Was in town for a bit and googled pho soup. Had the brisket, soup was excellent. Along with iced Vietnamese coffee. Would definitely eat here again. FYI, it is a food truck tucked in off the road, I zipped past it and had to circle round the block

I stopped by to get Pho for both lunch and dinner, there are both greattt! Highly recommend to get the drinks as well! Sugarcane juice and Vietnamese coffee are my favorites!!

The Pho is authentic and the closest thing near Fort Riley that we have found to it. Topeka and Kansas City restaurants are good but this is what we remember getting hooked on back when we were stationed in WA State. Junction City and Manhattan desperately needs a restaurant or food truck 😫 So many people are always asking about Pho on our Facebook foodies page. Please come see us down here! I've had pho from several different places and this ranks as one of my favorites for sure! Delicious flavor and BIG servings- I had leftovers that were delicious even the second day rewarmed (maybe even better!) I got the veggies with beef broth. 10/10 recommend. Also tried the coffee and it was perfect on these cold days-very sweet which I like!

We had the sno cone as a treat. It is so good! We love the popping boba. It’s a fun addition! Nice presentation as well. Highly recommend stopping by and getting one.

I am from San Francisco, and I did not expect the beef pho here to be so good compared to pho in San Francisco - San Jose. The cuts of beef here were cooked to perfection with good texture, it’s not too chewy. The flavored garlic, chopped green onions, and red onions give the pho a very delicious homemade pho taste. The noodles seem homemade and is very delicious. My order came with very tiny pieces of tendon so that would be my one complaint. Bo viên (meatballs) were okay but are still good. The pho here is served to go only. They will soon have patio tables, but not sure when. I suggest to request the soup lukewarm to not burn the plastic soup container. And then reheat the broth at home. The broth is delicious as well. The Vietnamese coffee, strong option, is quite fragrant. Almost as fragrant as the coffee powder I tried when I travelled to Phần Thiết, Vietnam. The coffee contained Nuoc Mia (sugarcane) and coconut water which is a good blend. The price is pretty high for take out though. Give this establishment a storefront restaurant please!
