I decided to take a friend out to early dinner and introduce them to Buffalo Wild Wings in Salina, KS. I had raved about Cheese Curds with Caramel Sauce Dipping Sauce long enough. I have eaten there many times and frequent fight nights and spend a lot upon doing so. Food was delicious! Did not have Cheese Curds. Server named Cody was courteous, informative, attentive and prompt! All was well, until I needed to use restroom and wash hands. Upon entering bathroom, it was noticably filthy. I then, with urgency needed to relieve myself. I went to first stall and passed due to filth, went to next stall and it was not as bad but still passed to last stall in which I proceeded to settle for due to urgency. I relieved myself upon which discovering that there was no toilet paper; either roll! I then hesitantly scurried to next stall; no toilet paper either! I then proceeded to originally passed over filthiest stall in desperation and horror. Thankfully, there was some toilet paper! I then after which; asked to speak with Manager. Upon greeting him - I stated that I had an issue that needed his immediate attention and that I had no issue with my food or service. I then escorted him to ladies room and walked him through the filth and lack of toilet paper in midst of pandemic and that my experience within was mortifying and unacceptable. He stated that it was unacceptable and that he would address his staff immediately with no apology for my bad experience what-so-ever! I then went back to table to pay bill in full of $49.58 for mid afternoon snacks to introduce friend to place. I also tipped waitress $10.00 and proceeded to leave. I also rechecked restroom to see no change had been made! I then with frustration over the lack of addressing the issue tried to comment on main website my experience and state that despite it all; I will not return to Salina restaurant. A simple apology would have sufficed. I was bumped first attempt for unknown reason? 2nd. Attempt - again filled out comment section and until I attempted to post photos of restroom was bumped again. I then further frustrated called Hotline @ 1-866-704-0777. I was on hold for over 5 minutes. A person named Michelle finally answered and asked how to assist me. I stated that I had a complaint. I was immediately disconnected. I then called back. After approximately 4 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. I attempted a third and final try. I was on hold for 10 minutes before I threw in the towel and decided to post this review with photos and humiliate myself further by this post! I will NEVER return to Salina, Kansas Buffalo Wild Wings again!!! I do NOT want coupon, a call back, etc... I'm done!!!

Out of fried pickles Out of mac and cheese Out of chicken sandwiches Had to get our own water Had to get our own beer. Food took 1 hr. Table behind us waited 30 minutes and never got drinks - they left. I was served this tasty, moldy treat. Wasn’t even comped my meal. Told my brother to leave because he was asking how we know if the rest of the food was moldy. The manager on duty said I guarantee it wasn’t (as she was taking my moldy sandwich of the table)?!

When it first opened it was a solid wing joint, now it seems that management doesn’t train employees properly. Absolute horrible service each and every time. Beer specials are great, the sauced chicken nuggets are decent, along with the burgers and sandwiches. The real bone in wings are slimy and undercooked. Hope they get it together. Used to love the place.

Food was great. Larger Hispanic women tending bar was policing people really hard. A colleague and I each had 2 drinks. (Me a 260 pound male and her 100 pound female) she cut me off and said we had to wait an hour before drinking more. 2 drink max in an hour. So if u order a beer and a shot when u sit down. You can't order a beer refill when ur food arrives. So odd. Walked to long Horns and gave them all our money.

I’m a Dasher for doordash. I waited over 30 minutes for my customers order only to be told that it had to be remade. Waited longer then decided to talk to Jed, the store manager, about it. I was trying to see what was taking so long and why my customers order had to be remade. I was there before other dashers and they all left before me. I had also noticed while waiting that all the servers and hostesses had none of their hair tied up. There was a lady working in the kitchen at EXPO, who had her hair down. Long hair. So I mentioned this to Jed as well, saying if an hair was in my customers food that it would again have to be remade, and he immediately went on the defense and said I was being disrespectful and knew the protocol since I had worked there before. Protocol IS to wear your hair up if it’s passed your shoulders. He then said if I didn’t want to wait longer I should leave. Jed was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and had zero remorse for the way he acted in front of customers. He doesn’t seem to have any type of respect towards DoorDash drivers and the fact that we are the middle man to a happy customer. The lack of acknowledging and accountability is astounding. I don’t recommend going to this establishment if you are a doordash driver, as you will be seen as a nuisance. And as for the customer, I’d advise just going to WingStop! They have amazing and fast service!

It was a Thursday a little after noon. There weren't many people but the service was immaculate and the food was great. It is just a BWW though, so it's not like it is super cool. If you're hungry and like sports, this is a great establishment to go to.

I love coming here after I get off work. The food is well priced and filling. My favorite server, Anthony, always keeps my boyfriend and I entertained. The Asian zing cauliflower wings are the best thing on the menu. Food is always great and the Dr. Pepper is always good. 10/10 I love eating here.

We were all on one check but everyone at the table got their food and had almost finished by the time I got my food. I had to just take mine to go. Not super impressed with the time it took to get my food but it tasted great.

Overall a fine experience, they forgot about my nachos and brought after the wings but food was great other than the smaller portions of vegetables.

I always get great service when I eat here. The food is hot, and taste good. The staff is friendly and keep every thing clean. The wait staff make sure you have what you need but they dont overly bother you.

My Mom and I ate here couple days ago we got the burger and extra wings for $1.00 Was a little disappointed my mom got the chili burger which we thought would have chili on it only had green chili peppers on it I got the burger with the cheese curd which was 4 little cheese curds. Asked for and paid for queso on our fries could barely tell it was on there. And usually your boneless wings are pretty big ours were like baby ones. Have ate here lots of times 1st time very disappointe not really a deal. I bragged to my mom how good the burgers were here I think she didn't believe me and the were small. Five Guys beats theirs for sure and at least worth the money. We did come in early afternoon and only 1 waitress she did fantastic. We will try again some time I guess everyone has an off day.

We were here during March Madness and it was madness. Big crowd and the staff were busy, but our server was amazing! There was a snafu with my salad, the server put it in wrong, but they went above and beyond to make it right. My husband's wings were great and my daughter was happy with her meal, too!

For years BWW quality and service has been going down. Came in for a quick lunch while passing thru and was prepared to be disappointed. We were surprisingly shocked. Jim is an amazing server and the manager was just as awesome. Food was amazing and quick, reminded me why I liked this place 10+ years ago. Great experience. Will come back for sure.

Price isn't too bad. The customer service was great. Highly recommend for some fairly good wings and a burger

I give the manager, Jed, 5 stars!!!! We waited 40 minutes to be waited on and when we finally asked the girl who sat us at our table she acted irritated that no one had been there yet. There was another waiter that had been running since we sat down that got our drink order and said we weren’t his table and he would go get the girl that was supposed to have us. She brought our drinks and left. When the manager came over he was very apologetic and gave us the best service ever. We had 4 very hungry kids with us and they were getting restless but once the manager came over they were also happy with his service. It just goes to show you that kindness goes a long way!!! Everyone has bad/hard days but be kind. Just because you don’t get waited on immediately and get your food in a timely manner doesn’t mean you will have a bad experience. The manager they have now is the best!!!!

Been here many times and in the past not so great. But the last few trips in have been the absolute best service and food

I'll be honest about this review I had my doubts when the first few times I had gone to this location because it was rough and service and quality but I will say without a doubt that it is the most improved restaurant in Salina and they have an awesome waiter I forgot his name he usually works over the weekends and the evenings absolutely fantastic service I highly tip him every time gets our order spot on and very friendly and professional the cooks that have been working there as of late awesome very fresh food and just outstanding proportions

First ever visit to this place. My lunch mate had the Brisket Tacos. I know it's a wings joint but I always have to try the burgers first and had the All-American Cheeseburger/fries. The burger was everything I expect in a good burger. Greasy, messy and DELCIOUS! The fries were perfect. The service was prompt, polite, attentive yet not "in your face". The food served up surprisingly fast. We'll go back next chance we get!

I was there to watch Big 12 basketball. They had the channel that other establishments didn't. I sat at the bar, the service was good. I even had the manager check on me. This evening was a good experience. I will be back.

We came here as a pit stop dinner on a road trip thru Kansas on our way to Colorado. It was around 8:30 pm on a Sunday and the place was pretty empty. When I tell you we got FANTASTIC service for our party of 7! I’m not sure of the servers name, but I’m pretty sure she was the only one in the bar area at the time, and she was amazing. She was so helpful and so fun to talk to!! The manager came and checked on us more than once, and even the food tasted great. It came out in waves which was actually great for us, cause we are kind of grazers lol. But all in all, this place didn’t disappoint. It was a great experience and definitely just the thing we needed to continue our journey!! Thank you! :)

Here we are once again. Google says I was here.. I wasn't but hey Google knows best. But since Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my faves I sapposed it is a 5 star for me.

Terrible customer service. Called to place a to-go order and they hung up on me twice. When I called back a third time and explained I was hung up on a young man told me that didn’t happen and I was just on hold. If I was on hold I wouldn’t have been able to call back without hanging up myself which I did not do. He was very rude and condescending.

Order came cold, missing food, no condiments, napkins etc. They didn't know what to do about our problem. This isn't the first problem when ordering from here. Will definitely rethink before ordering from here again.

Super good food! The server was so nice and very understanding. The food was out in a very reasonable amount of time.

Sunday 10/16/22 4th quarter KC Chiefs game. - Absolutely horrible service. Waited 15 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant for the waitress to finally show up. Had to leave the booth and ask the host for a refill after our glasses all sat empty. Food was OK. But the service was just terrible. Really should have walked out.

Usual fair. But, had a great bartender who exceeded the bar of all previous BBW barkeepers I've experienced. Visited ALL her food recommendations in Kansas City. Knows her stuff! Thanks 😊

I normally don’t write reviews but tonight’s experience has been absolutely horrible. I get that everybody is short staffed but waiting 30 minutes to be seated when there was 10 tables open and being told it was the kitchen that was behind and not even allowing us to sit at the bar and order drinks while we wait is absurd. Then once we were seated we can’t even get a beer menu because the manager threw them away and they didn’t get the new ones in?!? Really!! The waitstaff was rude and snotty and the food was horrible. Will not be back and we will not recommend to anyone. Poor management!!

In town for training, ordered it once to go and once sit down, both times were horrible. When we sat down, it was quiet, not super busy, but our food took 1 hour from when we ordered. We also didnt get a single drink refill the whole hour. Then they forgot our appetizer aswell. Waitress was rude and just walked off when we tried to explain. When we ordered To-go the next day, we ordered roughly 40 wings and EVERY SINGLE ONE was raw. Not a single one was cooked properly. Only giving it 2 stars because the manager was nice and tried to help. But even he couldn't fix our issues.
