La
Curva
in
Salina,
KS.
You
really
want
to
eat
here.
I
had
the
Enchilada
Jalisco:
an
enchilada
stuffed
with
shredded
grilled
chicken,
refried
beans,
sautΓ©ed
onions
and
green
peppers,
then
covered
with
lettuce
and
tomatoes,
Pico
de
Gallo
and
Guacamole.
I
poured
Queso
Blanco
on
it,
and
voila!
Awesomeness.
The
restaurant
was
clean,
the
staff
attentive.
I
can't
wait
to
go
again
to
try
more
of
the
menu!
1/18/22
I
went
again
for
lunch,
since
I
was
in
that
area.
So
I
had
the
Enchilada
Jalisco
again,
but
it
was
filled
with
beef
(I
think),
and
not
as
tasty
as
before.
It
had
less
peppers
and
onions
inside,
and
the
Guacamole
tasted
old.
Disappointing.
I'll
try
something
different
next
time
I
go.
The
wait
staff
was
very
attentive,
and
restaurant
clean.
Kudos.
I'll
go
again
with
friends
and
see
what
they
think.
11/28/23:
My
friends
enjoyed
their
chimis
with
Mex
rice
and
refried
beans.
I
had
the
4
enchiladas.
The
beef
tasted
funny
and
seemed
burned,
the
cheese
ench
didn't
taste
right,
the
bean
ench
was
ok,
and
the
chicken
ench
was
too
dry.
The
corn
tortillas
tasted
funny.
In
short,
I
didn't
enjoy
my
food.
We
all
had
a
couple
of
margaritas,
which
were
pretty
good.
The
service
was
great,
restaurant
clean,
and
we
didn't
have
to
wait
long
for
the
food.
Next
time
I
go
there,
I'll
just
have
the
old
standby:
enchilada
Jalisco.
3
stars
for
me
this
time.
