I came across this place staying at the hotel next door, the AmericInn. The hotel was excellent if you have opportunity I would strongly recommend. The manager here at this braum's definitely takes pride in his establishment. They're very courteous professional the place is clean the food is excellent. The nacho Burger is something to die for. Hamburger the size of your head fries and a medium sized milkshake for under $10 is unbeatable.

The girls taking out order seemed like she had a attitude and didn’t want to be bothered. When we got our food the fries were completely cold. I took them back up to prove that they were cold and the manager just seemed mad and didn’t want to deal with anything. My burger had a patty that seemed old. I still eat it though. If you stuff is going to be over priced at the very least you need to have staff that actually care or at least won’t get frustrated at the customer for having cold food. I work in fast food myself as a manager and this behavior is not justifiable.

Order 2 #9 6pc with two extra gravey #7 spicy chicken no mayo braum sauce Extra veggies and side of mustard and ranch. Had to wait for chicken that for some reason coldbut I waited over 10 mins for and didn't get 2 extra gravys along with my sandwich had mayo on it. So yeah very disappointed. I didn't bother to call since most time I get a attitude or like last time my re made food was not made right so why bother..

Me and my dad went on a hunting trip and stayed in the hotel beside this place. The food was amazing. The milkshakes too. I wish I had this place where I actually live

Braums as a whole seems to have gone down hill over the last few years. Even with a nearly empty parking lot and being the only car in the drive through, it took a couple of minutes waiting at the speaker before I could place my order. I only ordered a milk shake and it took 5 minutes and I had to pull ahead of the window and wait for someone to bring it out. The shake was good, but the wait times and the "don't care" attitude of the staff over the past few visits has really ruined the customer experience there.

Food was very delicious!! My Mom got an icecream but I couldn't I am lactose intolerant. I keep hoping you get at least 1 flavor vanilla so I can enjoy an icecream with her. Please would be nice.

Very friendly and quick service. The ice cream was amazingly inexpensive. We got three cones two of them full sized waffle cones for five bucks. The flavors we plentiful and varied.

Visited today for breakfast. You get your money's worth here for breakfast. Some of the best pancakes I think for fast food. They are large, fluffy, and light. They absorb up a lot of syrup. I also notice there sausage is different than most other places as well. Their sausage has a flavor and texture better and tastier than the rest. I have been very impressed by it so much that I have purchased it many times in the grocery area to take home and fix. There is a small grocery area you get with Braums when you visit, so it deserves a side review as well. In a pinch or in a hurry, you can find a lot of items here, from a lot of dairy items (there milk is the best!!!), produce, meats, breads, and frozen items. You can also find your favorite Braums ice cream flavore in the frozen food aisle to take home. All in all, it's a great place to visit.

Waited 15 minutes before they told us to pull forward because it could be another 15-20 min wait. They apologized and said they only have one grill person even though 4 more employees are working the counter. Should have told us that from the beginning cuz we're in a hurry. 4 stars cuz they refunded and let us keep the drinks.

Braums is typically known to be a good place to go for food, etc. I walked in to order some food to take back to our hotel. There were a couple of employees behind the front counter. They both looked at me, but proceeded to wipe down and sweep the area behind the front counter. I was standing there for a couple of minutes before another employee that was working the drive thru told one of them to take my order. Neither one of them stopped what they were doing to take my order. After standing there for 5-7 minutes, I asked if someone was going to take my order. Finally the shift manager came out from the back to take my order. Then when I received my order, I was missing my malt. I had to tell the shift manager and someone else from the back made my malt. What a fiasco!! That is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Braum’s. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the food was okay.

We just got milkshakes in the drive through and it tasted like chemicals. We had one sip, and couldn’t continue drinking then. We normally like Braum’s, and even had a shake at a different location earlier this week, but there is definitely something wrong with the milkshakes at this one. Too bad we’re on a road trip and couldn’t turn around to get a refund.

Did not hardly get anything right. My mixer was wrong , fiances banana shake was not mixed well. It looked more like ice cream covered bananas. Thank god the milk i baught is correct. The manager was very kind and insisted on making them correct. She was great and very kind.

The staff was friendly, albeit somewhat slow. However the real issue was the cleanliness and food quality. The counters and machines were filthy. The floors were littered with food, trash, and spills. The milkshake was awful, not edible. We love Braums in Newton KS, but this one in Salina has something wrong with their ice cream. The place would've been a food inspectors nightmare. The employees were friendly and working hard, but very messy and unsanitary. We were unfortunately quite disappointed as we really do like Braums.

We had been driving 13 plus hours, so we were very exhausted. We ordered burgers without the bun. The burgers and 🍟 were cold. As you can see, the cheese wasn't even starting to melt. I ordered a nacho burger. They were very, very light on the nacho part. The shakes were good. The front-end staff were very busy making ice cream orders. I think there was only one guy cooking. If y'all are pre-cooking the burgers, it needs to stop. Because it was gross.

Waited over 20 min for a hamburger and fries. Orders were coming out slow and staff just walking around. Wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry. Food was good though.

This Braum’s location was not very good. The drive thru server was very friendly and kind, but the ice cream sundae was less than desired. I don’t eat ice cream often, but had a craving for a sundae and there no Braum’s where I live, so I decided to try this location. There was no whip cream available to have on my sundae and the sundae tasted awful, needless to say I was very disappointed.

They always seem to give you a large amount of ice cream for the money you pay and I've never been disappointed with the flavor. Thinking about it I don't think I've ever had to wait in too long of a line outside of lunch dinner is always fairly casual but still busy.

Their Tenders are a must. I get the 6 piece Tenders (not the meal) their sipping sauce (has a zesty spice flavor) and their chicken sauce (similar to honey mustard). With 2 soft serve ice cream cones for my husband and I. It comes out to be less than $9 and it's a good small meal to hold us over while we shop for hours in Salina. There was one time where we had to wait about 10 minutes for the Tenders to be done. They apologized and added fries for free to our order. They had ran out of cooked chicken and had to make an extra batch. The employees were kind and helpful

Honestly, they're just lovely and made a wonderful effort for my family on the Friday after Thanksgiving despite clearly being understaffed and very busy. I very much appreciated it.

This place is horrible and the employees and manager my bacon was burnt wouldn't take care of it to hard to eat the hamburger meat is hard and burnt

Substantial amount for the price and the sky is beautiful as you are going into euphoric with a great view of how the best cheeseburger of your heart is satisfied with and each addition to your succulent enjoyment is combined with delicious crinkle fries 🍟.

Did not have their ice cream, but I had their chicken strips and fries and ranch, basic but its super good, and I have tried their burgers and they're good too! I would come again!

Always drive here from Manhattan just for the eggnog. My husband won't drink anything else. We love the food too. We're super bummed that the Braums that was supposed to come here probably won't happen.

We went through the drive thru. Ordered a sausage biscuit combo and a burrito combo. Took 15 minutes to get order, when we received order wasn't right. Missing food and went to eat it and the sausage smelled and tasted rotten. When we went in to get correct order, it was absolutely filthy at 10 in the morning. WOW!! Disgrace and never again!! If I could give it a minus star I would.

Worst experience ever! Not enough people to handle the flow of people coming thru their doors. Employees calling in sick, Should have called employees in from other shifts. Orders getting made multiple times. Wait time on food 35 - 45 MINUTES! Not taking orders because of the back log. Watched families leave because of no service. Will not be back for a while. No excuse for this. Hopefully the Ohio St location doesn't have the same issue!

Caution!!! I said I wanted no nuts in my ice cream, and they didn't tell me the ice cream I selected had nuts in it. There is no discription on any of the flavors or warnings. Thankfully I do not have an allergy, but it could have been horrible for someone who does. Overall it was alright. Clean enough I guess, but the rush of people made the place look unorganized. It is hard to see the ice cream selections while people stand in line in front of it. You won't know all your options til you get to the front of the line, and by then you can't compare the flavors to the ones closer to the start of the line. We liked the ice cream and topping selections. Not the best, but it was enjoyable. The servicers were kind even with the nut incident.

This place has always their frozen yogurt machine down, is going on months and they have t fixed ot yet. Pretty messy all the time as well.

What amazing ice cream! Their yogurt, shakes, and hand scooped ice cream were so delicious. The price is very inexpensive compared to other similar ice cream places. We will stop here whenever we are in town!

We ordered 5 of the #1 combos. They had us pull up to the end of the building. It took about 20 minutes to get our order for 5 hamburgers 5 french fries and 5 shakes. They were all made correctly. We will wait a few extra minutes for.an order prepared correctly.

Ice cream is usually good when i come here. Especially the burgers and the little food market inside. My experience with employees was a good one last Sunday. One of the cooks was good to talk with. Couldn't remember his name but he was tall and easy to talk to and I could tell he was good with people. + they are open on Sundays till 10:45 and some nights when it gets busy, they will push it to 11pm. I also tipping because we enjoyed our check out experience. 5 stars there you go Braums!
