This is an unexpectedly great hotel. It’s not luxury by any means but it’s exactly what you need. The bed is comfortable, the outlets are easy to reach, there’s a mobile table in the room and a chair with a desk. An airport shuttle driven by really nice people (both to and from the airport!) complements an exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk team. Would absolutely stay here again. Found myself thinking several times “it’s like someone figured out what to put in a hotel room!”.

This place will seem strange to those who are used to traditional hotels. It seems to be the result of a marketing team designing a place to appeal to a new generation. Decor is modern throughout. Overall I like the effect, and would stay here again. For example, there’s no desk or closet in the rooms. Instead there's a small movable table, and storage is part of the living space. The people are nice and the rooms are clean. The ice buckets are by the ice machine and water filter, rather than in the rooms. The internet is fast.

I ended up here on a Delta voucher after my flight was cancelled. The staff was friendly and check in with the voucher was fast and easy, the room was incredibly clean (pretty sparse but quite comfortable bed), and importantly had a blackout shade. Each bed had like 6 full sized pillows and the room had 4 of every size of towel. The shuttle was perfectly on time and the driver was great. Only complaint was the water pressure and lemon Pledge scented soap but really not a big deal since I bring my own.

Found myself at this hotel very late at night after a cancelled flight. Hotel is very neat…was quiet and needed for exactly what I wanted- few hours of sleep. Not a luxury or fancy hotel. Front desk staff, Andrew was very professional, polite and made sure I had something to eat and drink. Highly recommend in Syracuse, NY

The room was very clean, sleek and simple. Bathroom clean and modern, shower had great pressure. The bed was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they have a 24 hr market with snacks and drinks even beer and wine. The breakfast was delicious!! We will definitely be back!

Clean rooms. Bare minimum hotel, as in you’re not getting tons of features or amenities. It’s a place to rest your head with a basic breakfast and gym. I always prefer to stay on the first floor so I’m willing to accept a bit more noise, nothing extreme in this hotel. Area has plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which is great given the traffic in the area.

After staying at a similar named Hotel in Albany I was expecting a facility of the same quality. Room layout was same and also were amenities but breakfast didn't have sufficient options. No milk for lactose intolerant folks and there was no bread , just bagels. The parking was sufficient though. No microwave in room unlike Albany.

This is stupid. It's"modern" as in it offers free coffee and tea in the lobby. The rooms? Modern = bed + shower + TV. It's basically a hostel without roommates. No desk, chair, couch, tables. It's this same price as a modern hotel but has none of the perks. 3 star cause it was clean and desk agent was friendly.

Very happy with hotel. Reasonably priced considering every other hotel raise there rates for family weekend. Dog friendly for a good rate. Def stay there again. All employees were very nice and helpful and hard working. Thanks for a good experience for my first time staying at this hotel.

This was my first time at a tru Hilton. I was very pleasantly surprised. Staff was amazing and very pleasant and welcoming. The room had everything you needed, and plenty of room to move around. The restroom was huge clean and everything again that you needed and nothing more. My adult daughter's thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, I love the fact of 24/7 coffee. Everywhere we went in the customer areas it was clean convenient and very modern. I love the fact there's no carpet in the rooms, the beds were comfortable, got a great night's sleep. I've seen other reviews people were not happy I don't get it I don't know what they expected but I was so surprised and overwhelmed because I had never seen what they had to offer I will definitely stay in this particular location again when I am in that area it was well worth it.

Room was decent but we sat in the lobby for our team dinner and pulled 3 bed bugs off of our pants and saw another crawling by where we were sitting. The staff was helpful but the GM was not and we could tell it was stressing the staff out as well. They did disinfect our room just in case and reimbursed us for the bug spray we went to buy while they were cleaning. Clothes had to be thrown out and we are still nervous that they’ve gotten into our belongings. We will be calling corporate asap! Just a warning to everyone sitting in the lobby opposite of where breakfast is located to beware of bedbugs !

The hotel was nice. It is definitely geared more towards business travel or an overnight before headed to the airport for vacation. The staff was super friendly and they went above and beyond for our baseball team. There is NOT a pool. They do have a gym. There are plenty of quick restaurants near the hotel and it's located super close to major roads so it's easy to get places. It is not loud at all and we could never hear the people above us even though we were on the first floor.

We came there twice while doing IFV treatment at CNY.The people at front desk were super nice. The rooms are also very nice. The showers water pressure was amazing. Beds were comfy too. We made sure we went back there again when we had to return for more treatment at CNY. Would recommend to everyone.

I stayed here September 2023. Christina’s customer service was phenomenal. She went far and beyond for me during and after her shift ended. Pleasant and accommodated check in with Matt. Overall, all the staff was wonderful!

I wanted to love this location so much, I was in awe when I first walked in with how modern the feel was and how customized to the local area it was. There was local art work hung, a local events board, and even local snack for sale! Super super cute. Their snack selection was crazy big with SO many options. Front desk personnel were 10/10 for customer service. The breakfast was also very good. Lots of options laid out in a logical way. They also gave us honor members little bags with a water and popcorn. The reason I give it three stars is because of a few let downs in the room that led to a sleepless night. The first was no television, I’m not sure why but it was a let down to not have at least local channels, and I didn’t want to call the front to have someone come down at 11pm. Second were the sheets and comforter. Straight up sandpaper. The single ply of sheets. And last was the noise, the air conditioner in the room was crazy loud and the sound of doors closing non stop made it super hard to sleep (especially when the TV wasn’t working to drown it out a bit). Would I stay here if I was trying to have a girls weekend in the area where we wanted to stay somewhere trendy? Yes. Would I stay again as someone trying to get a good nights rest for an important next day? No.

First time staying at a Tru. Nice place. It was in a good location we were able to walk to restaurants. Gas stations right there. The staff was super friendly. Liked that you could get breakfast until ten and the latter check out. Easy on and off the highway. Rooms were bright and clean. We would stop there again if we're in the area.
