Placed order online to pickup at drive thru. Was delayed a couple minutes before leaving, got to window and still had to wait 5 minutes. Order not ready. As on receipt, asked for 1 packet of mild sauce, got 8. They just throw handfuls in the bags, as well as napkins. Those cost for store must be unreasonably high. Most all of staff unfriendly, as if your annoying them for ordering food. Disturbing their day.

You walk in the door and no one comes to the counter for over a fifteen minutes then you have to place your own order. Computer is not explanatory four year Order

Ordered 2 soft tacos with other food. Didn't get the tacos but did receive to hard shell tacos with sour cream which is just nasty. Too far to drive back and exchange. The receipt even said 2 soft shell tacos. So someone else's food put in mine? Either way not happy. And still hungry. And out money.

Best taco bell in salina. Yes, this is a relatively low bar to be compared to, but the other two taco bells tend to get my order wrong half the time. At least this one get it right, even if the burritos are suspiciously small...

Taco Bell is always great for lunch or supper there now serving breakfast three clean restrooms very clean dining room very friendly. Thank you so much for having your lobby open

My husband and I literally showed up 5 minutes before closing (which is something employees don't necessarily appreciate). But, considering this, our service was excellent, food was hot, and everything was great. Sometimes Taco Bell's can be "skimpy" but not this one!! 🌮 🌯 👍🏼🥳

Food was good, except they forgot part of my order. I had to go back to pick it up.

I ordered two beefy five layer burritos and when I got home saw they were the wrong burrito so I went back to get them fixed or get a refund and I was told they won’t refund or fix the burrito and that I’d have to pay for the correct order then before I could say anything else they walked off ignoring me

Burrito skin was crunchy and there was a mysterious black substance on it. coffee = disgusting, I could've made it better at home.

I was the only customer in the store. When I looked at the menu above the counter, the young man, while standing BEHIND the register, told me I would have to order from the kiosk. I looked at him like are you kidding? He said he would help me, came around the counter to the kiosk, and he entered my order there. I was told by a friend to bring a #6, no numbers on the kiosk, confusing. This all took at least 4 times as long as the old way at the counter and register. I'll have to see if Taco John's is better at customer service.

Laziest people on the planet. I recommend you eat at another taco bell if you want taco bell.

I went to this Taco Bell today November 21, 2023 around 3:46 and I asked for a substitute for a Doritos Locos taco! And they gave me a regular taco with barely anything in it. It looks sad like y’all customer service for lying!.

For a taco bell this was one of the better ones I've been to. Clean, people were great.

Warmest part of the meal was the nacho cheese, other than that all the homies were coming in so it was a for sure meeting of the minds by the register. Thug life 🙄
