    Used to be my me and my mom's favorite place to eat. But last time we ate their my mom had something hard and gross in her food. It's sad because now we can't get ourselves to go back.

    The good is always good and warm to perfection. The older African American man is one of the best customer service examples. He's friendly, listens and offers so much help. I had both of my kids 3yrs and 4 months and didn't have to struggle getting my food, getting it to the table or cleaning up. He is one of the best!

    The lady who helped me seemed very annoyed I was there even though it was only 6:45 in the evening. I ordered the grilled steak but swear I got the brisket, asked for grilled veggies, got about 4 pieces the queso looked like it had an inch of crust on it when scooped out. The food was still decent, even though stingy and wrong meat.

    I am so disappointed!!! This evening, I went to pick up my online order and they hadn’t even started working on it. Once the girl finally started on my order, she put her GLOVED FINGER in her mouth and bit her knuckle. Then she used that same finger to pull her tshirt down by her neck. IMMEDIATELY AFTER, she sticks that same hand in the shredded cheese and puts it in the bowl of food. The order was also 10 minutes late

    How they don't have a 5.0 is beyond me, big portions, awesome food, super friendly. Highly recommend. I wish back home had this level of service/quality. Just in town for work for the day.

    Just because the customer is white, it doesn't mean they can't speak Spanish. One of the ladies working here called me a foul name while I was paying, and just assumed my friend and I didn't know Spanish. Not a nice experience.

    The food was yummy, the staff worked quickly, and the place was clean. However, the staff barely spoke. I have been in customer service for decades. I would not let my staff lack such social skills.

    The cook was yelling at the lady’s behind the counter taking care of me because the card machine wasn’t working. I honestly hope he’s gone by the next visit I take here because I frequent this place and those poor lady’s do not deserve that toxic work environment. Hate to be a Karen but it made my bones ache everytime he yelled and honestly kinda freightened me… please do better, please be kind to people when you are in times of frustration. None of those people deserved that.

    Well, first off, the people there are absolutely amazing. Super kind and very accommodating. Like a Chick-fil-A worker but compared to the Chick-fil-A across the street even better than them. And when a Qdoba employee is accommodating, it makes the food even better because they make it exactly to your liking. Top notch place. However, quality of the food is touch and go. As you see in my added pictures I have found hair in my food. The picture sucks but you can see the hair stuck to the back wall of the bowl. It's not the first time either.

    The food was just okay. The kid quesadilla was good. I ordered a salad and added chicken and the chicken was cold and seemed like all dark meat. The taste does not justify the price in my opinion. I would not have written this review based on the food alone; it was the broken lock to the women’s bathroom door that actually prompted this review. There is an extremely sharp piece of metal poking out of it and I tore my sweater on it and cut my index finger as well. The restroom and food quality need attention.

    We’ve always been satisfied with the food but I’d like to acknowledge the service provided by the older gentleman that works there (I think his name is Ray). Every time we go in he always greets us with a big smile on his face and takes the time to speak to all of us. He’s an absolute delight, just warm and friendly to customers and coworkers alike. His joy and happiness is contagious ❤️

    I placed an online order for delivery. Upon arrival our order was missing the 3-taco entrée and two sides of salsa. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager on shift. I asked if they could make the order and deliver it. She said she couldn't deliver it but I could come pick it up. I asked her if she could reimburse me for the delivery fee and the one entrée (for the inconvenience) and she said she couldn't because it was an online order. She then instructed that I would have to call the manager Ray in the morning. I picked up the entrée from the store and when I got home and handed it to my son. He opened it to find that the sides of the taco shells were so saturated in grease, that the bottom portion of the shells were orange and the food was inedible. I called the store manager Ray the following day in hopes that he would help to make this right. Unfortunately, instead of showing care and concern or even offering an apology for where his staff fell short, he was dismissive, and then became argumentative. I found myself in the position of trying to de-escalate the situation because of his unprofessional and aggressive behavior. As I tried to explain the situation, he interrupted me multiple times and made it very clear that he had no interest in what I had to say. He also said that if I had wanted a refund, I should have asked for it last night. When I expressed that I did ask for this, but was told I had to speak to him about it, he completely changed the topic of the refund. He then shifted to, and I quote "that the tacos could not be greasy because we don't fry our meat." His tone was disrespectful and that is putting it lightly. (*Just an FYI for those unaware, all ground hamburger releases grease...no matter how you cook it.) I repeatedly asked for the District Manager's contact information and he would not provide it to me. Ultimately, I paid for a service that was not provided. Then when I made management aware of it, they made the situation worse by implying that I was trying to defraud the company out of three tacos. I paid over $50.00 for four meals. I treat my family to dinner outside of our household, one to two times a week. The staff running this location is not suited for the job and is giving your company a bad reputation. I am hopeful that this is not a part of your company culture and that someone sincerely cares about your business' name and how your staff treats the customers keeping your business alive, especially in this economy.

    Don’t get me wrong Qdoba is amazing and taste great! But whoever is doing the burritos on this day did the most terrible job, mind you it was from DoorDash and I’ve order before and it never looked like this, I don’t want anyone else to have this type of burrito. But as i unwrap it with the foil it literally spilled. Like it’s a burrito not a taco. Come on, never in my life wrote a review but this wasn’t cool to me. 9/14/21

    Again the employees don’t understand portions. I don’t pay more for the “big” nacho just to get less than the “mini” nacho.

    Great staff who were super friendly. Better than Chipotle and you're allowed to get unlimited toppings including avocado guacamole etc. The staff were amazing and gave us a lot of chips more than usual and an extra sauce for them. Would definitely go back again.
