We've been to this place many times and unfortunately this will be the last time. There were ants in syrup at both our table and the one next to ours. We got a discount on and the manager didn't even come to apologize, waitress had to take all this embarrassment on her. Some of the in between boothes woodwork was really dusty too. Very disappointing!

We were seated promptly. My water for the tea wasn't very hot but Billye, our wonderful server, took care of it right away. Our food was very good and we didn't have to wait long.

Nice place, gentle service, affordable, and the new menu was amazing, we got Benedict eggs and banana taco waffles, all the food delicious, our server was great, paying attention to details and trying to make us happy. Thanks, you doing amazing 👏 ❤️ 💕

Me and my family went out to eat here and dined in. All of our orders were messed up or mixed together. Not to mention there was ants in the salt. The staff were quick to trying to fix our food and changed our salt immediately. We also gotta like 5$ off for “not being up to par”

I went in there expecting a normal experience, and it was until we received our pancakes and poured the syrup. Little tiny ants came all over in our food. Reading the latest review shows they now have ants in the salt, also! Sad! Someone has to step up or shut it down. Health hazard. Debating whether to contact county.

I'm convinced that 90 percent of the main franchises in America have already failed. Main reason: the "set it it and forget it" mentality. This is the crockpot business generation... buy up a dozen locations, hurry up and hire a bunch of people without properly vetting them, who don't care about customers whatsoever, and then off to Bahamian islands. Just check your bank account once a month and as long as u break even, who cares about the rest of it right? How is it 9a.m and the entrance mats are muddy .. but only 3 people in the restaurant? Why are the coffee cups dirty? Why are questionables walking out of the kitchen ... I'll tell ya. Nobody cares. Bye

My family and I had a really good experience at this IHOP. Ms Kenisha ( I hope I'm spelling it right) took really good care of us and did not get our order wrong. Food was really good and it was quick. Bathrooms are clean and so was the restaurant, All in all we had a great experience and when we're traveling through we will stop at this IHOP again.

Very busy, short staffed. Took them 20 minutes to sit people. Even cook staff came out to sit people which was odd. But don't that deterr you. Food was hot fresh and on point. Great service, lengthy, but great.over worked staff. Probably due to covid19

We drove from Junction City to meet with someone coming from the west. The food was fantastic, the service was great, and we stayed a long time after the meal socializing. The folks were awesome and very friendly even as we stayed so long. The restaurant wasn't super busy, but I bet these folks are awesome all the time!

We arrived within 30 mins of closing time. The manager warmly welcomed us in. We had a delicious unhurried breakfast-for-dinner. I highly recommend this IHOP! It was sparkling clean & staff was great.

Ate here three months ago and the food was very good and the waitress was very friendly. Pretty clean and quiet overall. One of the managers was training some employees and she could have been a little quieter in the kitchen, but other than that a good experience.

Terrible service, the waiters watching the cell phone all the time and sending messages, they do not offer other dishes, it took more than 30 minutes to pay and the waitress demanded the tip from me, I left it just out of courtesy. I like the food at Ihop but I wouldn't return to this place.

Seated almost right away. But then the server took longer than 20 minutes and never actually came to my table. The hostess mopping the floor asked if I had been helped. Sadly I hadn't so I decided to leave

Called ahead to ask if my large group would be able to be accommodated appropriately. Was told yes and made a reservation. When we got there we had enough space but the food took over 2 hours to get served to all of us. We had to go talk to the staff multiple times to get all the food cooked and served.

We went in this afternoon for an early dinner. The restaurant was not too busy. We were seated immediately. Our server did an excellent job. Kept our water glasses full, and brought us the correct orders.

The IHOP in Salina Kansas was a huge disappointment. We saw there was an IHOP at an exit off of Interstate 70 and decided that would be a good place to eat. We got seated pretty quickly, got our drinks, and placed our order. Our waitress kept telling us our food would be coming out soon. 30 minutes later the waitress comes out yet again to tell us our food would be coming out soon. My husband expressed that we had been waiting quite awhile and that customers who came in after us had already received their food. She said yes it had been 30 minutes and might be another 5, maybe 10 more minutes as some back room was very full. I said how long and she said she wasn't sure so we just got up and left. If a mistake was made just tell the customer. Maybe send the manager out to offer a discount. Truly unprofessional and very rude!

This used to be our go-to ihop, but last time we were there (fathers Day), the food was terrible. The time before that it had fallen off a bit, but this last trip ensured I wouldn't be spending that kind of money for that quality (or lack therof)

All the waitresses stood around talking around the area they pick up the food. Our food was barely warm and I ordered extra bacon which should have been 4 pieces but only got 2. Which is just fine because it was horrible it was like rubber and tasted funny was very greasy used my napkin to squeeze it out. I believe it was old and should not have been served to anyone. I was sick for 3 days. Would not tell anyone to eat here. This was my last try I got sick the last time too. But my mom really likes I Hop so told her I would try 1 more time. Never ever again I have Cancer in 3 places so it made it doubly hard on me.

The food and service were good. We were a large party and the waitress did a great job keeping up with everything. The location needs a bit of updating/attention. Nothing bad to keep from going there, just getting a bit used.

Not only did we have great food, served fast and efficiently but our waitress went WAY beyond to help us. We were celebrating two birthdays in our Tuesday morning Bible study but I forgot the candles. Fawn went home to grab a candle for us, and Billie found us a lighter. We were dazzled at their kindness!!

Despite some recent reviews, we haven't noticed anything out of place. We got there about mid-afternoon amd it was kinda empty. Our server explained it was a slow time for them and that it picks up later on but that made for a peaceful meal with quick, thorough service. As otr truckers sometimes making time for some good food is an issue so this was great. Our table was clean and everything we ordered was enjoyable. Endless pancakes with your choice of breakfast combo and all refills were on point.

Food was great. Chicken, fries, Waffles. All came out piping hot. Coffee was fresh and wonderful. Waitress was friendly and quick. Some staff in the back was extremely loud and not professional with her language.

The service here is pretty good. I keep trying different places to eat in Salina and IHOP has been my safety net when I just can't go to another "truck stop diner" The menu is the basic fare you'd find anywhere so for me what makes it stand apart is the excellent customer service and the speed and quality of the cook

Uncooked food. French toast was soggy with uncooked egg. Eggs were uncooked. Hash browns were not fully cooked. Food on cleanly wrapped silverware. People that arrived after us were waited on and served food before we even got to place order. After receiving food, waited five minutes on clean silverware and syrup. Do not recommend this location.
