    We went through the drive thru and ordered. Got our food and looked as we were driving off and they forgot part of our order so we drove back through and they got kinda frustrated about it and the guy at the window looked mad. After we left we realized they forgot our son's juice and the sauces we asked for. But it was not worth driving back for. This isn't the first time we've had issues with this location. I will not be returning to this location again.

    Lobby was closed again because the staffing issues. She went to have them correct a mistake on my order through the drive-thru (again), and they forced me to wait outside in 5° weather for 5 minutes They made the correction. No compensation for the time, fries were cold but the time they gave me I order back. Will not be going to this location again.

    The people in the drive through are always in a hurry. I dont need to stop and chat everytime but throwing my food through my window to rush your drive time isn't cool either. Food was hot and tasted good though.

    I went through the drive thru. After my drinks were messed up the person at the window had me pull to a stall after being upset that I had told her my drinks were wrong. I waiting about 7 minutes before someone came out with my food and didn’t bring my drinks out. I reminded the guy about my drinks and he said he would bring them out. Another 3 or 4 minutes go by and the guy didn’t come back out. I went inside and the guy was taking new orders. So I had to wait to get someone’s attention and then I had to fill my own drink. So my food was cold by the time I got home, oh well. I then realized the 5 ranch dips that they now make us pay for were missing from my bag. We called and they agreed to remake our food. After a couple of days we called again to make sure we were able to pick it up and they said they never agreed to remake our entire order. But okay. Thanks for the great customer service👎🏼

    The manager was extremely rude and had an attitude with me because I didn’t want a different flavored frozen drink. He was mad and said I “demanded” a refund and was holding up his line. He shouldn’t have sold me a frozen coke if it wasn’t ready to be sold in the first place. All the other works were extremely nice and understanding that I didn’t like any of the other flavors and their manager decided to rudely demand me to park and come inside for a refund. Just to meet me and yell at me at the door.

    For those of you who have not downloaded the McDonald's app I highly recommend it.you can always get a free MD fries with a purchase of at least one dollar every Friday. Also discounts and deals for ordering ahead on the app.such as points every order that when you reach a minimum of 1500 points you can get a food item free.

    Understaffed, long lines. I go to McDonald's because they are usually the same quality of food countrywide. Somewhere along the way, McDonald's decided to change up their hash browns. I am not impressed. The sausage Mcmuffin was good and so was the milk though it was only 1%. The hash browns were disappointing. Please go back to the original hash browns.

    On November 19th 2023 at around 10:30 pm I had the absolute worst experience at a McDonald's store ever. I didn't ask for anything special just a Quartier pounder meal. Easy enough. So I payed at the first window and moved forward nobody ahead of me or behind me. I get to the second window and was handed my drink, after a minute I was asked to pull forward, so I did no big deal. While I was sitting there a couple of cars came and left. After a long while the server came out with my order She was expanding to me how she was cleaning the lobby and how the people who were preparing my order didn't care. She was clutching my bagged order strangely. Well I circled around and opened the bag the French fries were cold and actually slimy the burger was cold as well. Of course I didn't even attempt to eat this garbage. But I did go back through the line and hand it back to the one who served it to me and told her to eat it herself. I will never spend another dime at any Salina Kansas McDonald's store. You can do better really.

    I just hate how when you go to the front to order food like the good old days they always seem like I'm inconveniencing them at work. I do like the playplace for my kids.

    I ordered a pickup for the kids so they could play and I always order pick up here because if I go to the counter everybody just stands around on their phone or apparently eating staring at me and nobody takes my order. This is probably the 20th time this has happened so I gave up on going to the counter to order. Well today as I'm standing at the counter cuz my pickup order was made incorrectly. They had people by the drive-through window shoving their face with french fries touching their hands to their mouth. Then when I finally get service to help me with the order instead of playing on their phones and just staring at me, which was missing a kids french fry. A younger girl takes my kids bag back into the kitchen, which I don't think they're supposed to do that. She could have just simply gave me a small fry then the same lady I seen shoving her face is the one who gives me the french fries. No hands washed. Who knows if those were the fries she was eating. The kids play area is complete mess nobody's cleaneds it up. You can tell for at least a few hours. The only reason I come here is because my kids want to. Otherwise it's trash, personally don't like McDonald's, but now not only their food leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I wish the location on Ohio had a play place because the service is always good and I don't think that's what happened there.

    We used the app for part of my order and added other items. Pulling up to the second window, I recognized a staff person from 2 previous visits, and I told my daughter that I hope he kept his good attitude as before. He did!!! He greeted us with a smile and had a good attitude. Even the employee he was assisting had a good attitude and a "real" smile. Our order was correct, and the fries was filled correctly and hot. Told my daughter that this is good service, and I hope it stays that way. She encouraged me to send commendation. I called and asked for his name and assured them nothing was wrong. I told her that I appreciate good service. The staff person name is Roy. I am saying thank you, and please keep up the good service. Service with a smile, a good attitude, and a correct order made just right 👏

    Seems like everyone is going self serve anymore, so they want you to use the Kiosks instead of people taking your order. However! McDonald's has stepped up to train people, like my wife, who hates tech. And walked through the ordering with her. So, while she's thinking someone is still taking her order, she's actually learning to eventually order for herself. Nice thinking! As for the food, I'd like to have more flavor to my sausage patty. It was kinda blaw this morning. Otherwise, great job!

    A little sad about my “happy meal”…. I ordered a cheese burger with mayo, mustard, and pickles. Maybe I should’ve said more than one pickle? Anyways not very pleased.

    Had a large table service order; 5 meals, all specialty drinks, and 5 ice cream cones. The meals and drinks were delivered to the table within 10 minutes. Not bad for a large order. The girl said she would be right back with the 5 ice cream cones. 30 minutes later we had finished eating and still hadn't gotten our cones. I went up to the counter to ask about them. The teen boy told me I would have to repay for them. I showed him the mobile order receipt where I had already paid. He grudgingly made the 5 cones. He expected me to carry all of them. I had to ask for the special ice cream cone carrier as he hadn't thought of it. Very disappointed. I've been here a lot first thing in the morning and never had a problem. Afternoon shift has a lot of catching up to do and maybe retrain on customer service
