    First of the Manager was very rude. He yelled at his employees while I was waiting for food. Hot Coffee was given Cold and ice cream was already melted before given to me. Go anywhere except here if you need to use restroom or get food very dirty and disrespectful.

    Worst drive thru service I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s! Only had 2 cars in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get to the ordering speaker. Once I got there they said I’ll be with you in a minute, 15 minutes later I drove away without even ordering. They never came back to take my order and everyone behind me also drove away. I will never go back to this McDonald’s location, this wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues there.

    Worse McDonalds I’ve ever seen! Been here multiple times and the doors are closed and the sign clearly states open at 6 am.

    The Manager here along with some of the worker's, go behind the dumpster to smoke dope on a daily basis. Don't eat here! Of course, I'm sure you cam buy dope here if you're in need.

    Went to this mcdonalds on 11/18/23, around 745, ordered our food and was directed to the side, was giving the wrong order 2 times, finally had to go in, many other people was also having issues, we didn't get the food for another 30min, and the other people had similar issues and were very mad, they had to keep coming back I'm to get the correct order

    Sometimes the food is ok but most of the time not. Most people there seem like they hate the job, and it really shows. I don't not eat cheese and they refuse to let me get any burritos without cheese.

    Our Frappe was fine. However, an elderly couple followed us in and waited for awhile for someone to take their order. When the person went to wait on them, they said breakfast stopped 5 minutes ago at 10:30. They left upset and I don't blame them.

    I ordered breakfast around 9:00am, Ms Carol took my order and was extremely helpful and patient. I order a couple different things and to make it cheaper she just put it under a combo. Awesome service and experience. Took less than 5 minutes to order and leave.

    All around great! Great food great service. The guy who took my order in the drive thro really made my day/evening he was very nice very genuine he put a smile on my face that everyone had been trying to do all day and failed. He was successful. His name was Roy :)

    I can not remember the guys name that helped me, but he told me he had put 55 hours that week. I let him know his customer service was top-notch, and I appreciate hearing one of his coworkers had come in to help make sure the place was properly staffed. He might remember me - I had just got through charging my Tesla at the superchargers in the Holiday Inn parking lot, and I was on my way to Denver. I told him how much I dislike electric cars for long-distance driving.

    rating would be better if they’d just update their hours online. multiple reviews have the same opinion, so i would recommend fixing it! it says online that they close at 11pm, so after a long day of traveling, we showed up at 8:50pm. first of all, the lobby was closed, so we had to bring our trailer around. we were then told that wasn’t allowed, so we had to get out of the car and go up to the window. that’s okay, but could have been resolved if the lobby was open. we were then told that they close at 9pm, so the workers were annoyed…. which was really weird. how were we supposed to know if they closed at 9pm? the manager was quite nice and accommodating, but the other workers had bad manners and kept mean mugging us. wouldn’t recommend coming here unless it’s like 3 in the afternoon.

    This is the worst McDonald's in Salina. Manager refused to correct a mistake in ringing up our order. I guess if you're counting on the interstate traffic and never expect to see the customer again that's fine but I get the same thing every morning there. Being a regular customer means nothing here.

    I ordered the 2 cheese burger meal. It was good quality, the cheeseburgers were put together and cooked well. The fries were a little undersalted but well cooked. The fountain drink tasted good.

    Family stopped here while traveling. McDonalds food is never the issue, and it wasn’t in this case. I ordered two cheeseburgers without ketchup. We got on the highway and the burgers had ONLY ketchup. I understand mistakes happen, so I called to let them know so they could prevent this sort of thing in from happening in the future. The person who answered was talking in the background and simply hung up 5 seconds after answering. I would suspect most people ask for something to be left off a sandwich for a reason. I can’t eat ketchup. Period. That, combined with the experience of trying to call leads me to believe management has failed to train the staff properly and I don’t understand how that is acceptable. Experiences like this is why McDonalds has become a last resort for our family. Visit was around 1:25 pm on Thursday October 27th 2022.

    Fries were cold and stale and unsalted. We waited in line long enough to make you think the fries would be fresh, alas they were not. My wife had the saddest chicken sandwich in the world. I think the staff was friendly. A bit slow but not terrible. McDonald's is generally disappointing to me because this is experience seems to be the norm no matter which one you visit.

    Stopped here on February 18t. Staff was super friendly and professional. The facility was very clean. The double-cheeseburgers we had were the best we've EVER had at ANY McDonald's! Thanks for the great service!

    Okay, it's 27 degrees, there are 8 inches of snow, all the highways in the area are closed and I can't leave or do anything. My hotel has basically nada but I look out and these guys are miraculously open. The food was pretty good (above average for McDonald's for sure) and the people still seemed cheerful despite the fact that they are probably the only ones in town working. Huge thank you to these guys for braving the weather and staying open. It was great for all the people stuck here.

    If you have to stop and eat or use the restroom because you're on the road, it will do in a pinch. But the employees here are extremely rude. And my husband's burger had a giant black char mark across the bun. We were ignored while trying to ask for our drinks and were snapped at while being handed our food. If you can drive a little further, do it.

    Food is OK when hot. When you get a bag of cold nuggets and fries, it's horrible. If you're going to serve old food, at least cheat and drop it in the dryer for 10 seconds first.

    Children employed at rates that do not equal their abilities, they are confused, they have no idea what they are selling other a button. Poor service time, I hate when they ask customers to pull forward in the name of preparation of your food, in all actuality its so they have less time recorded for costumers waiting to receive their completed order. I have found these actions in McDonald's employees from Tampa Florida to here in Kentucky. I like McDonald's, but I hate the over paid ignorant employees.
