We had to wait FOREVER for our to-go order, and when we received our food, it was all over the place (more cheese than egg). The guy at the front told us we couldn't sit on one side of the restaurant although there were ppl already sitting in the area, but when his friend came in for a table there was little to no wait. He was seated immediately while we're still standing around with our children (we got tired of waiting and ordered to go). The kitchen staff were joking around with each other taking their sweet time doing orders. It took the lady a while to get our drinks, and I saw her bsing with a coworker at the drink fountain. Overall, a sloppily ran establishment with almost zero professionalism.

Called in a breakfast order and was very specific about how I wanted my hash browns and toast, neither was how I ordered. Was early in the morning so they can't say they were busy and didn't have time. Won't do that again.

Over-rated place and over-priced food, you can get better pancakes from the freezer section of the supermarket. Well I think that you can find everything they have there from the freezer section. The place was full and there was people waiting, but the wait wasn't to long. The waitress was attentive and she knew the menu. The coffee was ok, but this is not a place to return.

They’ll pour you water without ice, nice warm tea on a hot day! They don’t introduce themselves so you can address them or thank keep them by name.(or in this case tell the manager about how terrible the service was). Don’t expect to be sat at a reasonable time, nor get your food served to you when it’s hot. Please don’t spend your money, time or energy coming here. Edit to add: her name was Lindsay

Not impressed. Ihop is usually somewhere you can go for any meal and it is reliable, fresh and good. Food was barely warm and our poached eggs, the whites were very runny.

Waited 45 minutes after ordering to get food. One order was wrong eggs. Charged extra even though the waitress said she made the mistake. Omelets were dry. Orange juice was mostly water.

Food was horrible. Service was just as bad called for at least 45 min to order food when i got home it then took another 10 min and ended up just going back with it the entire time the phone just rang and both times there were no customers dining in and 3 employees sitting talking at a table. My order cost 47$ and I gave a tip . 47 $ for 2 orders of biscuits and gravy with a creape and side of sausage

It wasn't busy. Went for early breakfast. They didn't ask if we wanted a table or booth. Do they still do that? The table was dirty. The food was good, though. They were out of biscuits. Sad cause those are staple items. Service overall was good. Music was bad. Still, I recommend.

Girl was washing walls with pinesol less than 4 ft from my table. The smell was so strong people were coughing and saying it's too strong. She had her dirty wash bucket on the table. Never cleaned off after she moved.There has to be another time to do deep wall Cleaning than during meals. Extremely strong scent barely could eat. Alot of people complaining.

Everyone standing around not helping anyone. Our waitress just wanted to stand around talking with her friends. It took forever getting coffee refills. I had to ask someone else for coffee who wasn’t our waitress. We also got the wrong food and when told about the wrong food. Our waitress Minerva was rude. When talking with the manager and getting things straightened out, we could hear Minerva talking with the others complaining about us and our order. Friendly tip, if your going to complain about your customers don’t do it within ear shot. On top of all that, we could hear the other waitresses and waiters laughing about people being cold and saying “Oh well.” I understand this is pretty much ran by young kids but the manager needs to get these kids in shape. No longer coming here which is sad cause we like our usual waitress.

Awful service and awful food! Watched the cook stand around for more than 20 minutes talking to a random person. Our waitress didn’t care about checking on us at all and even forgot our order! We waited over a hour! What happened to this place? Y’all need help bad!

Horrible service. Waited for 35 min just to get asked what drink we’d like. When we got our food it was cold and we also got the wrong order. Tables and floors were dirty, our waitress only showed up 2 times.Not overly impressed.

Great service! The pancake stacks were very fluffy and delicious! I didn't expect the pancakes to be so HUGE! 😆 I could only eat one! 🥞

Had to ask for refills twice ~ the server wasn't friendly at all when we asked twice for refills . My grandson's waffle was so cold the butter didn't melt on it . My bacon looked and tasted like they microwaved it . I won't be back anytime soon !!

We come to this IHOP every time we're in town and have never had any issues. It's always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is great.

We always have the best experience with Krista! She is amazing and takes care of her customers! She is friendly, available and quick. She’s always helping out others associates. I was surprised to hear Krista was not in management. She’s a diamond and should be treated as one 😉

If I could give zero stars, I would. We showed up a party of three with a high chair around dinner time and was seated right away. Once we ordered our food, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food. We had to ask for the kids' meal early because our kid was getting upset because he was hungry. No problem there. The adults' food came soon after but at that point it had been 45 minutes since ordering so we asked for to go boxes. The head waiter was snappy when asked for 3 to go boxes. Then we noticed the two burgers were not made correctly so we brought it up to our waitress and she told the cook the issue. He proceeds to say it loud enough for us to hear, "so what? What do you want me to do about it?" Thankfully we didn't pay for the two burgers that were made incorrect but the attitude of the staff here is not good. Will not be coming back when we come to town next time.

We waited a long time to be served at least 45 minutes and it was way too expensive it was just me and my two great-grandchildren and it was $30 they ate off the kid menu... I had two eggs one piece of bacon and one piece of toast. Wish we shared a vanilla ice cream shake

Came here after trying the Perkins restaurant where I receive no service and left. Came here to IHOP and was seated immediately received great service and a very delicious meal.

Had a young waiter maybe fifteen running tables alone by the looks of it and when we were ready to pay we went upfront and an older lady ignored us on her phone took my card out of my hand and walked to the back without saying a word, confused I walked to the back and asked for my card. Apparently the machine up front is broken… that would have been nice to know instead of practically being ignored.

My order pick up time was 12:43. I waited until 12:50 to ensure my order would be complete. I waited until 1:15 to call because I had not received my order yet. Then, I was told that they were busy with all the to go orders. In the amount of time I was sitting in my car I saw 1 person walk in while the driver waited by the curb next to IHOP.

Horrible I think my bacon was spoiled it was like rubbery not crispy. I believe it made me sick didn't feel good for 3 days. The waitresses were all gathered together around where food comes out. Ours was barely warm when we got it. I guess they would rather talk then serve.

I have worked in customer service for many years and have lots of empathy for service workers. That being said, my experience here was awful. The young blonde hostess/waitress was the only person I wanted to tip (and I am a heavy tipper normally: see the above) . She was kind, understanding and patient. My pick up order got lost and while she was busy herself she still said she would re-take the order for me. However, while she was handling orders placed before mine another waitress was told to take my order. She was wearing a fuzzy hoodie which is not normally allowed in food service. She didn’t say a word to me while she logged into the computer and didn’t make eye contact with me pretty much the entire interaction. Eventually she said “do you know what you want?”. While that is straight forward it also felt very rude. I told her what I wanted despite her many attempts to “correct” what I wanted (i.e. turkey sausage vs turkey bacon) At this point I had to grab my wallet from the car. It took me maybe 2 minutes to grab my wallet and return to the desk. By the time I came back she was gone. While waiting to pay I saw a teenage boy who was eating in plain clothes go back into the expedite area and talk with the waitresses. Again, typically not something we allow in food service. Finally, someone ran my card and handed me my food. I heard them say “I gave up on plastic silverware we have two left”. I am traveling right now and they did not give me silverware so I will have to wait until I can stop somewhere to eat my food. The part of waitressing I always appreciated was you get what you give. Not every customer is nice but you still face every table with a smile. You should always interact with customers with money in mind. The only reason I am posting my review is to add to the many 1 star reviews already on here. Eventually they may want to re-train and re-evaluate staff. If the young blonde waitress ever sees this she should know she’s the only approachable person in there and I hope she finds somewhere she can make big bucks being herself❤️

It was good, the bathrooms were clean, the dining area was clean as well as what I could see of the cooking area. The staff was friendly and attentive, maybe a little over assertive and kinda rushed to take our order when the place was mostly dead. The food was well prepared.

This experience was awful our food was cold. We waited 2 hours. Do not recommend never go there go to the other one in salinia. My macaroni and cheese had clumps in it and was disgusting.

Waitress claimed they were closed when they clearly had other customers. Hours posted said open til midnight. It was only 10pm. Other customers even told her it says open til midnight and told her "you just want to go home" to which she replied. "Yes I really do". All we wanted to do was feed our toddler after a very long travel day. But I guess waitresses at IHOP make up their own crackhead rules as they go along. I would give less stars if it were possible

They had no orange juice or tea bags and their waffle machine was broke. The food was mediocre at best. Our waitress was very good. The price was ridiculous for what we got. Very disappointed. We expected much more from IHOP.

We had to wait forever for our order which included chicken fried steak and after waiting 30 mins they tell us they were out of chicken fried steak. We then had to wair even longer for them to cook a new order while the rest of the food sat on top of heat counter.

We stopped on our way home after being out for New Year's Eve. I had the sirloin tips with eggs over easy, hash browns, pancakes and coffee. The sirloin tips are my favorite meal from IHop. The tips were cooked perfectly at medium-well. They were very tender.

Food was much much better than the location in Denver. I enjoyed every bit of my meal. They actually allowed my substitute of potatoes instead of eggs for free, and the care taken when packaging to go orders is great.
