Never had this issue before from this location. I know you all saw this. How are you going to send burnt stuff out? And this is why y'all make minimum wage.

Food is almost always good and fast enough, occasionally on the overdone side. They never pay attention to the instructions when you ask for a thin crust pizza to be pie cut instead of square. Today my cinnamon twists were cinnamon bites, which made me laugh, but still delicious...

Ordered late at night when arrived at our hotel. Driver said they accidentally made a pizza wrong on the order and said it was free. They also forgot philly steak sandwich. The pizza was the worst we have ever gotten from a Dominos.

Some of the rudest people I have ever met working here! I have never been so disappointed an disgusted in my hole life… why be so rude to someone who spends a bunch of money of food and then is over a hr an half late. Wouldn’t even give a refund or make the order fresh! I will 100 percent be calling corporate first thing Monday morning!

The manager said this kind of greese is Normal. I asked him to come get it he said we don't want to pick up your trash. Well this is the trash you delivered. Wow dominos just wow

Absolutely the worst ordering experience bar none. I ordered on line for carry out later on in the afternoon and the order was made immediately with no option to cancel or change it. I called the call in order number and got routed to a call center, not the in town store. No one could help or fix the problem, definitely a huge communication barrier. They tried to connect me to the in town store three times, and each time the call ended with a hang up so absolutely nothing was resolved. I will never order from Domino's in the future.

We have gotten a pizza from Domino's just about every week for the last two years. However, things have changed and now they say we can't order extra amounts of topping, even if we want it and pay for the extra. Their way or no way. I guess they forgot it is the customer that keeps their doors open. The last two we ordered they didn't say anything, just made them short on toppings and had exposed crust out in the center of the pizza since they don't put enough toppings, cheese or sauce on them. We won't be back to Domino's. I bet they have a sticker on the door that says, "I did that?" Thanks Brandon!!!

Finding a hair in your food once, that sucks but okay but two and three different pizzas with blonde hair ? Absolutely disgusting no gloves are worn in this place, no hands are washed things are dropped and continued to be used. Absolutely disgusting

I ordered curbside and they have me my pizza right on time! The employee was nice and the pizza was awesome! This IS my pizza place now!

i showed up at closing time and they allowed me to make a to. go order . 5 kids at midnight and i was so great full! thank you so much

I walked in and ordered a pizza on my way to work. The young woman that took my order was extremely chatty even though I explained I was running late. Then I overheard her tell her coworker,"I don't care if food is pretty or not as long as it gets done." My pizza looked like a small child made it. I won't deal with the 1621 S. Ohio store again nor recommend it to anyone.

Pizza was okay, but when I bit into this brownie, besides it bringing completely flat, it was still undone. Not gooey undone, but not at all completely cooked.

After getting my order wrong. No apologies given,just a sour face from the shift leader. Nothing offered for free for making me have to waste fuel to drive back to get the correct pizza made. Very poor service

Ordered the coupon with 2 large 2 topping pizza's and an order of cheesey bread. Was supposed to be 26.99 not sure about the cents part. But got charged 63. Something. They sent me an email for a free medium pizza for mistake lol don't think that quite evens out. Plus the pizza's were so greasy it was awful. Never ordering from here again it is a joke.

Ordered online for carry out which they will tell you time to pick up. Got there with in the time aloud service was polite no waiting my order was ready for my pickup as they were a little busy so tipped a few bucks. Food was hot and tasty never had any problems with that store I will go back when I order pizza again

This store always delivers their best pizza. Never have I ever had a bad expierence. They are always ensuring costumer satisfaction and making their pizzas the best. I will always come back because of the quality of service and quality of pizza.

Y'all are the best! Food quality and delivery was perfect! The call center experience was horrible and they didn't have a clue about what was going on. But the dominos store I dealt with personally y'all are incredible thanks again for making everything easier on me y'all deserve a raise or something in my opinion.

Lol! I called and ask for store manager to let them know that a delivery had been made to my place and I hadn't ordered anything. Manager I spoke to was more worried that I wouldn't speak to a shift manager than the delivery driver had delivered to wrong address! But hey thanks for the free food! Sorry to the person who ordered it and the hassle they have to go thru to get their food.
