Food was hot hot and fresh, clean, friendly staff

On the app, you can't cancel at all, and they don't warn you that your order will be for the next day. I have ordered multiple times at the time I did, and I expected to still be able to. So I am out ten dollars with no way to cancel my order, that is for tomorrow.

Always great service, atmosphere, and usually food too. The crinkle fries were great but the 4 classic roast beef made me want to say "WHERE'S THE BEEF"!!! This used to be our weekly stop. Not so much now.

Great service. The staff here is ALWAYS amazing. Whoever the hiring manager is knows their stuff. The staff looks very happy to be there as well.

Just used the drive thru but the food was quick and staff was polite.

Gabbie is always upbeat and has wonderful suggestions for food. Always clean bathroom is always clean. The sandwiches are good not the best I have had. I would choose this over subway, especially if you are wanting a warm sandwich.

You just never know if you can chew there chicken sandwiches. Sometimes to tough because they had been holding it. So always tell them fresh chicken if you don't mind waiting 5 minutes more.

They never have cherry turnovers! And I had to wait 25 minutes for two large curly fries. The girl was extremely rude who took my order!

Food's fair for fast food. Staff is friendly enough. Business practices are strange: a medium 20oz drink is called a large. No refills on lemonade. But caveat emptor. I won't order from this location again

Seriously the one thing this place does is roast beef and it's "Sorry we're out of roast beef". Meanwhile it's the who knows how long smoke break outside with the random guy. Don't blame us cause we can't do basic food handling and prep.

So it is exactly 102 degrees outside right now and it is cooler out here than in there... I feel for their employees

Sorry not a good experience. Steak and cheese looked nothing like the picture in restaurant. Large fries have full. Both sandwiches and fries were barely warm. I've had better service but yesterday was not a good day.

Went through the drive through and ordered a 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich and got a double but was charged for a 1/2 pound. I’m pregnant right now and was really craving a roast beef sandwich and wanted the largest one but was charged extra for something I didn’t receive. I also asked for extra Arby’s sauce and only got 1 packet. The guy working wasn’t very friendly either he took my payment and shoved my food out the window and then my card and slammed the window closed no have a good day or nothing. I don’t think I will go to that Arby’s again for awhile. I hope the other one in Salina is a lot better than this one.💔😡

I would give 0's for service and food if I could! The service and food at the S 9th Salina Ks location was terrible!!! Cashier was rude and all the food was ice cold!! Worst $40 ever spent!! Will not be back to this location!!!!!!!

Plan to park and wait in a stall for your food. The fish sticks are good people. It's Arby's eat beef!
