We give NO STARS, 1 Happy meal ordered kiosk inside Salina Ks #24313. No food delivered to table as promised 40 minutes later. Took receipt to counter. Emp. took receipt refused return to customer or deliver meal. Manage refused provide name, deliver meal and return receipt. Police were called. Manager became rude, combative told police to leave tell customer never return. Stern voice officers got Belligerent manager name, refund and receipt for traveling couple. Not Happy Meals Salina KS. McDonalds.

Waited in line outside for ten minutes nobody but me. Finally a guy gets on intercom and askes if I'd been helped. Took my order the girl that gave me my food said not one word, her nails were super long which makes me think is this sanitary. Handed me my food and shut the window all I can say is poor service. I was warned not to go here but I thought I'd go anyway. I won't be back

Ordered around 40 bucks of food get to the second window and they forget to charge us for a sprite so my girlfriend agrees to pay for it only to be told she has to get out of the truck and come inside if she wants the sprite which was part of our order to begin with this girl was very rude with both of us and could have easily admitted she messed up and didn’t give us our complete order and made it right very petty very wrong we spend a lot of money at McDonald’s but never again

It seems like this location has lot more trouble with hearing over intercom??? This was the 3rd time they got order wrong in the last month. Ordered large orange HiC..... what I received.... medium unsweetened tea with no ice. Hmmm. Drive thru was super backed up and slow. Lunch rush???? IDK. This was at 2 pm

Employees are more worried about arguing than taking care of customers. Table sign literally says “we will bring your food to you” cashier set it on the counter and basically sprinted away. And yall want $22 an hour? Yeah right. Maybe if yall stop throwing hands back there and do your job maybe you’ll get $22 an hour. Your “service” is barely worth $2. I said what I said.

Ticket #871 10-18-23 ordered at 7:23. I stood there in the lobby for a few minutes with no greeting and no one coming up to take my order. So I ordered on the self serve kiosk. Food got to me at 745 and I left only to realize they didn't give me my drinks so walked back. The front desk person said they were sorry. They HEAVILY prioritize the drive thru over the lobby. 15 cars came and went while I waited for my very simple order. When someone finally came up to start taking orders I asked about mine and she said I had a "big order", but as you can see in the receipt I only had 2 happy meals and a chicken sandwich, so I don't see that being a big order. People that come into the lobby may be in just as much of a hurry as the people in the drive through but I'm sure they don't get graded the same. Hope their service to inside customers improves.

Was good food. Service was decently fast. Prices are getting out of hand.

Only reason people got McDonalds it was affordable. Now it's more expensive or as expensive as Arby's or Burger King. Who honestly had better food. No one eats McDonalds cause they like it. The service is not any better rude staff, semi clean store, and can't even get your own refill. Always have to wait for staff for more soda. McDonald's and location gets a low score with me.

This place won't give you what you ask for. Even if you are willing to pay for extra. Drinks not filled all the way, broken biscuits, over cooked sausage asked how much jelly I wanted and I said 4, same girl only gave me 2, but gave me ketchup with my breakfast which was not asked for. No napkins dirty floor, no soap in the bathroom. No hospitality.

Drive through was rude . Manager was worse. Bathrooms are always dirty. I do not recommend this McDonald's location at all. Not unless u want your food spit on. Either get new employees, especially management or go to a different location. I've contacted HR because this is the 3rd time in a year there has been altercation with the manager. Very unprofessional.

We received the correct order, but there were no condiments that we asked for.

Cashier is not allowed to use register,not everyone likes automated systems, jumped from one machine to the next because it was not working. Staff was nice food was fine.

Staff was huffy due to the rush; it was understandable but unneeded. They were fast and our order was right!

Staff was very sweet and friendly when I called about forgotten cookies the girl that answered was very nice, other places have been rude when it comes to forgotten items but the night staff was amazingly friendly I will definitely make this my go to McDonald’s staff does a great job keep up the amazing work!

It's usually pretty good but they All close at 11pm or before now,or are just closed for some odd reason so if you are traveling I would call before you hit the offramp ahead of time!!!

Kristi and Chris are wonderful they were both fast and friendly I didn't explain what I wanted correctly and they were patient to fix my order!! I never eat McDonald's but this one is the exception and it was clean..thanks guys. Go Cowboys!!
