I
seldom
come
to
DD
but
did
so
this
morning
and
ordered
two
donuts
and
a
hot
chocolate.
The
young
man
at
the
window
was
gracious
and
polite,
gave
me
my
bag
of
donuts
and
asked
if
I
wanted
a
receipt.
I
said
no
and
he
promptly
walked
away.
I
assumed
he
forgot
the
rest
of
the
order
and
when
I
couldn’t
get
his
attention,
I
waited
until
someone
came
to
the
window
a
few
minutes
later.
I
mentioned
how
I
think
my
drink
was
forgottenand
this
miserable
woman
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
it
was
coming,
rolled
her
eyes
and
walked
away
as
if
I
should
have
known
that
it
was
being
made.
She
was
incredibly
rude
and
when
I
asked
why
she
had
an
attitude
I
was
informed
that
they’re
very
short
staffed,
he
was
new,
and
she
has
been
traveling
all
over
the
place.
I’m
sorry,
but
that
is
no
excuse
for
poor
customer
services,
especially
when
it
wasn’t
warranted.
Mind
you,
there
was
one
car
in
front
of
me
and
none
behind
me.
If
this
is
how
customers
are
treated
during
a
slightly
busy
day,
I
can’t
image
how
they’re
treated
when
it’s
rush
time.
