Went through the drive thru and this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I asked them not to put whipped cream in my drink but they did anyway. When I asked for a new one the girl argued that there was no need as she could just “ scrape it off”. Then the young man behind her yelled out to me that I did order whipped cream. When I politely said I did not - he yelled at me saying “ yes you did”!! I almost felt scared ! So the girl made a new one - basically threw it at me and shut the window .. they should.close this location …

We get our iced coffees every morning but Why is it every time we go to this particular One on Teall ave It’s always closed by 8:40pm There’s a person behind the counter but front doors always locked. Very inconvenient because we always look forward too iced coffees after work.

First of all I am a SERVER, so I am well aware of the difficulties faced dealing with the public every day. This is by far the worst Dunkin, with the worst staff. I stopped going here for so long because my order has something wrong with it every single time I go, but it is conveniently located so I decided to give it a try today. Low and behold, an item was missing from my drive thru order. So I go in and tell them to which they respond by asking for my receipt -they didn’t give me one. The manager comes over and says “oh they only charged you for 1 of those” and stands there staring at me. So i responded “well I ordered 2.” I had to pay for the remaining missing item which okay, understandable, but at this point I was already annoyed at the fact that it was forgotten in the first place, and the way the manager responded was so odd. So they make my item, I get in my car, go to take a bite, and there’s a giant hair. This is the last time I go to this location and I urge you to do the same. Staff is uneducated, lazy, clearly unclean, and I was stupid enough to think this time would be different. Absolutely disgusting.

This location is terrible, the staff is very rude!! They greet you by saying, what do you want! Orders are never right! And I alway have to ask for my receipt, in which they get an attitude!! For me asking! I refuse to go back to this location because of this BS which is very inconvenient because it’s two blocks from my house… wish they would fire everybody and get new staff and train them correctly. This could be a great location, if they did!!

Going here there’s never no one at the front counter, every employee is next too drive thru or beside the oven talking away about their problems and don’t acknowledge customers at front counter. Looked like a Manager that was very nice & finally came and assisted us.

Whoever works morning shift today the coffee was horrible. It tasted like nobody bothered cleaning out the machine to prep for today. 3 shots of blueberry with cream & sugar an it still tasted bad. I don't recommend going to get coffee in Syracuse to anyone. I couldn't even suggest a good coffee spot because they all deliver poor quality.

They do not like you to ask for anything to be made a "special" way, I feel nervous to even ask a question sometimes

This is by far the worst place Ive ever ever spent my money at the service is disrespectful and out of control never get orders right and always gossip I WOULD FIRE EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE AND START OVER!!!! if you want to have good business and I call to make a complaint with a manager for all the rude remarks and they hung up so that's how we conduct our selves good luck guys

I ordered two sausage egg and cheese breakfast croissant they were cold and very sloppy put together so disgusted I couldn't even eat them

Worst one in the area. They barely get 2 of 5 “simple” coffee orders correct. Not to mention they’ll substitute your coffee, hot or ice when they don’t have that is not necessary what you ask for without telling you ahead of time and just expect you to be OK with it. Definitely don’t go there if you’re diabetic are on a restricted diet because they don’t seem to know the difference between the unsweetened flavor shots, equal, and sugar.

The staff and the workers were so rude. We went through drive through and i ordered and avocado toast, that was badly burnt, i’m not going to eat burnt toast, so we went back in and asked if they could just make us a new one that wasn’t burnt and they were rude and threw the bread in the toaster not even a second later she was taking it and slapping the avocado spread on and pretty much threw it at me and rudely said “if you didn’t want it toasted don’t ask for it”, as to which the avocodo toast they made was completely untoasted bread and it was disgusting.

Nice Decoration by staff members but the service needed improvement. Today I order large latte and expresso shot missing, the cashier stated a latte in cap does not come with form. They told her to hold off on the form, so it not a latte or cap. Yesterday my sugar brown sandwich Croissant was black, no turkey egg in cheese sandwich. There was 5 bees flying inside the store next to pick up counter.

Very kind customer service however coffee is not always made to order as desired.

They never open on time in the morning customer service is at its all time worse. Some people really look forward to stopping at Dunkin’ Donuts before heading into work and for them not to be open in a timely manner really puts a damper on your day

Drive thru is often long and slow. Employees are nice. My order is usually right and ready.

Excellent Dunkin Donuts they're almost every day picking up Frozen coffees French Vanilla swirl and a nice fresh bagel everybody is awesome they're very polite always on top of everything very very great crew.

Cross contamination! Girl had gloves on but she touched the headphones her glasses and her hair then touched the bagel twice in the toaster and out the toaster. Cross Contamination!

This Dunkin is usually hit or miss, average except in this instance when the customer in front of me had an issue & by the time the cashier got to me he was smiles & more than happy to help me; I was just getting a gift card. Great job!
