Delicious food and great service. Does get a little noisy during normal mealtimes, so if you want a quiet meal pick a different time. But definitely worth trip!

I ate here for the first time and was not disappointed. I got the California burrito and despite its lackluster appearance it was delicious, would get again. The chips and salsa were very good. The service was excellent, I did not have a moment where I didn't have a full drink or anything else I needed which was great.

Exceeded expectations! Very good food, amazing waiter. We will definitely be making this a regular place to eat at.

La Curva in Salina, KS. You really want to eat here. I had the Enchilada Jalisco: an enchilada stuffed with shredded grilled chicken, refried beans, sautéed onions and green peppers, then covered with lettuce and tomatoes, Pico de Gallo and Guacamole. I poured Queso Blanco on it, and voila! Awesomeness. The restaurant was clean, the staff attentive. I can't wait to go again to try more of the menu! 1/18/22 I went again for lunch, since I was in that area. So I had the Enchilada Jalisco again, but it was filled with beef (I think), and not as tasty as before. It had less peppers and onions inside, and the Guacamole tasted old. Disappointing. I'll try something different next time I go. The wait staff was very attentive, and restaurant clean. Kudos. I'll go again with friends and see what they think. 11/28/23: My friends enjoyed their chimis with Mex rice and refried beans. I had the 4 enchiladas. The beef tasted funny and seemed burned, the cheese ench didn't taste right, the bean ench was ok, and the chicken ench was too dry. The corn tortillas tasted funny. In short, I didn't enjoy my food. We all had a couple of margaritas, which were pretty good. The service was great, restaurant clean, and we didn't have to wait long for the food. Next time I go there, I'll just have the old standby: enchilada Jalisco. 3 stars for me this time.

Salsa was thick, not overly hot. Burrito was good, rice an beans delicious. Staff was timely on there check ups. Slight annoyance from the volume of the music. Could barely hear a conversation with the person next to you.

I really like La Curva and go there alot. However today my wife and I got our bill for a 2:00 pm lunch and it was $49. I gave the waitress my credit card and she came back with my check and it was now $55 charged to my card. I looked at the bill and she had added $5.68 for a side of cheese sauce. The little size bowl you put your salsa in! That's not good business, changing your bill without telling you, and charging that much for a couple spoonfuls of cheese sauce.

We dined at La Curva for lunch. Our server was friendly and efficient and our orders came out as expected. The chips are nothing to write home about but the salsa was delicious. I had the Carne Asada plate and everything was delicious. The steak was thin, but flavorful. The sautéd onions, beans, rice and flour tortillas were delicious. My mom had cheese enchiladas and did not enjoy her meal. The tortillas were hard and the dish didn’t have much flavor. The other three people in our party did love their meal, however. The reason I gave the atmosphere 3 stars is because the blender used at the nearby bar was quite loud and while in use (multiple times during our meal) prevented conversation.

I ordered a chicken taco salad . My complaint on the salad was there was alot liquid from the chicken and very very little cheese. I feel the salad should have been without the liquid. Please drain the chicken more so the shell doesn't swim in the liquid on the bottom. But it was a very yummy salad. I had to wait quite a while for a drink refill but the waitress was good otherwise. The salsa was tasty and chips were warm. Will dine there again.

Excellent food, great service. We have been to 3 Mexican restaurants in the area and this one is definitely the best in the area.

The food is good. The margaritas are a little weak. Good service. The ceiling is too low so it gets really noisy when it's busy. But all things considered, it's my favorite Mexican restaurant in Salina.

I paid $14.00 for super burrito and got this. Not wrapped up and falling apart.

I walked in and it smelled like Mama was cooking at home! From the chips n salsa to the end of the meal they delivered excellence! Our server was wonderful, always a smile. We found our new favorite restaurant.

I’m very happy to live near this place! It’s quite good!! The service is excellent and the employees that I dealt with were friendly. The food was tasty and portions where on par with pricing. They also have specials, so make sure to ask when you seated. I look forward to many more visits!

Always a great time coming here! Long islands, margaritas, the salsa are all great! But honestly have never had anything I didn't love here. Can't count the number of times I've been and will be back for sure!

Our server was awesome today at lunch. I was a bit disappointed with the chips and queso. The queso consistency was a bit odd, with some chunkyness, as it if was microwaved and not quite long enough. Or maybe just solidifying a bit as it cooled. It did taste great, except for the texture of the chunky bits. I don't know, maybe I'm being too picky. And the chips, a few of them were a bit stale. But most were great. The salsa was awesome, fairly unique and a bit spicier than most restaurants. The carne asada was really good. Not best I've ever had, but great nevertheless.

One of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Salina. Service is usually pretty quick and the staff is friendly. It is a smaller building so it fills up quickly during lunch and dinner!

I always get the same shrimp dish because it is so awesome. There was a large group there but that didn't stop the staff from getting everyone else there their food. If I could give 6 stars I would.

It's not a pleasant experience. It is very loud. I know that everyone's taste buds are different but I didn't like my meal at all. The sauce was too tomato'y. It wasn't like to sauce that I'm used to. The salsa was the same. It might have been my choice in dish. I don't know, but I was not impressed. Prices weren't too bad I thought. I don't know. Maybe it's just me.

La Curva is hands down the best!! My favorite spot in Salina. Very quick with the food and price range is very reasonable. They have the BEST queso & salsa I’ve ever had. I go about 4-5 times a month to eat!

It's all about what you are familiar with...... The food is good, it is just prepared a little differently than other Mexican restaurants in the area. You just have to find the items that suit your taste. I have been there three times and I am finding the food items that I like. I didn't give it five stars because of a sign they had as you come in the door stating that children under 12 years eat free. It was a little misleading because when we got the bill that wasn't the case and we were charged for the children's order. We presumed that it would be on any food item and we didn't ask questions prior to ordering. Nor did we ask about it after we were presented the bill. So, if you go there as a family be sure to make inquiries regarding the "Kids Eat Free" sign.

We were very disappointed in this place. We chose to dine in the restaurant rather than take out. We were seated At a dirty table that had a very sticky floor. We were swarmed by flies while dinning and I had to cover my drink with my napkin to keep the bugs from getting in my drink. We were hesitant to actually eat the food because of the presence of so many flies. I could not finish my meal because of the unclean experience. Also, We could not hear each other speak because of the terrible echo and bad acoustics. Definitely do not recommend.

My parents live in Salina and this is one of their favorite places. We went with them when we were there visiting last, and it was very good. Great margaritas and chips and salsa. The service was great. They were packed! We will definitely go back when we visit again.
