We ordered, the wait staffwere very accommodating and put together two tables quickly for our family. We received our food all of it was luke warm at best. Didn’t bring our extra avocado ranch.

There was hair cooked in to our cheese in our sandwich and pizza. Absolutely ruined everyone's appetite. Very disgusting and health safety issues. I will not order here again.

Typical major chain restaurant, so the only factor to rate is the service. Our waitress did a great job and was attentive, patient, and efficient. Food was typical mediocre chain restaurant style.

This location used to be really great, but ever since the Lockdown they’ve been very short staffed. So just look forward to longer than average wait times for your mediocre food. If anything I would suggest just getting the CarSide service so you’re not stuck sitting in a dark dining room listening to unknown 80s songs.

Bad service all around, host and server and not a full restaurant. Food was soggy and cold. Not a spot I'd suggest.

Last time I order delivery from Chili's. My food was scattered throughout the tray and chicken was dry. Such a disappointment. Never again. I'm a human, not a wild animal. Unreal.

Our server was delightful! I wasn't impressed by the food, but it wasn't bad tasting. It's just not very flavorful.

Parts of our meals were missing. Coleslaw was in the same box as the hot entrees, nothing like old hot coleslaw. This was a pickup order and there were maybe 6 cars in the parking lot. Should have read the sign. Not again!

On a long road trip and needed a reliable, affordable, tasty restaurant. This Chili's delivered! We were seated instantly by a sweet hostess and our waitress Faith was attentive and so friendly. Our order was out in minutes, exactly how we ordered it. Thank you so much!

I loved that the service was super fast, the only objection is that there were no really light or healthy options on the menu! not all of us eat spicy foods or foods with oil.

Five of us at 6 pm on a Friday night. Only took 5 minutes to be seated. The kitchen was quick, and food was good.

Had a wonderful meal here and was able to redeem a gift card I got at Christmas time. Chicken fried steak was excellent. And my son's cheeseburger was made to order. Nice to relax and get out of the heat. And I want to thank our server Alonzo for his great service and making our dining experience wonderful!

No taste costly no baked potato. This was lunch time. Brought chips and salsa to the table when we sat down then charged us for them. My avacodo was so small. And. 2 small bacon. Was not the price to pay $10.99 for a chicken club sandwich soda $2.99. Was going to order PC of pie. Slice was $8 no go. Service people were friendly.

Would love to give a big SHOUT OUT to our server last night (10/30/22) Tony! He was so attentive and friendly. He went above and beyond for our family and the tables around us. He always had a smile and was so speedy! So refreshing to observe someone who is enjoying what they do! Thank you Tony!!!!!

Wonderful experience! I have a medical condition that prevents me from using the required mask. Instead of having me leave the girl spoke to a manager and then warmly welcomed me inside and escorted us directly to a table. She promptly brought us drinks as it was very hot today. Food was amazing! Service was wonderful and was my husband's first time going so we were happy it went so well.

I will never eat at chillis in Salina Ks again! First they got rid of their chicken fried steak, which is what the are known for. Then the waitress tried to convince me that a carnie asata is the same thing. Not even close! Then she brought my salad with no dressing and had the gaul to say I ordered it that way. I ordered the 6oz steak with loaded mashed potatoes. When it came the steak was about the size of a fifty cent piece and the potatoes where so cold that the cheese wasn't even a lit bit melted. Horrible food and service!!!

Not allowed to see my bill. Money and tip were automatically stolen from my account. Management was less than useless at resolving issues. Food was ok. Far from great. Service was ok. A failure.

Awful food! Did not get what I ordered. Missing chips and salsa!!! Always say it’s free on next order and it’s not! Then it’s not even in my order. Wow. Cooks can’t read tickets right or give correct food. Just sad service. And very rushed.

The worst cheeseburger I have ever taken a bite out of. It was bone dry and tasted like it was drenched in lighter fluid and breaded with charcoal before it was burnt on the grill. It went straight to the trash as I would not even feed it to the stray cats. When you spend $17 on a burger and fries and you would think you would get something that is at least edible. Will not be returning.

They must have been short on staff, we had a 15 minute wait time and looking around there was hardly anyone there. That's not at all what upset us.. What was upsetting was we got sat at 12:05, we asked for game day menus from the host who said he would get them to us. The waitress got there.. we ordered water and told her the host said he would get us the menus we wanted... She looked around confused and said oh um I'll be back in a little while.... From what I could see and watched she had one party table who was ready to leave..... We sat without menus and drinks till 12:35. Not once did the waitress come back or look our way. We got up and left while the host watched and didn't say a single word to us. Yikes....
