Food is amazing. We came a hour before close. Then felt bullied by the entire staff except our waiter. The women in the kitchen even came out to flip off the guy at the host station for us coming in "45 min before close" then the host walked around talking about how he was in the military and can eat fast. We feel bullied and guilty for even coming in. We want to leave but they already started making stuff and know it'll be even worse. Doesn't feel like a safe atmosphere and we are sorry we came in a hour before 9. Restaurant is clean. Food great. Just everyone else is scaring us.

Poor service, food wasn't that good. Ordered dessert. Waitress gave us our ticket. Still waiting on dessert! Finally asked, and was told they were out, but we could order something different. Paid cash and Waitress asked if we wanted the change ($32.00) back. Guess he was going to keep for a tip!!! How rude, my meal was only $23. Don't I have a say if you get a tip & how much.

I enjoy visiting Red Lobster when we are in Salina. I switched up this time and did not have my normal crab legs. I had the salmon, and it was great! The customer service was pleasant. I will be back there this summer!

The quality of the food is great. The salads are always delightful, fresh, and crispy lettuce. Sea Food is fabulous here, and the steaks are flavorful and tender. As always, the cheddar biscuits were hot and fresh and very tasty. Our waiter was very friendly, and he knew the items on the menu well. He gave some great suggestions for entre's to try. The resteraunt was very clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I had not been to the Salina Red Lobster. this was my first-time visit. my husband and I were visiting at lunchtime on Sunday. It wasn't a busy time ( we went there around 1 PM). The server was polite and good at taking care of us. We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks for an appetizer. The biscuits were one of their services. Both are so scrumptious. The fish and chips were good mounts and had good taste. My lobster and fishes were also good. Inside the restaurant was so clean and comfortable. They had nice comfy chairs and dining tables. Also, all over the table was clean. I recommend this Red Lobster at Salina.

The iced tea had an old rancid smell to it and was undrinkable. No server around to switch it out. The food was very salty. The fries were covered so thick it reminded me of a sugared donut. The flounder tasted slimy and looked nothing like the picture online. So disappointed

Went there yesterday evening for my birthday at my request. My husband hate's coming here because he does not like seafood, his loss in my opinion. Last time we came it was about a year ago and we had a very bad experience as there was hardly any light inside and he ordered a cheeseburger and fries (which consisted of about 5-6 individual fries, not even a serving!). So he was definitely not looking forward to returning, I was craving crab legs and crossing my fingers for a better experience though. After we got seated the waiter checked on us multiple times until we ordered and got our initial drinks, after that it was all downhill from there. Our food came, I received my crab legs and sat there for at least 5-10 minutes watching my family eat before I received any tools to crack open the crab legs. (Waiter did not apologize for this even after I told him I was beginning to wonder how I'd eat them and to tell the gentleman busing tables to disregard after I'd asked him for some) Upon eating our meal, my husband ordered a steak this time and thought surely that would be good, wrong! The steak was more like a sirloin than a NY Strip and extremely thin. We continued to eat with the waiter never coming to check on us, we wanted more wine. When he finally came we were just finishing up but went ahead and asked for the wine anyways which never arrived. Then he came back by and we asked for our check, he remembered at that point about the wine- we told him not to worry about it anymore we were done and just wanted to pay. I love crab and seafood but unfortunately I don't think we'll be returning again after multiple bad experiences here.

Traveled to this Red Lobster as it was a birthday dinner destination. Since the Lincoln location closed down, it is nearly the same distance as the Omaha location. We have been here before and we prefer it over the Omaha location. The front staff was friendly and full of smiles. We had a wonderful waiter with a great sense of humor. The food was delicious and arrived within a reasonable time. Highly recommend the lobster pizza appetizer. Expect to pay around $40 per person at the least. We'll definitely be back to get our Red Lobster fix.

It's one of the places I do enjoy. You can never go wrong with the cheddar bay biscuits. The lobster Bisque was a bit off, but the shrimp and clams more than made up for it. The staff was and the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. It was a nice stop for me and my love to have a nice lunch. The scallops were amazing and grilled to perfection. And it's always nice to have some good tea whenever I can find here in this part of Kansas.

Convenient location on the main drag near the various motels. Inside, comfy atmosphere. Seemed popular with the locals. Liked the snow globe sangria, which actually looked better than the picture. Food was standard per Red Lobster. Everything felt generously buttered. Out server was new and didn’t know how to work a gift card. But otherwise nothing wrong with the experience.

Food quality is way down. Way too expensive for the quality of food. Very disappointing. However, experienced server was Outstanding! Charging for side salad now. Charging extra for loaded potato. $30+$6 tip 1 person no bev or desert. Biscuits dry. Shrimp Alfredo pasta covered in oil and little Alfredo. Not nearly as good as they once were.

Our server, Randall (Randy?) Has been excellent at each of our visits. Food is always on point. Bartender never disappoints. Try the Gran Parton Margarita or the Ultimate Feast. You won't regret it! Oh.. the Mac and Cheese is pretty good too!

My fiance and I love going there for margaritas but hate how we can't have time to ourselves without a certain waiter wanting to stand at our table and try to hold conversation almost the entire time (when he's not even our waiter) and not give us time to enjoy our food and drinks. We just want to rush out of there as soon as we see him and don't go as often as we would if he wasn't there.

Red lobster has some great food, but it's been pretty hit an miss past couple years. Service is pretty poor also, but it's do to lack of employee's. Our last trip here the lobster was way over cooked an very tough, but tasted great.

Service was fast, food was good. We were there a little after 2pm on a Saturday and were seated right away and did not wait for much of anything. They were also very patient with my young daughter who kept throwing things on the floor 🙃

We were seated right away but I have a hard time walking and they took us back as far as they could. And my mom and I don't have a lot of money so it's a big splurge when we go out. Everything was delicious except my lobster tail. Our waiter said he had to send the 1st one back well they should have sent the second one back too it was like rubber never in my life have I had to use a steak knife to cut my lobster tail but I had to with this one. I was very sad because that is why I picked the meal I did. From now on I will just stick to shrimp. Or just go to Olive Garden. At least our waiter was nice.

My 1st time going here in salina and it was so worth it! We ordered the endless shrimp and boy oh boy was it delicious! I absolutely loved the service the staff was super friendly and fast service !! my daughter had the mac and cheese and she is always a happy camper with l mac and cheese lol . But if you want yummy food must come here! Oh and the drinks were delicious aswell we also ordered smoothies and it was the best I have had in salina

Ladies room smelled bad. No toilet paper in handicap stall. Soup appetizer came after main. Food on a butter plate when seated. Food on a menu. No instructions on paying. Waited for check. Finally realized bill must be paid on machine. Last time we got a check to sign. Person vacuuming while we’re at our table. Fly at table. Bad experience.

I had Sarah as a waitress, and she was delightful. Red Lobster isn't my favorite restaurant, but I gave it five stars just for Sarah! Ask for her when you go!

My husband and I had a very delightful experience. Our waiter Randy was great,efficient, helpful and friendly. I had Salmon delicious, my husband had combination seafood. Biscuits were awesome. We asked for special requests and were accommodated. Ie no butter.

The food is always been pretty good when we go. The only issue that I've ever run into was when we requested to be moved to a different table due to the lack of air circulation. This particular Red Lobster has a few tables that are in a dead zone so it gets very warm. This is great during the winter but not as appealing during the summer. When asked if we can move to a different table the current hostess at the time showed visible annoyance with the request. Other than that every waiter or waitress I've ever had there has been exceptional and I will continue to go back.

Great place here in salina! Great service and there is always fresh biscuits on the table, Great waiters!

We had a large party, and the wait was very reasonable, especially considering it was a Friday evening. Staff was super friendly, and our waitress was fantastic. Food was as good as seafood in Kansas likely gets. Their literature assured us their seafood was responsibly sourced. Have no choice but to take their word for it, but it sure didn't seem like we were eating cheap Chinese garbage like most Midwestern seafood options seems to be.

My husband and I went here this last Saturday for our anniversary. I have to say that I am very impressed for the service that we received. We were seated quickly and promptly. The waiter Randall (I think was his name) was excellent. He had very good customer service skills. That is so hard to come by these days. The food was magnificent. We enjoyed every part of our experience at this establishment. Way to go Red Lobster keep up the good work. If you have not stopped by and tried them out YOU ARE MISSING OUT!
