I always have a great experience with Chick-Fil-A. But today was different. Not only was I interrupted several times while they were taking my order in the drive thru, but they messed it up as well. Then when I was trying to explain to the manager that they didn’t get my order correct, she talked over me and didn’t let me explain, then made me pay extra. It’s really disappointing to go to a place you love and not get treated respectfully.

This is a very bad place to work. I got accused of several things and then got fired, all because the 2 bosses believed the lies and accusations. Their food is okay, but they didn't treat me well at all. They claim to be a Christian organization but if they are, they sure don't act or talk like good Christians. I was considering another job anyway before I got fired because of how poorly I was treated. Shame on these people. They also treat my friends poorly. I think they pick favorites which is very wrong of them too. Don't let them lie to you about me either.

10/10! Five stars doesn’t cut it! Wonderful customer service! Playground open, a sweet lady walking around refilling drinks, a man cleaning tables after every one leaves and offering to take trash. I haven’t had this good of grilled nuggets where we live!! Amazing experience!!

Chick-fil-A continues to be my all time favorite fast food place. Why? Well, by far the very best service bar none. The food is always great. I have been to locations in multiple states and cities across the country. This location was surprisingly Not very busy. No major line in the drive-thru, plenty of open seats inside. Might have just been the time and day. Still great experience.

Auto 3 stars because it’s CFA. Ive never left a poor CFA review. I mean… it was o-kay… but: we had to wait about 20 minutes for our food and they were NOT BUSY LIKE AT ALL. The peaches in my milkshake tasted like they had been sitting in the fridge a few days, and the shake was a bit runnier than normal. My fillet was SO THIN, though my husband’s were not… so there’s that. None of our 3 deluxe sandwiches had tomatoes (my husband’s 2, nor my 1) and the American cheese tasted weird. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ Not at all what we’re used to from Chick-fil-A. We were traveling thru back to GA so we didn’t complain just kept moving.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is a horrible restaurant. The staff claim to be Christians, but they sure don't act or talk like good Christians, especially Sean (Shawn), or however his name is spelled. Denise is bad, too. They must have deleted my last review. These people need to be ashamed of themselves. If they've said anything negative about me, don't believe their lies.

I ordered the food through DoorDash. In all, it cost me $50 including tip. I asked for lite ice to which I got EXTRA. Which is extremely disrespectful to me because of the direct contradiction. And my fries were soggy. I rely on delivery because I have 3 children, one with a disability which makes it tough to leave the house. Plus it’s snowing. On just the little satisfaction I get from indulging in one of my favorite restaurants, Chick-Fi-La failed to hit the mark this time.

Don’t bother going here if you’re in a motorhome. Although the store hours clearly show they’re open until 10 they close the lobby at 9pm. When asked the young man cleaning he said sorry nothing they can do. Pretty disappointing.

Quick stop in for fast food while traveling. Nice & clean, staff was friendly. They gave my husband 15 nuggets instead of 12 so that was a extra treat.

The staff at all the Chick-fil-A's are always friendly! This location was no exception. They were very pleasant and helpful. The food, as always, was delicious!!! I had the chicken, egg, and chees biscuit ..... amazing start to my day!!!

We had the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich and it was very good. It is our favorite sandwich from Chick-fil-A now.

Typical Chic-fil-A. This location was convenient while had our vehicle tires replaced during a road trip. Service was not the typical happy customer interaction I'm used to at Chic-fil-A; however, it was very slow so the energy might have been low at the time. Meals were served warm/hot. The dining room was very clean. The dining room was also very empty (two other patrons?) during a late lunch.

I'm always in and out in a very fast pace, they never mess my order up. The price is great for what you get, I personally love the Mac and cheese and chicken sandwich with some American cheese on it

It took nearly 30 minutes for us to make it through the drive thru. Mac & cheese was good, but the chicken was pretty bad. Some of the chicken nuggets had a rubbery texture and some nuggets were not separated when they were cooked which made them a little undercooked in the middle. The food here is so hit or miss now, and service is always slow and usually unpleasant.

It's one of the slowest stores I've been to. The sandwich was hot, but fries were cold. They did get the sauce correct, but why no napkins? Let's do better Salina.

Not a typical Chick-fil-A drive thru experience tonight. From the time we pulled into the drive thru to the time we got our food and left, it was at least 10 minutes. The food was great, but the wait time was lacking.

I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in 3 years but last time I was there it was fine. I went to the tire store next door this time.

Worst run chickfila ever. Just don’t go here. It will take forever and they are t organized like typical chick-fil-A’s.

I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Waffle Fries and a Diet Lemonade. The flavors were all spot on and the service was incredible. The sandwich and fries could have been hotter though.

Had a grilled chicken sandwich, it looked and tasted like it was NOT very fresh. Customer was great, we did have to clean off our table, but we understood it was very busy. .

stopped here for a quick bite during breakfast hours. service was fast and accurate. The items were freshly made and so did the ingredients. restrooms are also clean.

Love this place. Food is always good and the people are always friendly. I especially like the chicken tortilla soup.

Food was old and pretty cold. Usually i don't complain but that was my 3rd time eating there and i got the same results. Everyone else tells me they are amazing so it could be me.

I love the place and the people. Hell, I even love the food. But whatever they cook with it or cook it in does not love me. Have heard the same issue from a few friends. It really sucks to review them so slow but it seems to be an issue that hasn't been addressed if *I'm* hearing and experiencing it, as I've got a stomach of steel.

I went here soon after they opened (years ago) and was not impressed by the food, service, or atmosphere. However, my wife and I went in and had a wonderful time while eating the best chicken strips I've ever eaten. 5 thumbs up to Chick-Fil-A!

I know a lot of people have a problem with their business models but you can't argue their service is good and their food is excellent for a quick service restaurant. I don't know too many other businesses that have heaters or shaded areas to order food in the Drive-Thru not to mention I don't think there's services ever taken more than a few minutes to produce the food.

Super fast drive thru. They had 4 workers walk trough a split line to take orders. We had about 20 cars get food in under 10 minutes. Hot and fresh!

Usually a busy place, lots of cars, although they move through fairly quickly because they have staff outside waiting to take your order. Wait staff is always friendly, when you wait in the line in the car it doesn't take too long to get through. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 5 minutes in the line before I get to the window to pick up my food. The facility is super clean inside and out, friendly staff and great food always! I think they always go out of their way to be friendly and make sure you have great food and service!
