Dont waste your time going here they tried to give me $10 for a ps4 with 2 games and a controller. When I requested he plug it in in front of me and not in the back, that's when he starts looking at it telling me it's only worth parts and refuse to even plug it in mind you I went to voltage the store downtown and they gave $126.00 and pluged it in in front of me with no problem. Pawn king a total rip off and like to try to take advantage of people.

I’ve never been there and expiernced such bad service I wish I could of caught the lady’s name but I returned a Xbox controller I spent 35 dollars on because it didn’t work at all. The buttons sticked ( which can be fixed) but why spend money if I have to fix myself??? The controller would turn off with full charge and a few more other problems . The lady was very rude and pretty much disagreed with me and argued with me . After testing the controller and I seen that it turned of she lied and said the controller was a 100% when I told her I just seen it she decided to exchange it for another but I wouldn’t be able to come back if that doesn’t work . So I asked for my money back and she was extremely rude and made disrespectful comments to myself. And for the record the guy didn’t test the controller before I purchased it but assured to me it worked . And I made the wrong choice trusting his word . I also returned it LESS than 24 hours .

Okay so my brother ask me go in pawn king with his girlfriend. I said I don't know because I don't like them because have bad experience s with employees being rude without even saying a word to them. He said come on we will go check it out real quick so he convinced us go in. We look around don't see anything we want , then started looking for a specific movie. We were going leave but my brother wanted check out the games real quick. Mind you were trying spend quality time because he came from out of town. We just were browsing possibly going buy some, as we're looking the rude employee came up behind us doesn't even introduce himself and sneaks up beind people you don't know, and me and my brother having a private conversation about games and memory's of them when we were younger and how good we used be at them. The dude just randomly sneaks up on us and starts laughing ignorantly and sips his coffee with a discusting gulp. Then says I don't even know what your talking about on top of that was very rude. Oh if you need help I'll be over here because me and my brother gave him a serious dirty look like your not funny or cute. I almost said some things but then remembered people like that are scumbags and just bring off negative energy. They want a response I reminded myself I am a Grown Women I don't stoop those standards. He had on a black hat that was long with a blue shirt. What Amazes me theirs another guy sitting their watching this go down who looks more appropriate and looks like the manager doesn't even say anything to your employee. So rude customer service is what you bring and children work here don't go here and waist your money with these degenerate people. Next time you walk behind somebody you might want think twice because you don't know people lucky I have morals unlike these scumbags.

Way over priced. Specifically looking for a Bike, There wanting $200-300$ Bald tires on the Bikes old Dirty. Also no inventory worth paying for. And not 1 Employee Bothered to even come ask me if they could help me find anything I was looking for. Once again that wouldn't have even helped looks like a empty warehouse.

The old man with the ponytail that works in the store is a complete scumbag. He shouldn't be working with money or customers. He doesn't know what an interest rate is and he doesn't know what customer service is... Please, owner of pawn KING, Check your ponytail waving old pawn... His mouth and attitude is gonna open to the wrong person some day!

I visited Pawn King Shop City Syracuse branch. They were very professional and understanding and helpful folks. They were also knowledgeable about the Apple Watch I got a loan on. I was very pleased with the above market internet price they lent to me for my goods, and was also very pleased that they actually stay in touch and courteously reach out to customers to survey how they could improve the quality of their service and furnish due date reminders. The guy with the ponytail likes to lowball purposely, I brought in a tv and was offered $70 on the spot but forgot a chord so they told me to just bring it back once I get that and I’d get my $70. When I came back he was there and insisted all I could get was $10 for it when I was just told I could get $70 smh ridiculous

If I could give it 0 starts I would they tried to low ball a friend of mine for a console and tried to say it was an older model then what it was.

Love Pawn King!!!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Merchandise is priced decent. I use their Buyback/layaway service all the time when I need money in rush!!!!

I called and asked if they had a certain size TV and what the price was. Got the price, which was very reasonable for the size I wanted. I stated I would be in before they closed. When I arrived at the store, was greeted upon walking in. The gentleman and young lady who were working were very pleasant and very helpful. I got my TV and they tested it for me before I left. Everything was very professional. Yes sir, thank you, have a great night, such respect for a customer. I will dwfidefini do business there again. Thank Pawn King staff for an awesome experience.
