We are regular fans of Chipotle and reside in Clearwater Florida. We were on a road trip going home from Denver Co. We stopped in for dinner and were shocked how disgusting the restaurant was. They we're not busy.There were four tables loaded with garbage. They didn't clean up the floors and needed a good sweep down. That would have been helpful. There were at least four employees just standing around the counter while we ordered. We took our food to go as a result more pleasant elsewhere. This is the worst Chipotle I've seen from California to Florida. They got two stars because the food was adequate. My advice clean up. Take pride in your store as this was not the case when we stopped in. Good luck. Thanks

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and have to avoid all gluten containing foods. It has been a really hard transition. I was so excited to find out that most of the food at chipotle is Gluten free. They also have a protocol they follow to ensure no Cross-contamination. I watched as a wonderful Employee named Kate switched out her gloves and encouraged everyone touching my food to switch out theirs. She changed out all of the spoons that touched the food I was getting and even got out fresh items. I had no reactions and very much enjoyed my food. I will definitely be back!

Worst experience ever. Ordered a burrito and a bowl arrived at the register to pay and the cashier only rang up half my order. Asked for my burrito but when I received it the burrito looked horrible. So I asked for a remake, the cashier grabbed my burrito (no hands washed no gloves) and proceeded to fix it (unwrap/remake) right there at the cash register. With the same hands she’d just passed me cash with. I tried to call but only received automated response that will not allow me to speak with an actual person. Save your money and your health don’t eat here

Went to Salina chipotle at 9:00 pm on Thursday September 15 and was rudely told to go home from making a comment on how they didn’t have guacamole. And then he continued to make my bowl while glaring at me and ignoring what I was asking for .

By far, I mean by a cosmic mile, the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I've been eating Chipotle weekly my whole life in various cities and never had to complain about a single one, but this location is beyond trash, which speaking of is usually overflowing out of their cans most evenings. The employees don't appear to be trained at all, portions are wildly inconsistent every day, I mean frustratingly inconsistent. It's like most of them were brought off the street and put back there to serve. Almost no one can wrap a burrito either.... Someone please, please come fix this place and train these people. I live here and am forced to go to this location...help.......

Tastes fine. Like someone else mentioned, the portions are out of control in favor of the restaurant. I'm a truck driver who eats with a conscience; I've been to many different chipotles. It was bad enough for me to leave a review how little was in the bowl compared to the other locations. As we all know, the lettuce adds much volume. Check the picture attached and imagine how sad the bowl is without the green on top. About a half spoon of each ingredient.

This is probably the messiest Chipotle I've ever been to. Not that I frequent them much, but it was available. Take a broom to the floors and wipe off the counters, that would do.

Friendly accommodating staff. Tasty fresh food. Got a sofrita salad with guacamole and soft taco tortillas on the side. Made a fantastic lunch and dinner for me. Hit the spot! 👌

I ordered a few sides of meat. First, Carne Asada wasn't ready. Second, they were supposed to be 6oz (according to worker), but pretty sure they were only 4oz, and not very full at that. And last, ordered a side of queso and found I was billed for Guatemala (about twice the price). Overall I think I spent just under $20 and got about half the amount of meat I was expecting. Would have been much better off ordering a steak somewhere.

This one in Salina was amazing. Staff was kind and understanding toward how I wanted my food. Even though they were busy they didn't rush me and made my order perfectly. Hope to go back soon

If you want to wait 45 minutes for food to be cooked, stared at, and given dirty looks by those working, then this is the place to go! The staff is very rude and the wait times are unreasonable. They have terrible customer service here and are unwilling to compensate you. I have also seen this location dirty more times than it is clean. There have been multiple times I have gone here and had to wait for something to be cooked. Most recently was fajita veggies that they had told me 4-5 minutes, then, after that time, I noticed they still needed to be put on the grill. They then seemed very bothered when I asked and told me it would be 45 minutes. The only positive is the food tastes good.

I have never seen a chipotle so dirty. All the tables and chairs were dirty. The floor had food all over and there was water or something all over the floor by the drink station.

My partner came to pick up our order not even 30 minutes ago and half my food was found at the bottom of the bag under all the boxed food. Customer service blows and it won't let me talk to a real person. This isn't the first issue I've had with this store but the care about the food is getting out of hand

Very expensive! My wife got a salad and I got 3 soft shelled tacos. We both added guacamole to our meal, added a bad of corn chips and got 2 water cups. Cost me $29!!

Dining area was very dirty. Napkins dispensers were empty. Patrons were having to clean off empty tables on their own just to have a place to sit. Chips were very stale bordering on soggy.the whole placed smelled awful too like sewage.

This was the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. 4:30 on Sunday afternoon- all trash over flowing, every table dirty, floor dirty, no ice, drink syrup out, lemonade out, hot food prep showed no signs of being wiped down, some meats empty, the cooking area was old food everywhere showing dried meat particles everywhere. 4 workers, no other customers except carryout. Staff was polite. Scared to try the restroom.

Every table in the restaurant was filthy, as was the floor. The countertops were full of food & the trash overflowing. Four employees behind the counter & one extremely perturbed to be asked to clean off two tables for two groups of customers. Worst dine-in experience at a Chipotle ever. Upside: the food still tasted good.

I come here a few times a week. It’s normally good food but today I found a bug in my bowl and they acted like it was nothing. It was a little concerning when they asked me if I’m okay eating the bowl still after the lady stuck her finger in it to pull the bug out. Not sure I’ll be coming back here after this experience.

I walked in and was greeted with a smile and the lady at the front counter was very kind and respectful to me, but I am disappointed in the food today. I got very little chicken in my chicken bowl. I will continue to eat here because this is the one time that it hasn’t been great for me.
