I
am
from
San
Francisco,
and
I
did
not
expect
the
beef
pho
here
to
be
so
good
compared
to
pho
in
San
Francisco
-
San
Jose.
The
cuts
of
beef
here
were
cooked
to
perfection
with
good
texture,
it’s
not
too
chewy.
The
flavored
garlic,
chopped
green
onions,
and
red
onions
give
the
pho
a
very
delicious
homemade
pho
taste.
The
noodles
seem
homemade
and
is
very
delicious.
My
order
came
with
very
tiny
pieces
of
tendon
so
that
would
be
my
one
complaint.
Bo
viên
(meatballs)
were
okay
but
are
still
good.
The
pho
here
is
served
to
go
only.
They
will
soon
have
patio
tables,
but
not
sure
when.
I
suggest
to
request
the
soup
lukewarm
to
not
burn
the
plastic
soup
container.
And
then
reheat
the
broth
at
home.
The
broth
is
delicious
as
well.
The
Vietnamese
coffee,
strong
option,
is
quite
fragrant.
Almost
as
fragrant
as
the
coffee
powder
I
tried
when
I
travelled
to
Phần
Thiết,
Vietnam.
The
coffee
contained
Nuoc
Mia
(sugarcane)
and
coconut
water
which
is
a
good
blend.
The
price
is
pretty
high
for
take
out
though.
