    I have to say this was my worst experience. Sat in the drive through for over a half hour waiting to order and then I get to the window and still had to wait a good 15 mins for my food.. for all that my food should have been fresh and instead it was ice cold & my burger wasn’t even cooked all the way.. seemed like everything I tried to order they didn’t have at the moment… Also I watched a lot of people drive off (probably because they didn’t want to wait any longer) very disappointed ☹️

    If I could give this Wendy’s 0 starts I wouldn’t. We went here on Sunday night. As we pulled up to the speaker it said the headsets where not working and to pull up to the Window and that is fine and understandable. There was one car in front of us. We get to the Window and it take a few mins for the lady to come again that’s fine. My grandma is in the driver seat I have to let the lady know our order because my gram can’t hear very well. So I tell her our order she was VERY RUDE and not friendly at all. Fat white lady with brownish hair with a pink bow in her hair. So my gram hands her the card and asked for the senior discount The lady said VERY rudely WE DON”T DO A SENIOR DISCOUNT. I thought was very weird any other Wendy’s we been to all so it. She never gave us the receipt and when she was handing us the food she like pushed it out the window fast at my grandma. I could understand if they was busy but there was maybe 1-2 cars behind us. After we pull away I put my hand in my bad and my fries are cold and nasty like they been sitting there for a long time my nuggets are cold. My gram asked if I wanted to go back I told her no. Only because I just got out of work and I was tired wanted to go home. I did call the corporate number and spoke to somebody there who was not happy bout the experience we had!

    I went here doing door dash. The lobby was closed so I had to do drive thru. I set in the drive thru for at least 45mins. I did not stop at the speaker to let them know I was picking up food because you was waiting for at least 5 minutes for them to actually answer you. When I got to the window I let the girl know I was picking up food and gave her the names. Another employee standing behind her a fat white girl with dark Brown hair was very rude and stated to me. Did you stop at the speaker I said no I did not she proceeds to stay well next time you need to because now you're holding the line up. I said if y'all are want taking so long to respond to the drive thru I would have waited. This happen around 830pm. Please train y'all rude employees

    customer service is literally so awful here I understand having a bad day but it is no excuse to treat people the way that they do here. One of the worst experiences of my life at a fast food place, i barely go to places like this because of my anxiety and the way we were treated just enforced that anxiousness. My moms still waiting for a refund from never getting her online order.

    My pet rock spoke more than the drive-thru window employee. She was rude I just reaching out for coupon I looked at her and said what she goes I need the coupon well we won't go going back there

    Mattydale Wendy's is bad. Half hour wait in drive through only one car ahead of me. They were not even busy. Left will not be back to that location went down hill sucks.

    I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 baconater meals. When I got home each burger was a single patty! That is not how you make a baconater! It's supposed to be 2 patties! Waste of $22! I've never had a problem with Wendy's until now. Very upset

    Seems the staff were very aware that all of their outside lights were off... Not sure if that was intentional due to it being close to closing time but the cashier was very snotty when we simply let them know. Upon unwrapping, the burgers were in complete disarray, things we asked to have NOT put on our sandwiches were very much still there, we didn't get the right drinks we ordered and at least half of each our medium and large fry were in the bottom of the bag

    Service was okay. Preston took our order and he was pleasant did everything fine. The issue came when I was JUST about done with my food. Found two hairs in my fries. Disgusting.

    The drive through is slower than a sloth in a marathon. The food is mediocre and they have at max 3 workers doing their job.

    Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Went to drive-thru window and waited for a few minutes no response, went inside to order and waited in line for another ten minutes to order.Then noticed an employee behind the counter filling her bags with food and going into the dining room to eat. Apparently customers don't come first at this Wendys. When we finally left there a long line behind me and at the drive-thru.

    I used to love Wendy's. Pure, basic but a little bit premium burgers. Now, all my favorites are gone from the menu in the app - no more Single/Double/Triple except for the kids sizes. Seems if it doesn't have bacon you can't order it anymore. Oops, scratch that - they removed my number 1 reason for going there to begin with - no more bacon and cheese baked potatoes either. Seems like a drastic menu overhaul for what was once a very good burger chain. So long, farewell.

    Tables dirty. People in kitchen standing around on phones. Only thing warm was my fries. Everything else was as cold as outside and I DINED IN!

    Sat in line for 15 minutes. Between ordering and getting to the window. Only to be told they don't accept tap to pay methods. Rather silly, given the times we live in and how commonplace it is now. Had to leave without my food. I didn't expect to get it for free but they should have some signage indicating they do not accept tap to pay.

    When I asked for an extra sauce, the girl didn’t fail to mention about the extra charge for every sauce. Proceeded to give it to me- but at that point I offered to pay for it. Billion dollar company and didn’t hesitate to tell us about their sauce prices. Get it together Wendy’s. Taco Bell gives all the sauces 🫶🏼

    The staff/Employees who were working we're as quick, polite, and helpful as they could be. Most times I've been to this Wendys, I have received great service if not awesome! However, at almost every visit, you can definitely Tell that they are and have been short staffed. This is due to a LOT of different factors, but location and a limit on the amount of city busses that go there are 2 major ones. But, as far as the staff, I've had very good experience and interactions with them. Thank you.

    We went to replace food that we received that was so disgusting. The person who waited on us was so unprofessional. The salad she replaced was worse than the original, and I asked for a different one, she gave me attitude. What's happened to Wendy's??? So sad!

    This is the worst and I mean absolutely worst experience I've had. I seldomly get fast food. My daughter really wanted a kids meal. Typically I enjoy Wendy's but this was horrible. Cold fries, $28 for a sandwich and a kids meal, and they forgot half of it. I had arrived home to find the order incomplete and tried to call them. The number listed went to a full voicemail which I assume is full with terrible experiences like mine. To hell with fast food. Sorry baby girl. Dad will make the nuggets from now on.

    It was a hot one today and nothing cools you off like a frosty from Wendy's. My home buyer and I stopped here quick in-between viewing houses in North Syracuse. The chocolate frost for a dollar is the best! Brings back memories or coming here as a kid with my family. Didn't go inside but the drive through was extremely quick. My client had the spicy chicken sandwich and he thought it was great.

    They’re hit or miss most of the time I feel like they don’t put the effort that they should to prepare the food and most of the time the fries are extremely salty or they’re old fries

    Workers here are soooooo sloooooow what do they make each fry one at a time? Hurry up people dont have all day to wait in line no excuse why your so slow. Can't go in no choice but drive thru. They atleast should allow delivery drivers to go in to get the orders! Just insanely dumb how there set up is right now.

    My burger was good . My husband ordered a double with no onions or mayo. It came with everything on it. It actually looked like it had xtra onions and mayo. He threw it out. The fries were sooooo salty . Had to toss them too. The frosty were the highlight of the meal. Next time we'll go to Arby's.

    Poor and slow service if you hate your job find another one! Almost 10 minutes wait in a mobile pick up order that consisted of 4 chicken nuggets a drink and a cookie ridiculous!

    They had $1.00 Breakfast Biscuits ! Awesome Deal. They have the Deal tomorrow too. Come to find out they did not have them the next day. The man said they would and I went back and he said he did not say that and did not make a mistake. Not True, He did say it and I was upset !

    every time i come here ... its a 20-30 minute wait if i go in or drive thru ... fries cold , forgot my sauce . i should of told them when i pulled through this is the worst and slowwwwwest wendys ever but i did not wanna be rude but this place is so trash . never going again lol

    For fast food it was good. We had a really good person who cashed us out and the when I opened my sandwich it was wrapped very neat and not just slapped together like at other restaurants.

    Very slow service, charged for an upgrade on a drink I didn't even select and when you tell the cashier something is wrong she rolls her eyes. I get things are crazy with covid but still need good customer service. That they don't have
