First both orders of fries were cold. Asked for no oil on bread of patty melt and it was soaked in oil. Order 2 turtle sundaes and they were not turtle sundaes but banana and butterfinger. Must have been pre-made all of it was frozen. Other burger was was barely warm.

I ordered twice. Once was quick, but the second time I had to wait quite awhile (felt like ten minutes, maybe only five) at the window to order, they were apparently understaffed (or not working efficiently) and prioritizing the drive through. But a really nice outdoor patio.

There's really not any atmosphere here because it's a drive-thru. The food is good but not as good as the Freddy's that is out on the south part of town. My fries aren't always hot when I get them ( like fresh out of the fryer hot) and the patty melt is sometimes too greasy as far as the bread. I do think that they are a lot better than when they first started so I have seen improvement.

Food was ok. I ordered through the app, and I suspect the order was prepared way ahead of the pick-up time because the food was lukewarm. I will go back because this isn't the kind of experience I normally have at any FFC&S.

Freddy's is getting really chintzy. Ordered 2 large concretes, 3rd time in a row the cups aren't even close to being filled, and very little fillings. So disappointed. Raise the damn prices if you must, but fill up the cups!!!!!

They will substitute your bun for a lettuce wrap for those Keto folks out there like me! Their burgers are fantastic!

I think the order lady, I think it was Guadalupe( apologies if that's not right), is the friendliest fast food employee ever. She was very helpful, friendly and engaging. Food was good as usual and it was during the lunch hour which is when everyone is grouchy but she was great. Not only that but she was on top of the trash outside. One of the cleanest outdoor areas I have been to. Great job.

A bunch of retards working there. Cold a.. food. I won't be going back to this location ever again.

The worst experience I've had at any fast food service. This is a new location and I have to say it was a terrible experience. I'm a frequent customer at all the establishments ran under this management and this was just not acceptable when it comes to service. I felt like I was rushed to order, like my business didn't matter, not to mention the order was entirely wrong, and the attitude of the individual who helped me certainly was negative. They didn't have items we wanted and instead of offering in a polite way to visit the other location as they have more inventory it was just like we can't meet your demand on the quantity. So rude yes, poor service yes, accuracy of order not met, not courteous, and a terrible experience.

The food is good, and the service was fine. The issue I have is with the menu and pricing. I just wanted a single burger, no cheese. All the burgers on the menus are doubles. They made a single, no cheese burger but charged me for a double cheeseburger. So 7 bucks for a basic burger, bun, pickles and mustard.

I ordered a veggie burger and it was so hard it was definitely not fresh
