I will be coming back frequently! 10 minutes and we had a fabulous meal in front of us. Food was nice and hot. Server was super friendly! Chips and salsa had great flavor. Food was super yummy!

The atmosphere is family friendly. The staff was polite and friendly. I was there during a time when all of the tables were full and they were making arrangements for a group of over 20. Our waitress was attentive. The food was accurate, and it came out quickly. Everything was delicious.

We are not local, but decided to stop by Jalisco based on reviews. Pulling in the place looked packed, which was a good sign, but almost made me consider somewhere else thinking the wait would be long. We were seated immediately and recieved prompt service. I ordered the special of the night, Carne Con Pollo, and my wife got the chicken chimichangas. We ordered a large pitcher or margaritas. Man, everything was great, and it was nice to get margaritas where you could actually taste the tequila. Prices were great and so were the flavors. Be sure to ask for the hot salsa.

Whenever we visit the in-laws we like to come to Jalisco. There is something on the menu for everyone. I had a delicious dinner of shrimp tacos, which were fresh and tender. And they are very nice about meeting everyone’s preferences for those who like a bit of spice and those who don’t. The waitstaff are very attentive and the food comes quickly.

We enjoyed dinner at this restaurant, and will return if we are in the area again. There were a lot of locals, so you know it’s good and reasonably priced!

Being from Texas where there's many amazing tex mex style restaurants and tbh this place surprises me ... Food was great staff was good and the Rita's were good and strong ,😁💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥

Service was fairly slow, but the taste of the food made up for it! One of the best orders of chicken fajitas I’ve had in years! Chicken was fresh, white meat, not over cooked and it wasn’t dripping in grease like many fajitas are! Tortillas were hot and so tasty! Side of guacamole and pico de gallo was so good! Salsa—muy excelente! The cheese dip was also really good. My son had the kids’ taco and it was really filling! Loved it!

If you're from the southwest and want real Mexican food, stay far, far away from this place. The server was horrible, the food was garbage, salsa was from a can, and the tortillas were store bought. Just don't do it. Save your money and go to McDonald's. It's probably better.

It maybe that being from Texas, I have very high expectations for Mexican cuisine. This place failed on many levels, but mostly on quality control. It started with the tortilla chips. They brought out the standard chips and salsa. The salsa was good, quite different taste with a lot of cumin in it. The chips were BAD. They tasted bad. Having worked briefly in a Mexican restaurant, I knew that the grease that they were cooked in had gone bad. At the end of my meal, I said something about it to the manager (?) who told me that, "Yeah, we've been getting complaints about them all day. Probably the grease has gone bad." Complaints ALL DAY? Then why were you still serving them at dinner time? I ordered the Ultimate Steak Carbon Tacos. The beans were bland, like beans cooked with some salt. The rice didn't have a lot of taste either. The tacos were grilled steak wrapped in flour tortillas smothered in red enchilada sauce, with cheese and lettuce.. The sauce had too much chili powder and overwhelmed the other flavors. Overall, it was disappointing.

Stopped in for lunch and tried the taco salad, it was good, fresh and hot. I'll be back for more!

Great food! Never had a bad meal here. They are packed most of the time so be ready to wait. Friendly staff.

No doubt about it my #1 favorite place to eat. Excellent service, food is fast and the environment is always friendly and welcoming... The food is AMAZING!! DEFINATLY RECOMMEND

If you like food… at all, this is probably not the place for you. I ordered the pollo loco because it seemed simple. They brought me 2, 1/8” thick pieces of chicken jerky. The only thing worse than the food was the service. Our waitress (short young lady with longer black hair) seemed to hate working there, and by extension dislike all the people that were dining there. Good luck with this place.

LISTEN TO THAT SIZZLE!!! Seated quickly, fast and attentive service. The food was wonderful!!! Could've done without the male version of Peggy Hill next to us but the restaurant can't help that lol 😆 😂

I wanted to celebrate my birthday with my friends here. I tried to call ahead to make a reservation, but they don't do them. Came there on my birthday, and was told it would be an hour and a half and we would all still be scattered around the restaurant. Ended up going somewhere that they didn't treat us like a nuance for being a group.

I have always enjoyed this restaurant but this visit was a real disappointment. My favorite item on the menu, the best fish tacos in town, had been discontinued. However, the chicken flour nachos were quite good. Unfortunately, my husband's meal was just plain bad. His tostada could barely be chewed and half of his meal came after he was almost finished with no offer to reduce the bill. The service was slow and haphazard and they were not particularly busy. Not sure what the problem was but I will certainly rethink going back.

I have worked as a server before and understand how stressful and rushed you get when you are busy. I went there later lunch time (after 1), for a bite to eat. We ordered really simple food, a lunch special an 3 tacos. I asked for no cilantro, when the food finally arrived it looked like a salad of cilantro was on my food. I politely told our waiter if I could have it with no cilantro. She took it back and quickly came back out with the same plate, now missing the limes and the cilantro had clearly been scrapped off. The picture is of after they scrapped it off.

Was here today with my parents, two uncles and their wives. The service was terrible. I don't know what the deal was. Our waitress was RUDE. She didn't know if guacamole comes with a dish. She didn't refill our water unless we asked and we had to get her attention. She didn't check on us. Thanks to my dad and uncle she got $40.00 tip plus what she got from the "more than 7 rule." The bathrooms were gross.

It was quiet and clean. The waitress was nice and it did not take long to get a seat. However it took a while to order our food, our bean dip came out cold, and it took a while to get our ticket (it was not busy).

Good food. Good price. Good portions

We aren't local, we stop by for dinner, and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! The food was ON POINT, tasteful, big portions and 100% mexican flavors. The service was phenomenal and the prices are great too! 100% recommended.

The woman's bathroom was gross. Had no soap and smelled terrible. My food was good and the server, for the first time, was actually good. He was attentive and nice. I just hope they have soap in the kitchen for the employees 🙏
