and TV. Breakfast was basic but generous. The staff were friendly. They have a clean, sheltered hot tub but it's too hot in the summer to use comfortably. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We liked the Sherpa.

This hotel is always good for us. The only complaint I have is there is no juice at the breakfast. The deadbolt didn't work properly on our door. The rooms are nice. For the most part the staff is friendly.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Stayed two nights had two rooms reserved. In town for a wedding. Breakfast was adequate but would have enjoyed more of a protein choice. But cereals, fruit, bagel, toast etc were available so you don't go hungry.

Wasn’t the best stay I’ve ever had. Our room was infested with moths— dead and alive. The sheets were initially dirty when we got there, but once they serviced the room they were clean. So unfortunate that I brought my own pillow and they took my pillowcase after switching the sheets out. Seemed to be a residue left in the tub from their service after cleaning it. Room just felt dirty. Gal who checked us in was SO kind— suggested places that weren’t just for tourists. (And when I say she was kind, I truly mean that. She was very hospitable) Hot tub was a nice addition with the gazebo. Breakfast wasn’t the worst— random items and most breakfast related. Coffee sort of tasted of tobacco? I don’t think what we paid for (3 nights @ $520) was worth it.. I’d much rather spend the extra money and stay in an airbnb or a better hotel. **After posting this, my card was charged an additional $330. Salida was great, the people are friendly, and coming from a small town myself in KS, I can appreciate the slow down.

Cleaning crew needs to be retrained. Upon opening the freezer in the room the prior guest had left two cups of ice in plastic cups. Not a big deal, it's ice. Then we opened the refrigerator and there were two plastic containers with mayonnaise in them left over from the last guest. Starting to get a little grossed out. Go to take a shower in the morning and there is a razor blade on top of the ledge at the top of the shower stall. Also, left over from a previous guest. At this point I'm totally disgusted and we won't be staying here again. No guest at any hotel should have to deal with an unclean room or left over food from prior guests, it's gross!

Loved the room so much. Honeymoon suite. Will return to this establishment. We will most definitely be back! Beautiful location. Wonderful, friendly staff. Had a gift of a bottle of delicious champagne. It was absolutely heavenly. 💯

The rooms are recently renovated, the design is a bit tacky but they are very clean. Rooms are small but efficient and well laid out. Would defn stay here again.
